About: I’ve had many cats and dogs over the years. My Chocolate Lab, Holly, was 16 years old when she passed away a few years ago. I raised her from a puppy all the way through her senior years. I’ve recently retired so my schedule is fully open to for pet sitting. I am looking forward to having some cats and dogs in the house again. I have a fenced in backyard. Half of the yard is concrete pad with a covered pool, and the other half is grass. I also have a gazebo that gives a good amount of shade for animals to relax under.

I love caring for dogs in my home and offering my clients detailed communication regarding their dog(s) while away. I gladly accept reactive dogs, special needs dogs, and high energy or high maintenance dogs as I am home full-time. When boarding, big dogs and little dogs are kept separate. During unsupervised times such as when we are sleeping dogs are either in a kennel or allowed to roam the household if they are not destructive and owners are comfortable. Generally, dogs eat twice daily unless otherwise discussed. Medications are given at the times they are needed and each dose is logged in the app for peace of mind. I usually send one or two pictures a each day with a brief update. On occasion I send videos if we are doing something fun. I do work with dogs that are not dog or people friendly. With reactive or unfriedly dogs I ask for a little more notice so I do not book other dogs during that time. Discounts offered, please ask me about them. :)

About: I’ve had dogs since I was little and was a full time vet assistant for 3 years. I’m now a kindergarten teacher and miss being around animals! I have a heart for all kinds of animals, especially older dogs. I love cats too! I am a full time teacher but I am able to be flexible as much as possible! I am willing to go before school and after school as needed. My current living situation doesn’t allow me to have guest animals at my home. However, I wouldn’t want to make your fur baby uncomfortable in anyway and they would be more comfy in their own space!
