I was out of the country and so nervous to leave my fur baby for so long, but Melissa made sure to give Harper lots of love and sent me updates on how she was doing while I was away! “Lei was absolutely wonderful! Her communication was excellent. I know our pets felt at home with her. She and Chris (her husband, who is retired military) did so much more than taking care of our pets. They also watered my flowers, took our garbage to the street, notified us of a problem with our house. Lei even left the prettiest card accompanied by a tiny bunny and vase of flowers. Thank you, Lei and Chris, for your kindness and attention to detail while we were away)”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life and truly love animals of all ages and personalities. I’m especially patient, attentive, and affectionate, and I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and loved while they’re away. I’m comfortable caring for senior pets, giving medications if needed, and helping shy or anxious animals feel calm and comfortable.

“Titeara took wonderful care of our Phoebe. 💜 She was very intentional about getting to know her and introducing her to the new space. She asked great questions about what would make Phoebe feel safe and happy while we were away. It’s always hard to leave behind a pet especially with someone new, but we received so many pictures and updates that demonstrated attention to our girl and care for our preferences for her. Phoebe had a great time there, and it was really great to see pictures of her daily- clearly confident, loving, and playful.”

“Scout absolutely lovedddd his visits with Alyssa. Alyssa was so good with my corgi and all his sassiness. She gave him all the play time he could handle plus bribe treats to get out of bed! I loved the little personal review stories Alyssa created for each visit with scout! Will def use again!”

“Bradley was awesome! Cared for my dog with drop in visits over the weekend. Showed up on time as scheduled, took lots of pictures, took him on a walk and played with him! He even came to meet my dog beforehand which made me feel more comfortable. I will be booking with Bradley again in the future!!”

About: I’ve grown up with cats my entire life and am very comfortable caring for them. I understand that cats are highly routine-oriented and sensitive to changes in their environment, so I’m intentional about maintaining their normal schedule and respecting their boundaries. Cats tend to warm up to me quickly because I’m calm, patient, and attentive to body language. I let them approach me on their own terms and take the time to understand their personality, whether they’re social, independent, shy, or anxious. I’m experienced with feeding routines, litter box care, playtime, and providing quiet companionship. I take pride in creating a calm, low-stress environment so cats feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.

“Dennis and his wife Sue are so great! I left my French bulldog with them for daycare, and she usually has some separation anxiety but she did great :) You can tell that they both love dogs and are just sweet people in general.”

“Derek is very communicative and attentive. He has a great introduction and integration system for his new dogs. It allows them to take their time acclimating to the new environment and only meet the other dogs once they’re calm and ready. Derek responds promptly and sends pictures throughout the stay. We felt confident leaving Cadbury with him and will do so again. He returned home calm, happy, and satisfied.”

“Madeline is a sweet lady and took care of our little Yorkshire terrier well. She sent me pictures and updated me about our dog. We will use her again if we are in this area. Thanks Madeline.”

She was extremely responsive, communicative and made sure to cater to each of our dogs’ individual needs. She even sent us photos throughout the day to keep us updated on our pups! I highly recommend Lori for your daycare needs.”

“Mark is really friendly and you can tell he really loves animals. My 10lb Shih Tzu Callie got along with his dog Lucky and I was not worried about my little baby being alone with his German Shepherd mix. I'm also really thankful about how flexible he was with my crazy, changing schedule about drop-off and pick-up times. I'm glad to have dropped Callie off with Mark. Thanks again! I appreciate you watching my little baby over the weekend!”
“Thanks a million to Brett and Stephanie! They were awesome. This was our first time trying rover. The entire experience was great! We will definitely use them in the future. Thanks so much guys!”

“My Titan wasn’t feeling well at all on this day. I suspect that he may have had a stomach bug or had eaten something he wasn’t supposed to. I asked for frequent potty breaks and I think Maceson handled the situation well. Kudos to Maceson!”

About: I’ve taken care of both doggos and cats since I was 13. My family used to rescue dogs and rehome them, so I have experience with a wide range of breeds from Great Danes to Yorkies to all kinds of kitties as well as a range of ages from newborns to seniors. I can bottle feed and administer medicine if needed. I just love being around animals, so I can assure you that your babies will receive the best treatment imaginable with me. All the love you would normally give them will be felt with my care :) I work from home full time and have the flexibility to step away from my computer whenever I need to. This means I am able to provide constant supervision and care to your fur babies. I care for at most one doggo or cat at a time so I can ensure your fur baby is safe and being cared for properly. I have lots of fenced land to play and walk them while they are here. For non-boarding services, you can trust that I will care for your babies as if they were receiving the care directly from you. I am willing to travel to your home to check on your babies, play with them, and take care of their needs.
About: I’m a kind hearted soul, always looking for ways to keep a pup happy. I pay attention to detail and I’m very familiar with taking care of dogs, especially ones that like to have fun. Back home, I have a 5 year old golden doodle that I’ve had since a puppy. I worked with her to potty train, and with basic training as well. I’m currently at home most of the day. I have full availability right now, and flexible availability during the weekends. Please reach out. Thank you! I am one of the sole caretakers of my dog at home. I take her out for potty breakers, feed her, and play with her.
“This was a most excellent choice for Stella. Friendly people, friendly dogs, they had treats, they played in the back yard together. We'll do this again. Thank you Shoshana !! Stella said woof woof. !!”

