About: I have had many years of animal care! I have been volunteering in animal shelters since I was 16 and have previously walked dogs in Chicago for a few months! Most recently, I was on a volunteer team that helped train rescued puppy litters. I am currently a dental student that does not have the time for a full time job, but will always make time for some furry friends! I live in a gated apartment community with grassy areas within. There are no other animals in my apartment. My area is very walkable and I would love to be able to do so with your pet!

She is our go to regular sitter for our cat, and we always are extremely pleased with her and how well she cares for our baby, but this most recent time she truly went above and beyond for us. We got stranded in our travels because of the snow storm and she not only was able to stay with her for extra days, but the hvac unit also went out and our house lost heat! The temps dropped dangerously low and she helped us to troubleshoot the system for HOURS! Unfortunately the problem had to do with something outside our control and we needed to find an HVAC technician who could solve it. She stayed with our cat despite the cold and helped the hvac technician gain access to the house, answering questions as they arose, and worked with him until everything was fixed! She also made sure to drop the faucets and do everything she could to keep the house warm. She not only cared for our cat but she also saved our house from freezing pipes! About: I have had pets, cats and dogs, my whole life and absolutely love them all!!! Which led me to work at an animal hospital. I work as a receptionist/vet assistant at Hillcrest Animal Hospital and have since 2021. About: I’ve been pet sitting for my friends and family for about 2 years! I also have two dogs and have always been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been working at a doggy daycare for almost 2 years now, so I have plenty experience in pet care! I currently just work as a part time employee and part time student. I do get about a 1 to 2 hour break in-between shifts. I also am able to get up early in the mornings before heading to school and work. I don’t work Saturdays or Tuesdays, so those days I’m very flexible! I’m normally able to move my schedule around to try and be flexible, I just normally need 2 weeks in advance to fix that flexibility! I currently live in an apartment, but I walk my two dogs on my off days about every 2 hours. When I’m working I just take my dogs with me to work so they have plenty of run around room! I also use treat puzzles or squeaky toys to keep them entertained and going! I always enjoy taking pets out for rides in the car, I always ask first before taking any dog anywhere that isn’t mine. My older dog can be a little snappy, so I don’t bring him around any of the dogs I dog sit. My younger dog is very playful however and loves everyone! Shes always looking for another playmate. However I do always ask first before I ever bring her to meet other dogs or pets! I also believe in a lot of love and cuddles!! 💚 I will always make sure your pets are comfortable and safe and feel loved! When caring for others people’s pets I always ask upfront questions about what is okay and what is not. Every dog and pet is different and have completely different personalities. I will adhere to their comfortability and personality!
About: The oldest of 3, I took lead in training all our dogs growing up. Getting better as I grew up, in recent years I've had the most experience w/ both elderly pups and puppies. I can't wait to meet you and your special babies! I live and work full time in Downtown LR, so you can rest assured that i'll always be close by in case of an emergency. I like being active on the weekends, I take my kittens out in their backpack carrier and walk the downtown streets every chance I get. My mountain of toys and climbing gear is no match for the energy levels of 2 sibling kittens. About: Hello! I recently retired from the army due to medical issues; therefore, I have nothing but time on my hands! I am unable to hold a traditional job now, so I decided to help others and their pets instead. I have one Pomsky who’s a little brat, but he’s the sweetest thing. My rescued German shepherd had to be put down recently due to MRSA. He had more medical issues than you can probably name. Unable to hold a regular job now, pet care is easily the most enjoyable thing for me. I just moved to an apartment downtown Little Rock, since homes are so expensive now days. Due to this move, there’s a high possibility I would have to bring my Pinsky with me. He is very playful and has never had any issues with other dogs or cats. He is also crate trained and potty trained. I added boarding and day-sitting for those special situations some people may have. Having a dog who had very special requirements for care and weird schedules required for care, I completely understand that there are some people who struggle to find the right sitter or just any help at all. So I’ll seldomly accept boarding/doggy day-care for those who are okay with their pup inside an apartment.

About: I've had a lot of experience with dogs throughout my life including really anxious and shy doggos. Nurturing, attentive, and enthusiastic about taking care of animals. I have an extremely flexible/part time schedule in my "real life" so I have flexibility for you and yours as well! I am available through the day on week days and weekends while you work to support your precious animal. :) I currently live in an apartment with my adult golden retriever. She is great with other animals, sweet, well mannered, and doesn’t chew on anything. Due to the size of my place I can only board smaller breeds at this time. If I am house sitting for you I will need to bring my dog with me. I'm neat and tidy and like to leave things as if I've never been there or better.

About: Ive been taking care of dogs ever since I was 16. Since I don’t own one yet, I love to care for all types of dogs! I work from home so I can be flexible when it comes to taking care of them during the day. I work from home and only travel for my job about once a month. I am pretty flexible on the weekends and throughout the week. My brother has dropped off his Saint Bernard at my house for a week everytime he goes on trips. I live in a great walking neighborhood and I have a front yard with no fence. My house has plenty of room for the dog to get comfortable somewhere and lay about the house.

“Julissa is a wonderful dog sitter. She thoroughly read Danti’s feeding instructions and play time notes and double-checked with us before leaving him. She ensured we felt comfortable with her home and set up. Her home is wonderfully set up to care for dogs/animals, you can tell this is not her first rodeo. While away, she kept us informed daily of happenings and handled anything that came up with our pup—and our dog is no perfect angel but she handled every curve ball he threw. Julissa was also very flexible with us regarding pick-up times and understanding of our personal situations for which I am grateful. Once we picked up our dog, he seemed happy and energized and I could tell he enjoyed his stay as well. I would definitely recommend Julissa to anyone for future dog sitting.
