I recently have taken care of many neighbors two pets where I fed and let them out about three times a day. I currently have little experience with older/special needs dogs. If the pet has medications I could easily learn how you would like me to administer it as I am a fast learner. My schedule is normally flexible although and can be worked around. Charlie passed last September from full body cancer so have learned to handle medicine and special care needs. We got Dixie(our Maine coon mix) for Sam about 2 years ango and what a trip! He is a 2 year old Golden retriever, he loves people and gets along well with all animals. He is beyond spoiled, so your dog would be spoiled too. We also have 2 Nigerian dwarf goats, they are friendly as can be and my dog absolutely loves them. I am currently out of work due to an injury, (I am an RN )so I am at home all the time. I take Charlie on 2 walks a day and let him play outside. He likes to play fetch for the ball in the pool or he walks around the 11 acre property with me while I work. The dogs can also play in a fenced in area, but I will keep your dog on leash outside at all times if that is preferred! We have a fenced in huge arena for your dog to play with ours outside without fear of them getting out. We also have 11 acre property that we like to let our dog play around in, supervised. If they are crate trained, we have no problem continuing this at night, or if your dog is not crate trained, and friendly, they can come upstairs and sleep on the dog bed on the floor next to our dog :) We treat other dogs like family.

About: Hi! I love dogs and have always had one around. I have had experience with large and xl large breed dogs. I have a male golden retriever that loves fellow dog companions and has not met a dog he doesn’t like! I work at home so I am always around to let your pup out and give them the exercise and love they need! We do have kiddos that can also provide extra fun and exercise. The backyard is large and fenced in and leaves plenty of space to run around. I also enjoy getting out and walking and am more than happy to have the extra company from furry friends. I also have 2 outdoor 4x6 runs. I work at night and my husband works during the day so someone is usually always at home for frequent play time and potty breaks. “Fantastic dog walker who’s very comfortable around working dog breeds (hard to find!). Extremely reliable, excellent communication, punctual and honest! I love that she’s active in the AKC training clubs so she’s not only comfortable with solid obedience training but agility as well. This is key for our family to have a sitter who has more advanced experience than the typical rover dog walker. It adds a lot more peace of mind for consistent training and behavior expected with my dobie, even under the care of someone else when I am away. My Doberman is very comfortable which says a lot as she doesn’t connect with everyone so I am thrilled they click so well and she gets the wiggles when she sees her but also listens to her commands and has respect for Almu. I appreciate the tender care Almu has taken and no detail overlooked. I am a high maintence dog owner and Almu went well above and beyond! I’m going to be using her dog walking services long term. She even took care to take my dobie hiking in the rain so not a single potty break or exercise routine was missed. Very grateful!”

What sets me apart from other sitters is that I’m very reasonably priced, and as a veterinary technician of 5+ years and a graduate of Jefferson State’s Veterinary Technology program, I have the specialized training for giving medications and what to do should an emergency arise! I am familiar with emergency medicine and have worked in an ER setting for almost a year. I’m currently taking a break from veterinary medicine to study for my state licensing exam to become a licensed veterinary technician! This has freed my schedule up to provide more care for pets! I tune in quickly to each pet’s vibe so they feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I structure my days with flexibility so I can be present, attentive, and consistent with visits, walks, and care throughout the week. I have a flexible schedule and am available just about every day of the week with enough notice. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in their familiar environment and routines. I follow all instructions closely, respect household rules, and keep doors, gates, and leashes secure at all times. I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and clear communication, and I check in with updates so you can feel confident your pet and home are well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of pets as long as I can remember! I have learned a lot about pet care over the years, including what it takes to keep them healthy and what to do in cases of injury. I take all I know and use it to try to create a better experience for all furry little dudes and dudettes! Pet care is already an everyday task for me. Getting the opportunity to take care of more furry little guys would fit right into my normal daily routine! I care for the animals around me like I would care for humans around me. If there’s anything unsafe, it will be handled immediately! Other than safety, I like to ensure the pets around me have adequate food, treats, exercise time, and affection.
About: I have dog sat for family and friends since 2014. I am able to follow the pet owner's directions and love spending time with the dogs. I am flexible when it comes to what the dog's needs are and ensure the dogs are taken care of at all times. I do work Monday through Friday until 5PM. I can do stop bys before and after work and multiple times in the evening if need be. I absolutely love caring for dogs and being able to play with the dogs. I grew up with dogs in my home, but unfortunately am unable to have a dog of my own at this time. I feel like this would give me the opportunity to put the pet owner at ease as they are out of town and enjoy my passion for loving dogs!

About: I've taken care of animals for years. When I was younger I not able to have a dog. So when I could I went to the library and researched breeds of dogs. I was so interested I even went to local dog shows. I love dogs and like cats to so let me take care of your family pet. I have experience with older dogs and dogs with special needs. I am working part-time right now, but I have time to play and take care of your precious dog or cat. Weekends are good for me. Let me know and I will be there to walk, play, and feed your family pets. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs of my own to keep them company. If I come to your place I will take care of your dog and make sure to have their best interests at heart. Whether at my house or yours your pet will be taken care of. I'm working full-time but I am free at 6 and beyond if you need me to come walk or drop-in on your pet. I am free every weekend as I only work during the work. I have a big fenced in backyard that my dogs enjoy with plenty of shade and a shed. The animals I petsitt will have plenty of room to run and play. They will also have loads of playtime and enjoyment with my dogs.

He gets sick and loses weight at traditional kennels (learned this the hard way) so we don't use them.
