About: I have had dogs since I was 15 years old. I have taken care of them myself in house basically my whole life. I love cuddling with my dogs and don't mind them laying beside me on furniture. I have trained lots of puppies potty duties and crate training. I have had a bunch of senior dogs. I am a nurse by trade, so if your fur baby needs meds, I am definitely the one who can give it to them! I can't wait to meet your baby! I am currently retired nurse who stays home basically all the time. If I do have to leave, it is usually only for a couple of hours. I do not have a fully fenced yard, but I do have a fenced area behind the house that I can put the fur babies in to do their business and get some exercise. If they do not need to be contained, I have 5 acres that they can run and play.

About: I have been caring for animals for nearly 30 years, I have been a vet assistant for 24 years, I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs, cats, as well as birds, reptiles, and pocket pets. During my rotations, I have time to spend with your pets in the morning and evenings. I really enjoy getting to spend study breaks surrounded by pups. I have a fenced in back yard with access inside via a doggy door too. There is a small area of our yard that is additionally fenced to allow for freedom for using the restroom, but not freedom to the entire yard if that makes you nervous! The doggy door leads to our large laundry room where there is an open concept bed and kennel. I have two dogs of my own. They are very very well behaved.

I am currently retired nurse who stays home basically all the time. If I do have to leave, it is usually only for a couple of hours. I do not have a fully fenced yard, but I do have a fenced area behind the house that I can put the fur babies in to do their business and get some exercise. If they do not need to be contained, I have 5 acres that they can run and play.

“Leah is an outstanding dog walker. She easily handled not one but two dogs that are XL. Cassie & D'Artangnan's combine weight is nearly 200lbs! I prefer that they are walked together as that is how I normally do with them, before I injured my knee. Leah was eager to try it the 1st day, and did an amazing walk handling then simultaneously, that is not easy because one walks quickly & the other has a slower pace. She is loving and thoughtful with the dogs and takes incredible pictures. I Highly recommend her for dog walking and plan on hiring her for dog sitting as well.”

There is a small area of our yard that is additionally fenced to allow for freedom for using the restroom, but not freedom to the entire yard if that makes you nervous! The doggy door leads to our large laundry room where there is an open concept bed and kennel. I have two dogs of my own. They are very very well behaved.

About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.
