Pet Sitting Downtown

About: I’ve helped care for neighbors’ and family members’ pets, since I was about 5! I also fostered some adult dogs, who needed some extra love recently. I love caring for animals and learning about their individual ✨ personalities✨ Schedule sometimes varies, but early morning and after 4pm are when I’m typically available. Just let me know if there are specific times, and we can see if we are a good fit! You know your pet the best! Feel free to tell me their routine, any rules they have, to the preferred walk routine, and I’ll be sure to respect those needs!

“Danielle has cared for our cats and our dog and has always been timely and takes great care of them. Definitely recommend and will be using her in the future!”

“Darcy saved us when our sitter cancelled days before we left for vacation. She took very good care of our cat and went above and beyond keeping us updated on everything. I would recommend her to anyone needing their pets cared for!”

About: I owned dogs for 11 years now. I always had 3-4 dogs at a time, ranging from husky, German shepherd, Maltese, poodle and French bulldog. Had cats, bearded dragon, and snakes. I am working part-time and trying to transition out of my current job and doing pet sitting full time, so I will dedicate all my time to pet care. I am an animal lover. Dogs cats reptiles, always treated them with respect and will give lots of love! I will end up being one of their new favorite humans.

“Amanda took care of Lanie and sent pictures to let me know that Lanie was happy and cared for. She also took on feeding some outdoor cats that have chosen my house as their base. Amanda was always timely in her visits and took time to secure a couple of package deliveries during my time away. I will likely contact her again when I need care for Lanie to see if she can accommodate my schedule. I appreciate her willingness to take on the extras. Thank you, Amanda.”

“Jaxton took incredible care of my animals and house while I was away. I had not been on a trip that long before and usually get very anxious about Mez and Cosmo after only a few days. We were gone almost two weeks and I never worried for a minute. Communication was excellent and it was overall the best experience I could wish for and will definitely rebook with him the next time I go out of town or require pet care!”

Rava T.

“Farah took great care of my dog! She sent plenty of pictures and was always quick to respond and very sweet! I knew my dog was in good hands!!”

Sydney H.

“Tristen took wonderful care of Rubie, visiting three times a day for several days. She consistently went above and beyond, often staying longer than the visit required, and playing with Rubie. She sent report cards after every visit and was very communicative. She asked good questions and followed my instructions. Highly recommend!”

“Rachel watched my mostly outdoor cats (again), this time for about 10 days. She gave me detailed updates while letting me know how they were doing in her opinion, especially helpful for the 8-week old kitten Pixel and his likely pregnant aunt Leigh Ann. She sent some great photos of the cats in places in our yard I've never even seen them visit! :-) Thank you for taking such great care of them, I appreciate all your assistance!!!!”

Bob K.

“Lakshmi is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to care for my cat and I cannot sing her praises enough. I will def try to rebook her next time I have someone look after my kitty.”

About: I have had many years of animal care! I have been volunteering in animal shelters since I was 16 and have previously walked dogs in Chicago for a few months! Most recently, I was on a volunteer team that helped train rescued puppy litters. I am currently a dental student that does not have the time for a full time job, but will always make time for some furry friends! I live in a gated apartment community with grassy areas within. There are no other animals in my apartment. My area is very walkable and I would love to be able to do so with your pet!

About: I love animals and have been caring for them my entire life! I've worked with animals professionally and completed 2 semesters of vet tech schooling. I love chihuahuas and great danes and everything in between. I can assist with training, giving meds, and caring for sick babies as well. I know how important they are to you and your family. I would love the chance to get to know, love, and care for them. I can send pictures to update you throughout their time with me. I am not currently working a conventional job so I am pretty much available any day and for most time slots. I can spend as much time with your pet as needed. I will come to your home where your pet is most comfortable and let them continue with their regular routine as closely as possibly without much deviation.

“Ali came over to feed our indoor/outdoor cats in the mornings and change the water and litter for a week. We have a cat clan, and she gave us updates and photos letting us know who was there and anything else that we might want to know. She brought in some boxes that were delivered while we were gone and cleaned up a gift that one of the 1-y-o boys (likely) had brought into the house. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!”

Bob K.

“Our dogs are not the most welcoming to strangers, but they warmed up to Casey right away. We got pics at each visit, which I was always looking forward to.. They were well cared for while we were away. Thank you, Casey, for taking care of Hopper and Winslow while we were away!”

Elaine H.

“Having Becky drop in was a game changer for our kitties. They were much happier when we returned home after having dedicated attention and playtime every day. She also took great care of our chickens! We will definitely be rebooting if we decide to go out of town again.”

About: Hi! My name is Jordan, an Arkansas native. I have been watching dogs and cats for over 15 years. This began with just neighbors, family, and friends but due to my love for watching fur babies I have continued to throughout undergrad and I even volunteered weekly at a cat rescue in Albuquerque for 2 years. What sets me apart is my passion for ensuring your fur babies receive the BEST care. Each animal is unique in personality and you can rest assured I will be anticipating their needs throughout a house sit, check in, or walk! I am passionate about ensuring dogs do not walk on asphalt we would not walk barefoot on, ensuring adequate playtime, and taking their time drinking water. If I could be a veterinarian or vet tech I would, but I cannot handle the mental weight that comes with those career fields, so instead, allow me the opportunity to provide your fur babies the very best treatment and trust they are in good hands while you are gone. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of opportunities to play with your fur babies! I am flexible on time a that work better for your babies so their routines stay in tact while you are gone! For my personal care of my own pets, I have a fenced yard, all of my cats are fixed, and I do not let them roam without being on their leash. I take all precautions necessary with my animals AND yours to prevent easily fixed mistakes by just being mindful. Whether it be monitoring hydration, asphalt temperatures, or bathroom changes, I am constantly ensuring I have a full picture of exactly how your fur baby is doing.

“Asia took great care of my dog during drop-ins while I was away. Her communication was great. It was a breeze as a first time user of the Rover services. I would definitely recommend Asia and hope to work with her again.”

“Haley was amazing! She did great with my little boys and they just loved her! We will be having her drop in on our boys next time we are out of town!”

About: Hey I’m Hannah! My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!

“Absolutely fantastic care, attention, and communication. 10/10 would recommend. She managed to care for all 6 of our dogs - one of which needed special care as she is getting heartworm treatment, wranglin’ our 2 goats, and even stopping in to pet our cat. Could ask for more out of a pet sitter!”
