Trevor has glaucoma and has a very specific medication application that needs to be done twice a day which made me nervous about not taking him with me to my vacation. However, when I got back his eyes looked so much better than before! So, I knew they took care of him well. They updated me daily with pictures and he looked so happy during his stay. Will be booking again.”
“Christina saved my life! 3 days before Open Heart Surgery, I was without a sitter for my Poodle, Dusty. PANIC set in ,along with plenty of tears. I searched the internet and found Rover and Christina. I was nervous. Will he be ok. Have fun. Be loved. I didn't want him with a lot of other dogs....just in case. Christina called and within 5 minutes she had my nerves vanished and I was sold. We met and she is the sweetest, kind, and loving lady. Dusty loved her and her dog from the start. Off they went to have fun and I could get my surgery. Received pictures almost daily and when I got him back my dog was a happy, vibrant dog. He had lots of fun. Went on walks. About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

About: I have always had cats since the day I was born, and I’m very experienced looking after cats of all ages and temperaments. We’ve had tiny kittens all the way up to 15 year old seniors, requiring different levels of care and attention. I’m not scared of cats and will happily spend as much or as little time with them as they want (they always get to decide, naturally). I’ve looked after cats with various dietary needs, as well, so happy to coax and cater to even the pickiest eaters!

About: I have had dogs all throughout my life. I care for them when they are sick. Take them out on long runs or walks depending on age. I will carry a dog to take it to the bathroom because there arthritis is bad. I will clean after a dog if it makes an accident. I will clean teeth and brush the dog for good health. Even train if it is required. And sleep on the floor with them when they get lonely. And sit at a park on a cool day just because we can. Explore different parts of the neighborhood for something different in the routine. Or just sit at home and be lazy together and bond with one a other on the floor.

About: I choose to not be a pet owner but love dogs. I get my pet time by helping friends and family as well as others who need to be gone and can’t take their pet along. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my care. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I am currently unemployed but looking to make pet care my full time job. I have more than enough time available for dog care. I spend most my time with my own dogs and or family members and friends. I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. Dogs are free to roam as they please and can freely go outside. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop picked up and making sure things are regularly cleaned up, like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up.