“Timorie was amazing to work with! She was flexible with timing of drop-off & pick-up, which was very helpful for my schedule. She sent regular updates & it was nice seeing Bronte looking so happy. Most importantly, my dog was so comfortable with Timorie from the start. Her ‘crew’ of dogs (and cat!) at home were excited to meet Bronte, & although they were very interested in her, they did not overwhelm her. Overall, a wonderful experience. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend using Timorie if she’s available! ❤️”

“Our boy spent the day with Maggie and her crew in preparation for his week-long visit in a few weeks and it was a great experience. Maggie sent us updates throughout his visit and earned our pup's trust, which is not easily given. Will definitely be using her again!”

I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I will love and care for them, as if they where my own.

About: We are a married couple in our 40s interested in house/pet-sitting together. We have pet-sat for a few NC and TN families for the past several years, and both of us had pet-sat before we met as well. Zachary works from home and so will be around the house much of the day if dogs need a mid-day walk or meal. Denny wakes up early and can feed and walk dogs in the early morning. Between us, we have experience with cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and amphibians. We are willing to work with other animals as well. We prefer to sleep at the pet-owner's home when needed, as this means that we’re around and available for the pets at various times throughout the day. Denny also does drop-in care and dog-walking. Zachary has experience training dogs and volunteering with cats as well. Looking forward to meeting you! Zachary has a flexible work schedule and works from home. Denny is available to care for pets in the mornings, sometimes late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We both enjoy walking and hiking and would love to take your dogs for walks. We don’t bring pets into our home but prefer overnight care in the pets’ home and are also open to drop-in care and walks. We are both very gentle with dogs and cats and enjoy lots of cuddles with pets, and we also make sure to take them for walks if desired.
About: Growing up in Arkansas, it gave me that country life! I’ve had ducks, a goat, a rabbit, horses, cats, ponies, dogs, and chickens as my responsibilities to take care of. It was hard work, although I didn’t see it that way because I enjoy spending time with animals. This passion for animals has encouraged me to join 4-H( Marion/West Memphis Arkansas area), actively volunteer at animal shelters, join the Humane Society of Tennessee, and currently am working on my Vet Tech certifications. I’m here to show your pets it’s okay, their owner is leaving for the moment because we will have fun and I can give them the same attention and care that their awesome owners give them. I also have 3 years of experience dealing with domestic and farm animals! I have a very fexible schedule and I’m home almost all the time. I am committed to giving your pet an excellence experience with tons of attention. So if you need a pet sitter, I’m your girl! I’m also taking grooming and dog training courses, so I can get my certification. Currently, I don’t feel comfortable cutting or trimming pets yet because I’m still in training, although I do offer through Rover baths and brushing of teeth. 901 279 6895 I currently work at Shelby Center Hospital for Animals, although I am very flexible and accommodating! You tell me what you need, and I will definitely make sure I’m there for your pet! I care for your pet in my home by taking them out 2-3 times daily or as needed per the owner. I can provide bowls, blankets, pee pads, and a kennel for your pets if needed. I have a lot of toys to keep your pet engaged and I don’t have a pet so i have plenty of love to spread! We go on walks or the dog park on good sunny days. I send pics and sometimes videos during there stay. I care for pets in client’a home by abiding by the rules or task the client instructs me to do for there pet during the stay. I play with the pet while I’m there multiple times during the day and I make sure i leave the place how i came in or better. I usually clean before I leave and make sure everything is done as instructed by my clients!
About: I’m new to Rover, but not new to pet care. I’ve grown up with animals my entire life and have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. My family has always had dogs and a cat, and now that I’m in college, I live with a roommate who has a dog as well — animals have always been a constant part of my everyday life. One thing I hear often is that pets tend to warm up to me quickly. I’m naturally calm, patient, and attentive, and I take the time to let animals approach me at their own pace. I pay close attention to body language and personality, which helps pets feel safe and understood, especially if they’re shy, anxious, or sensitive to new people or environments. I’ve cared for pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including overnight stays and extended care. Whether your pet needs structured routines, playful energy, or quiet companionship, I adjust to what makes them feel most comfortable. Animals have always been a grounding presence in my life, and caring for and forming bonds with them is something I truly enjoy — not just something I do. I’m currently on winter break with very open availability, flexible scheduling, and the ability to accommodate last-minute requests. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and extended care, and I prioritize being present and attentive rather than rushing through visits. I prioritize safety, routine, and comfort in every aspect of pet care. I follow instructions closely and am mindful of details like doors, leashes, feeding schedules, and any special needs or medications. I treat both pets and homes with respect and care, and I communicate clearly so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. My goal is always to create a calm, secure environment where pets feel genuinely comfortable.

Madelyn is responsible, communicative, kind, and so very accommodating. Recently, I had a medical emergency while Millie was boarded. Madelyn offered above-and-beyond services to make sure Millie had care until I could return. Highly recommend!!”

“Megan was great with my pup, no doubt! She had great communication with me throughout! After picking Blaize up, he was asleep before we made it out of her neighborhood which tells me he played and had a great time! She is who I plan to use again when needing another sitter!”

“Chryschel was amazing! Copper loved her and she even sent home a bag of treats. She sent plenty of videos and photos. We will book her again. :-)”

“Shanina was awesome with our fur baby Koda. Very flexible with drop off and pick up times and she communicated very well. We will definitely be utilizing her again in the future.”

“This was our first time using Mr. Donald and his wife. The experience was amazing. They kept us informed with pictures, which made our time away from our sweet boy relaxing. I could tell based on Jax's reaction when we arrived and when we picked up, that he had a great time. Highly recommend!”
