“Tiffany was amazing! Less than 8 hours before our flight departed we went to drop our Goose off and the other sitter had another dog she was watching that had attacked goose and neither her or us felt safe with goose staying there for the safety of all the dogs. Tiffany was amazing and within 5 minutes responded that she would be able to help us out and she was amazing. Got adorable pictures daily and she took such good care of him including baths after some play in the mud! If you need a sitter you won’t find a better one!”

“Barb was great with our dog, Daisy. It was the first time we had left her anywhere. Barb listened to any instructions I had and took great care of Daisy. She sent us pictures of Daisy several times a day. We appreciate the good care!”

“Lark had great communication from the beginning and is very professional with her dog sitting service. I was able to ask questions and received pictures and updates during her stay. I would ask to book again and recommend Lark after having Daisy stay for a 7 day stay during Christmas. Daisy was very comfortable when she met Lark during drop off and very calm and happy when I picker her up. Thank you Lark”

“Jocelyn was prompt, responsive and easy to work with. My dog seems to have had a great time. She kept posting regular photos during the stay. I would love to leave my dog again with her.”

“Layne was the very first sitter we booked through Rover, and she made the whole experience wonderful. Our initial meet-and-greet went great, and while we were away, she sent daily updates with photos of Dean clearly having a great time. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and comfortable in her home. We’re so thankful for the care and attention she gave him, and we’d definitely book with her again!”

“Absolutely the best guy! Pony loved him, we are so thankful we were able to leave for a week and know he was well loved and taken care of by Chase!! Updates with pictures were given everyday. Thank you so much!!!!!!”

“Pamela was absolutely wonderful. She kept us updated throughout the stay by sending pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind and let us see how much fun our dog was having. It was clear from every update that our dog was happy, comfortable, and receiving plenty of attention and care.”

“Alicen was AMAZING with Dan!! Helped us out in a last minute Hail Mary on a Holiday weekend as well!! Could never recommend someone more! Danny played so well with her 2 pups and Alicen kept us very well updated with pictures!!”

“I had to leave my 5 months old dog for a week and very hesitant until I met Laura. We were able to have peaceful vacation knowing that Cookie is on good hands. I am so glad that I found a lovely family on Rover and would be able to plan for any vacation without worrying about Cookie.”

About: I’m a University of Arkansas graduate and a lifelong dog lover, and caring for dogs has become a big part of my life. I have my own dog, who I got after graduating, and for the past 8+ months I’ve been fostering dogs in need through Big Paws of the Ozarks. Fostering has given me extensive hands-on experience with dogs of many breeds, personalities, ages, and needs, including shelter dogs who may be nervous, stressed, or adjusting to a new environment. I’ve become very comfortable introducing new dogs into my home and helping them adjust to both me and my own dog, which is especially important when boarding. Fostering has also taught me to recognize canine body language and cues, so I’m able to tell when a dog is stressed, tired, overstimulated, or simply needs some space or a break. Above all, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to meet each dog where they are—whether that means lots of playtime and walks or giving a nervous or senior pup a little extra time and care. My schedule is flexible, and I’m able to make pet care a consistent part of my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with dogs through walks, runs, playtime, and snuggles, and I’m happy to accommodate their individual routines and needs. I have two extra bedrooms, so I can give each dog their own comfortable space at night if they prefer to sleep in a crate or have some quiet time. I’m also happy to let dogs sleep with us if that’s what they’re used to. My priority is always making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and supervised, while also making sure their interactions with my dog are positive.
“Meagan and her family were so great to our Blu! She was very responsive, great at giving updates, and took him on walks. Blu struggles with allergies and she was so nice keeping us updated and was great about giving him Benadryl. Would definitely recommend her!”
“We left our little dog here for a week while we went to Puerto Rico and it was an excellent experience. Our dog came home healthy and happy and the caregiver was easy to work with and made drop off and pick up easy. We will be using her again!”

“Christopher and Jennie were very responsive and kept me updated with messages and photos throughout my dog’s stay. My dog had a great time with them.”

“Poppy was so happy. She didn't want to go back home! That has never happened before, so she must have had an amazing time. I also appreciate the updates during the stay, just the right amount.”

“Marissa did a great job taking care of my dog, and was very easy to communicate with. She provided updates and went above and beyond to make my very nervous dog feel more comfortable. Her dogs are also very friendly and tried their hardest to be friends with my shy puppy. Maybe next time my dog will play with them.”

“So amazing! We love all the pictures & videos! It was a long stay for our pup Watson and we definitely know he was well kept & loved while we were gone! We definitely recommend Christy!”

