“Kelly and her family love dogs! They were so happy and excited to take my dog, Buddha, into their home and give him the 1 on 1 attention he needs. My dog does not like me leaving him, but he felt comfortable with them from the very start and didn’t even rush out of their house to leave! I was very surprised and that tells me that Buddha enjoyed his stay. Kelly’s house is set up very well for dogs and their safety. They played puzzles, got Buddha in the play-pool, and cuddled him. Kelly is detailed and communicates really well. I will be taking Buddha back there next time I have to leave town!”

The night we left, our fire alarms became defective and kept setting off until our maintenance team could come fix them the next day. Annabella stayed extra long during her visit to reassure Loki and comfort him. Our litter robot also had a connection issue, and she was able to reset it & set up an emergency litter box I had shipped to the home. The fire alarm situation caused me a lot of anxiety at the beginning of the trip, but the daily updates and photos from Annabella made me feel so much better and we were able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our trip, knowing our boy was in good hands! About: I believe dogs are one of God's best creations as they bring so much joy and happiness in cute, snuggly form. They are smart and hilarious, and each one has a unique personality. I believe in simple boundaries with them and rewards for good behavior, with space for relaxation and some for play time. My schedule is very flexible which gives me freedom to take your dog for a morning walk, play with them mid-day, feed them dinner, or just hang out. My friends have trusted me to drop in during their busy work days for years. When boarding your dog at our home, I will often play with the dog inside where it's cool, and take them for leashed walks through our neighborhood. We do not have a fence so there is no outside free roaming at this time.

During the AZ summer, dogs will remain inside for the majority of the day but will still get tons of attention and playtime because in my home- we play ball in the house! :) Your dog(s) will have frequent potty breaks and tons of playtime outside when the weather isn’t extremely hot to prevent your pet(s) from being overheated. The animals I care for in my home are treated with tons of love and care, and become a part of my family right away! I have a double fenced yard and tons of space for your pet to play. Artificial grass, a doggie pool for those dogs who love to play in water, tons of toys, an outdoor cooler with pump, & misters and fans (though dogs will never be left outside for a long period of time). Dogs are kept inside for the majority of the day. I also have kids who love and adore the animals too and they love spending time with the animals and playing with them so your sweet pets will get extra spoiled with love! As for cats- I understand they are a bit more afraid at first, therefore will keep them separated in their own, quiet space with their own litter box, food, water, and accessories/toys until they seem to feel comfortable with me and in my home. Then I will introduce the cat(s) slowly to the other cats and the to rest of the home.
“Brittany and her husband were fabulous! Jack loved staying with them for two days! They helped watch him while we were watching a golf tournament on the course they live on. We were a bit worried our Jack wouldn’t behave for them but he behaved much better than he does with us! My wife and I are convinced they are both Dog Whisperers! They were so good to Jack and I can tell he enjoyed being with them. They even sent us fabulous pictures of our Jack with the perfect AZ sunset in the background. 5 star rating and then some for sure!”

“Faith is one of the best dog walkers I have ever had. I am a travel nurse that moved into the area for 5 months and Faith walked Stormy almost every week. She is always attentive to Stormy and would notify me of any misbehaving. She also helped get her re trained when Stormy started to get a little wild on walks. I'm very comfortable dealing with anxious and excited doggos and have no problem taking time to build a relationship with each one. I am currently unemployed so I am able to care for pets at all times of the day and stay overnight to keep then company. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routine, and any instructions provided for pets needing medication. I also spend additional time bonding with them and letting them get used to me being around even if that means keeping my distance until they work up to me. I have 0 problems handling pets with potty issues as most of the ones I watch have accidents waiting for me when I arrive!
About: I love taking care of animals and I have recently been pet sitting more and I love it. I grew up with 2 cats and 2 dogs. I’m in college right now so I miss being able to take care of animals so this is a way I still can! I am a college student currently and have a part time job but my schedule is pretty flexible and I can make pretty much anything work with enough notice! I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for whether I’m in my home or a client’s home. I pay close attention to their routines, feeding schedules, and any special needs. My apartment is clean and pet-friendly, and I create a calm environment so they feel at home. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and care.

“Kelly and her family love dogs! They were so happy and excited to take my dog, Buddha, into their home and give him the 1 on 1 attention he needs. My dog does not like me leaving him, but he felt comfortable with them from the very start and didn’t even rush out of their house to leave! I was very surprised and that tells me that Buddha enjoyed his stay. Kelly’s house is set up very well for dogs and their safety. They played puzzles, got Buddha in the play-pool, and cuddled him. Kelly is detailed and communicates really well. I will be taking Buddha back there next time I have to leave town!”

This was our first experience with Rover and it was a night and day difference from the boarding facility.
