“From the beginning, Daniela was communicative and eager to care for our girl, Loosey. When certain things didn’t make sense about Rover to me, she was able to clarify without leaving me feeling anything other than better informed. Daniela and her family were so sweet and gentle with Loosey. They were busy between both children’s birthdays, and Christmas, but still we’re willing to hang out with Loosey while I was away. She even got to go with them on a couple family adventures. Daniela sent me pictures and updates the entire time I was away. I also accidentally grabbed Loosey’s leash by habit when I dropped her off and they just didn’t make a big deal about it and I was able to send them money for a new one. I was initially very nervous about leaving Loosey with strangers (this was our first time using rover), but as soon as we had our meet and greet I knew that Loosey was in good hands and I was able to relax a little and enjoy my time off from work. “We left our dog Jaxon with Alma and her family while we went to Las Vegas last spring. Jaxon is an older pug, he can't walk really well, is losing his sight and can't hear very well either. This was the first time in twelve years that we have left him with anyone other then family. He did fantastic. In fact we felt so secure with Alma and her lovely yard and location that we did not worry at all on vacation. She is off a main road so no traffic worries. The yard is lovely and large and completely fenced. There is a normal room attached to the garage for the dogs to sleep, with room for their bed, or they can sleep on a provided bed or sofa. During the day they can walk or run around the yard or lay on pads she has out, in the shade or sun. There is also a bowl of water and they are allowed inside the house too. They are treated like one of the family, you can tell the family loves dogs. They get lots of exercise if your dog can do that, as Alma loves to hike. Our dog is old so he can only go for very short walks. Our instructions on his med's and food were followed. I would highly recommend "Doggie Dream Stay" for anyone who wants to be sure their pet is in good hands.”

About: I’ve been around animals all of my life. Growing up we had dogs, cats, a donkey, horses and chickens. As an adult I’ve had cats, dogs, chickens, hamster and a desert tortoise. I currently homeschool my two kids so they will be home with me when taking care of your pet . I am available most days aside from some appointments that come up, but that will be factored into taking care of your animal. I have a large fenced backyard. I love to hike so I can always take your dog on an excursion if needed. I have 2 daughters who love to play with dogs as well.

“Juanita and Simon are so wonderful. They met my dog where she was...needing space and time. Their place is wonderful, beautiful large yard and inside she could go wherever she felt comfortable. There are other friendly dogs (theirs and others, but not too many), and they enjoyed chasing after balls thrown for them (mine just likes to run with the other dogs). There's a huge water feature to get water anytime she needs it. Juanita sent pictures, and my girl was so happy. She was happy and exhausted when I picked her up. She had a great day. :)”

He is free to rome around the apartment. My dog can eat when ever he wants. But if that is not the case for your dog. I feed them following your rules. I take my dog potty breaks every 4 hours .

About: I have 20 years of pet sitting experience and owned a dog running/walking business back east before moving to AZ 12 years ago. I am comfortable with dogs from puppies to seniors and cats that are friendly to the scared or bashful ones fully understanding that every pet's need is unique, and their daily rituals are paramount. I am a former chef and make organic, grain free dog treats so if your dog or cat requires a special diet, I can accommodate that so they can keep to their regular feeding schedule. I am a very active person so high energy dogs will get lots of exercise. My cat is 18 years old and needs subcutaneous IV fluids for kidney failure 3x a week. If your pet needs this while you are away, I can also accommodate for that. I work 4 days a week 10-hour shifts. If you live within Sedona, I am available to leave on lunch break to walk or feed them. Thursday night through Monday morning I am available for 24-hour care. I am down to 1 cat after about 30 years of having many cats and dogs. I am the person who would move all the way across the country instead of giving up my fur babies. My cat right now even comes to work with me and is a sort of therapy animal for us all as what we do is incredibly stressful. She receives subcutaneous fluids 3x a week and because of this careful care for her we have been able to keep her kidney failure at bay. I simply cannot imagine life without any of my babies.

“We left our dog Jaxon with Alma and her family while we went to Las Vegas last spring. Jaxon is an older pug, he can't walk really well, is losing his sight and can't hear very well either. This was the first time in twelve years that we have left him with anyone other then family. He did fantastic. In fact we felt so secure with Alma and her lovely yard and location that we did not worry at all on vacation. She is off a main road so no traffic worries. The yard is lovely and large and completely fenced. There is a normal room attached to the garage for the dogs to sleep, with room for their bed, or they can sleep on a provided bed or sofa. During the day they can walk or run around the yard or lay on pads she has out, in the shade or sun. There is also a bowl of water and they are allowed inside the house too. They are treated like one of the family, you can tell the family loves dogs. They get lots of exercise if your dog can do that, as Alma loves to hike. Our dog is old so he can only go for very short walks. Our instructions on his med's and food were followed. I would highly recommend "Doggie Dream Stay" for anyone who wants to be sure their pet is in good hands.”

Debbie was so gracious and accommodating to all of his needs. We love all of the photo updates Debbie sends and the many adventures she took Murphy on. About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my own 8 years ago. She is my whole life so I understand how important your dog is to you! I dogsit for my friends and neighbors frequently. I work from home full-time so I am home with the dogs nearly all the time, with the exception of running errands here and there. I am a very active person and happy to run or walk with your dog as much or as little as you'd like. I have a large fenced-in backyard and tons of neighborhood trails where I can walk or run your dog. I have a 9-year old female dog who is very friendly and gets along easily with all dogs.