“Venita was amazing with my cat! She was prompt & thorough and provided a detailed update each visit. My cat is super shy, but he warmed up to Venita quickly. I will definitely book Venita again to watch him. She's incredible!”

“Aly made us feel like our kitty was in the best hands! We loved the photos and the notes on how she was doing each day. It meant so much to have her spend a little outdoor time with Mona, which is her favorite. Already looking forward to rebooking!”

About: I’ve always loved cats and wanted one ever since I was young, and when I made it to college I was finally able to fulfill that dream and adopt my first cat, Walter, who was just barely a year old when I took him in. Raising Walter has been a truly wonderful experience- I’ve loved getting to learn what kind of food works for him, what toys he prefers, when and where he likes to sleep, everything about him. That’s the thing about cats; they can be a little skittish or scratch you, but oftentimes they just need patience, love, and the right attitude. Aside from raising Walter, I’ve also helped watch friends’ cats over the past two years, including a senior cat who needed a little extra love. It’s important to me that any kitty I get to meet gets the best care possible!
“When we got home we could tell that our cat, Peachy, and Barbara were a good match. Peachy was very glad to see us, but he was a happy cat. We loved the pictures Barbara sent us and the daily reports gave us peace of mind. We hope to be paired with Barbara again!”

“While I was out of town, Anna stayed with my cat at the house. With tornado sirens going off, she grabbed him and stayed in an interior closet until all was clear! Sincerely over and above! Thank you, Anna, for everything!”

“Emily did an amazing job caring for our cats, including one who is diabetic and usually very wary of strangers. He warmed up to her right away, which says a lot about how caring and patient she is. Emily took excellent care of all of our animals and kept us updated while we were away, giving us complete peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet sitter.”

“I definitely recommend! I was very skeptical at first because it was my first time booking a pet sitter but she was amazing. we met prior to the booking just to meet each other and talk a little! she followed instructions very well and I could tell my cats loved her company and were very comfortable. I loved all the photos she send and will book again!”

“I was very satisfied with the level of care Siddha gave my kitty. She kept me informed of the physical aspects of his care and his level of sociability with her. I loved the pictures she sent. Siddha is a great cat sitter!”

“Katelyn arrived on time and communicated with us during her visit with Ozzie. He is diabetic and she gave him his insulin injection and other meds. She took really good care of him. We will definitely call on her again.”

“Morgan is amazing! She made it so much easier to leave my kitty and go on a trip for the first time since getting him. She was so sweet to him and he loved making a new friend!”

“Imbri took great care of my cat! She did drop in visits. She updated me with each check in. I knew he was in good hands. I will definitely be booking Imbri as our pet sitter in the future. Thank you so so so much!”

I am available everyday and work morning hours Thursday - Sunday. I am a morning person and wake up around 7 am everyday regardless if I am working or not. I care for all animals as if they are my own. I’ve been around animals my entire life and understand when they need something or are trying to convey a need or want.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands on experience in pet care. I currently have two cats, Bogey & Baby, and growing up, we had a dog, cats, turtles, and chickens. I’ve even helped care for llamas! I have experience administering medications to cats, including liquids, pills, and injections. Whether that means playing with string toys, neck scratches, or giving them their space when they need it.
“Sharon is the sweetest and took great care of our anxious older cat. :) We were dealing with house repairs during Gravy’s stay and Sharon graciously let us extend his boarding two days past our original stay. She sent us pictures frequently and kept us updated on how he was doing. We’re so grateful to Sharon for making this piece of our circumstances less stressful!”

“Great job petsitting my 2 cats for a week! Taylor learned to inject my diabetic cat and befriended my once feral kitty who mostly hides from petsitters! I so appreciated Taylor, as did Graham and Chase!”

“Martin took great care of my two cats. He kept in contact and sent pictures regularly. He was very kind attentive. I would recommend Martin and hope to have him look after my cats again in the future.”

“Lark is amazing! It’s pretty cool to see her interact with each dog at her home. She’s so mellow. My pup definitely enjoyed his time with Lark, her daughter and and the rest of the other dogs. Will definitely be booking Lark again ?”

About: I have been dog sitting for friends and family for the last few years. With working from home it makes it easy for me to help out when needed. I have house broken 4 puppies and 1 adult that was not house broke when we got him. I’ve had experience with dogs with anxiety, yeast prone and dogs that have allergies. I know how to give shots if needed. We’ve rescued dogs and rehabilitated who were abused and neglected that had severe anxiety and trust issues. He have a larger home with a good sized fenced in yard full of love and fun! Reach out with any questions! I work full time from home Monday thru Friday. I am home the majority of the days my home schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to care for pets anytime of the day. We have 2 dogs, one large one small. We have wood and tiles throughout the home in case of accidents. Our home is 2700 sqft with a decent sized fenced in yard perfect for play time. We have a large patio that we utilize often that is covered with a large fan and plenty of shade. We don’t usually let the pups outside without us being out there.
“Where do I even begin! Luca had the BEST time with Barbara. I was on vacation and needed someone to help my husband with our puppy, and Barbara was incredible from the start. She responded quickly, and we even got to meet her and her dogs beforehand. Luca didn’t want to leave! hahaha! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby.”

“Becca and her husband were both absolutely amazing with my puppy!!! She was quick to respond when I would text her and was super flexible when I needed to change times due to scheduling conflicts. My puppy would leave their house so happy and worn out (in the best way) from long walks and play time!! Becca would also work on a few training things with him! I will 100% be using Becca again!”

About: Since a young age, I’ve always been surrounded by dogs and have experience caring for puppies, adults, and seniors. I worked as a veterinary technician for one month (I had a change of heart in career paths!), so I’m confident in administering insulin shots and giving medications. (I also had a senior dog with diabetes that I administered shots to). I’ve walked dogs and dog-sat for several people before joining this app. With two dogs of my own, I promise to treat your fur baby with the same love and attention they deserve! I’m currently a student at the University of Arkansas - so besides a few hours of school every day, I am free to spend time with your pet! For pets in my clients home, I am available to stay as long as needed and will make sure there is plenty of water, food, playtime, and potty breaks provided!
About: Hi, fellow dog moms and dads! 🐾 I’m a lifelong dog lover with two dogs of my own, and I’d love to welcome your pup into my home while you’re away. My goal is to provide a safe, structured, and low-stress environment where every dog feels comfortable, cared for, and treated like family. I work remotely, so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will enjoy plenty of potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and cuddles throughout the day. I intentionally keep a limited number of boarding dogs so each guest receives individualized attention and care. For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, I require boarding dogs to be crate trained. Since I may care for multiple dogs at once, I use crates as a safe management tool—not as punishment—during meals, when I leave the house, or if dogs simply need a quiet break. Dogs should be comfortable relaxing in a crate for short periods when needed. I also feed dogs separately to help prevent resource guarding and ensure everyone can eat safely and stress-free. Every dog is different, so I tailor enrichment to their personality and energy level, whether that’s fetch, puzzle toys, snuffle mats, frozen treats (with owner approval), or other engaging activities. I have experience caring for brachycephalic breeds (such as English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs) and understand the extra precautions they require regarding heat, breathing, and activity levels. I’m also comfortable caring for senior dogs, providing slower-paced walks, gentle routines, medication administration when needed, and the extra patience and monitoring they deserve. For your peace of mind, I’m Pet First Aid and CPR certified through the American Red Cross and keep fully stocked pet first aid kits both at home and in my vehicle. ✨ Optional Spa Add-Ons (Boarding Guests) * Bath (short-haired dogs) * Brushing * Teeth brushing * Ear cleaning * Paw balm treatment Just mention your interest when booking, and I’ll send over pricing and details! A few house rules to help every guest have a great stay: * 🐾 Dogs must be crate trained and comfortable around other dogs. * 🐾 Please disclose any history of separation anxiety, resource guarding, escape tendencies, or destructive behaviors so I can determine if my home is the right fit. * 🐾 Dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! ❤️ Pet care is already part of my everyday routine since I’m a dog owner myself. I work fully remote, so I’m used to planning my day around potty breaks, walks, feeding times, and check-ins. Because I’m home during the day, I can be responsive with midday drop-ins and walks and communicate quickly if anything comes up. I keep a consistent schedule and plan routes close by so I can be reliable and on time. I follow your instructions closely and stick to your pet’s normal routine as much as possible. Drop-in visits (up to 40 minutes) are perfect for a midday check-in while you’re at work or away. During each visit, I’ll follow your routine and make sure your pup is comfortable and cared for: a potty break, fresh water, feeding if requested, and some playtime/affection. I’ll also do a quick check that doors/gates are secure before I leave. Dog walks (up to 30 minutes) are a dedicated, leash-only walk for exercise and enrichment. I’ll walk at your dog’s pace, allow time for sniff breaks, and prioritize safe leash handling the entire time. After the walk, I’ll make sure your dog is settled with fresh water and I’ll send photo updates and a recap (including potty info). Boarding your fur baby at my home is like summer camp for them! I have a huge fenced in back yard and work from home so I am home majority of the time. For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, I require boarding dogs to be crate trained. Since I often care for multiple dogs, I use crates as a safe management tool—not as punishment—during meals, when I leave the house, or if dogs need a break from one another. Dogs should be comfortable relaxing quietly in a crate for short periods when needed. This allows me to provide a calm, safe, and low-stress environment for every guest. My boarding program is a great fit for dogs who: • Are crate trained • Are house trained • Are friendly with other dogs • Can be left alone for a few hours without excessive barking or anxiety • Are up to date on vaccinations & neutered

About: As a lifelong dog and cat owner who loves to travel, I know how important it is to know you’ve left your pets in good hands while you’re away. I work full-time but remotely, so it’s easy for me to stop by and check on/feed pets or stay overnight with them if need be. I can’t host others’ pets in my home, but I can easily and safely take care of pets at your house by keeping the home clean, communicating effectively and providing frequent updates. I always appreciate getting photos and messages about my pets’ care while I’m gone and will be happy to do the same for you.

About: I’ve grown up alongside dogs and other animals and helped take care of them since I was young. When I was sixteen, my family adopted our puppy Sal at eight weeks old, and it was my responsibility to take care of him, train him, and love on him. From there, I volunteered at Almost Home animal shelter in Van Buren for two years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and weights, played with them, fed and cared for them, and cleaned out their kennels and bowls. As of now, I’m living away from my family dog since I’m in college, but I’m helping a friend of mine walk and train her newly adopted Cane Corso (she’s a sweetie). I’ve watched dogs for friends and family all through the years, as well. As far as cats go, I’ve loved them since I was a kid, and I adopted one two years ago! His name is Walter, he’s a tabby and the sweetest boy alive, and I love taking care of him, even if he shreds my arms sometimes. Pets need love and patience, and that’s exactly what I have for them. :) I’m currently out of college classes for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I can work with any requests you send me, so long as we have ample time to discuss everything you’re looking for. I can easily adapt to your pet’s regular schedule, including mealtimes, bedtime, medication, if they need to be crated, playtimes, etc. The comfort and happiness of your pet is my first focus.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and I have a variety of pets now! I have experience with lizards/amphibians, small animals, cats, and dogs. I do have a demanding school schedule but I will work with you to figure out good times for both of us! I’m usually available in the afternoon and evening. I offer going to your house to take care of your pets. I’m used to skittish pets, I will take my time for them to get to know me.
About: Hey there! My name is Sam and I just moved to Arkansas from Texas! A little about me, I am a mental health therapist and primarily see clients online at this point in my career! I have been an animal lover my entire life. There hasn't been a time in my life where I haven't had an animal living with me (except my freshman year in college, but it was probably better that way!) I started by dog/cat sitting for family and friends back in Texas and that has grown into a side business that I want to bring to Arkansas. I’ve watched all kinds of pets: dogs, cats, fish, bearded dragon, ferrets, bunnies, horses, donkeys, goats, and more! I now only have one cat, Millie, who loves me and pretty much no one else. I miss having pups in my life and don't know a whole lot of people in Arkansas yet so I figured this would be a great way to connect and love on some animals! I hope to hear from you soon! My schedule is mostly consistent from week to week but I work odd hours and times. I work from home so I would be available all day! If I’m watching your pup at my home, I have an entirely enclosed fence so they would get plenty of outdoor/run time. Your pup would have to get along with cats, however mine will typically stay away if she knows someone or something else is in the house!
About: I have experience in taking care of pets ever since I was 5 years old. I have the most experience with taking care of dogs with feeding, bathing, walking, and training. A pet is a family member and will be treated as such. I work from home every day and am able to freely care for your furry friend throughout the day and attend to their needs as needed. I have 3 kids who also love dogs. I am open all week and will make sure your pet is considered part of the family when taking care of them. I do not have a fenced-in yard but will walk your fur baby daily. We go out 3 times a day every day and have play time or stimulation such as lick mats daily.
“Emily has been such a blessing for my dogs and my home. She’s sweet, patient, and clearly loves what she does. My puppy is slow to warm up, but she never rushes him, and my other German Shepherds took to her instantly, which is rare for the breed. That alone speaks volumes about her character. She communicates wonderfully, always keeps me informed, and gives detailed updates after every visit. I trust her to be there, even when I’m not home. Emily is the kind of sitter you hope to find on Rover.”
“Imbi helped me in a pinch and went over and beyond! She was so kind and informative. Took pictures of my fur babies and sent time stamps of time spent with them :) Your pets will be in great hands with her!”

About: I love caring for animals - both my own and for others! I have sat dogs for friends on deployment, taken care of mixed pet households (including cats and dogs), cared for senior and disabled dogs, and have experience caring for a wide range of non-traditional pets as well. I'm currently a stay-at-home dad to a wonderful daughter, and my partner works from home, so I have flexibility in my daily and weekly schedules. I understand that different pets need different care and support. Have a super energetic dog? I love playing fetch and going on long walks. Have a kitty that needs silence and space? I'm happy to provide quiet company and respect their boundaries. I'm attentive, consistent, detail-oriented, and responsive. I take caring for your animals as seriously as my own.
About: I have always loved dogs and have lots of experience caring for them. I have three dogs of my own and regularly pet sit for friends and family. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands on experience in pet care. I currently have two cats, Bogey & Baby, and growing up, we had a dog, cats, turtles, and chickens. I’ve even helped care for llamas! I have experience administering medications including liquids, pills, and injections. I treat every pet like family and pride myself on providing reliable, loving care while you’re away. I know firsthand what it’s like to leave an animal home while you're away, so I’ll ensure they are comfortable and cared for in the best way possible. Whether that means playing with toys and going for walks, relaxing together, or giving them their space when they need it. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to house sit over long weekends and provide reliable drop in visits on those days and weekends as well. I care for pets by following their normal routines as closely as possible. I focus on consistent feeding schedules (if they are on one), medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and love to help pets feel safe and comfortable while you are away.
About: I grew up with pet dogs. I've since become a "cat lady" but continue to love dogs. Out on neighborhood walks I have to stop and pet every dog and cat I meet! There's nothing like a bright dog face and and a wagging tail or a cat purring and rubbing against my legs! I'm recently retired and have lots of time to spend taking care of your pets. I'm available weekdays and weekends, daytime and evenings, and holidays. I'm flexible and open to hearing about your pet sitting scheduling needs. I grew up with dogs, but now I'm a cat lady who loves and pampers my little boy, Mr. Kitty. I prepare special food for him, give him lots of attention, and take him for long walks in his cat stroller. I'm an energetic and responsible recently retired hospice nurse. I'll pamper your pets and give them the greatest care. I'll also treat your space with respect and maintain a clean environment in your home.
About: I am a responsible care taker and have enjoyed taking care of many pets, most especially dogs. Big or small. Lazy or hyper... I love animals! My name is Sharon. I am a mom and grandma. I currently work remotely from home as my primary employment. I enjoy reading literature and walking in the park. If you need someone loving and responsible to care for your pet, it could be me! I work remotely from home (on my pc) during certain scheduled hours through out the week for my primary job. Since my work is flexible it leaves plenty of time for quality pet care. I plan to drive to my client's home and take care of their pets as per their wishes. I also have a fenced in yard and a sidewalk where I live so pet sitting at my home is also an option.
About: I’ve taken care of many of my neighbors and friends pets multiple times and I’m glad that I can give them one less thing to worry about when they have to leave their pet for whatever reason. I am a student at the University of Arkansas and my schedule is very flexible! I am definitely available for overnights and checks throughout the day! I know how important it is for a pet to feel safe and not lonely, and I’m committed to keeping your pets as happy as possible!

“Alicen was AMAZING with Dan!! Helped us out in a last minute Hail Mary on a Holiday weekend as well!! Could never recommend someone more! Danny played so well with her 2 pups and Alicen kept us very well updated with pictures!!”

“Sharon took amazing care of Franny & Zuzu as always during our 11 day vacation! They are always so happy to arrive at her sweet and comfortable home, and I know they feel loved and cared for by her. Thank you, Sharon!!”

“10/10 as always! milo loves it here and she was even helpful with picking up some food (that i paid for) for him due to some complications with leaving and pet store not being open”

“Elizabeth was so sweet with Murphy and took such great care of him! He got to go on runs, walks, and got to snuggle and play with her dogs. She was so patient and super responsive with tons of pictures. We definitely found our new sitter!♥️”

“Our golden stayed with Emily for a little over a week and had the best time! As soon as we pulled up to her house my golden ran to her door, which to me is a fantastic sign since our golden has a lot of anxiety. Emily sent many pictures and updates throughout our trip that I didn’t need to worry if she was having a good time. If we need to travel again we will definitely be rebooking!”
