About: I own a small kennel,Small Paws Kennel, for small to medium sized dogs in Sterrett. I currently have a few empty kennels,to be used for dog boarding and daytime care. Dogs will not be around cats,and will remain away from children if nervous or aggressive. They will be homed in a kennel with plenty of food,water,treats,and an outdoor run of their own. They will not have to interact with other dogs. I have pet sitter in the past,and try to make sure to follow notes about a dog's preference of what makes them nervous,what treats they like,any meds needed,and so forth. I'm currently staying at home to take care of and homeschool my two girls,as well as running a small kennel,so your dog will get plenty of care and attention. I make sure to check on boarded dogs daily,so that they have plenty of fresh water,food,and get a chewbone or treat daily...as well as some petting and attention. I have a small kennel. There are separate indoor kennels,with dog doors that lead out to 4*8 separated runs,so dogs are separate and safe. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.
About: I have always grown up with dogs. I personally have 6 dogs that are all working breeds. I am a kennel assistant and dog groomer in training for the past three years. I absolutely love what I do. I currently work a little more than part time but not quite full time. I have a fenced yard area on the farm where they can get plenty of exercise. They can stay out or inside whichever they are used to. I am very attentive to all their needs while in my care.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I've been a boy. I've owned many different breeds from large to small, my current dogs are all rescues from Hawaii giving them a beautiful life here in Alabama giving them loves hugs and kisses every day. Im retired so im available morning afternoons and nights plus overnight if needed. Always following schedules or routines food, water meds walks or playtime for sure. Keeping your fur babies are safe and plenty of rubs and love. At my home I always check my gates and fence line for safety. I always go out with them for safety, walks and playtime. Separate or rotate pets at feeding time if needed and treat time. I ask about your house rules and follow the instructions for any special needs for each pet, food mediation walks. I always double check gates locks making sure everything is secure before leaving.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 10 plus years. You will not have to worry about your pet with me I will make sure to send you as many updates you want and by the end of the stay your fur baby will have a new best friend (: I’m currently helping clean houses during the week but I still have plenty of free time to help you with your fur baby, I will be able to rearrange my schedule as needed. I will make sure your fur baby has food and water, I go by the book when given instructions on how you want your fur baby taken care of, I don’t mind crating them but if you don’t crate them I am absolutely be okay with them cuddling up to me while we watch tv. I can do check ins so that way I can spend 30 minutes to an hour making sure your fur baby goes on a walk and has exercise.

About: my entire life i’ve grown up around animals! since i was 10, i was walking my childhood lab around on a leash. i worked as a dog groomer for 2 years and i have a huge passion for anything pet related, especially what makes them happiest. anytime spent around animals is when im most comfortable, no matter how difficult the task may be. When looking at my daily routine, I get up and let my own dog out before work, come let him out during lunch, and then play with him after work is over. About: My sister and I fostered all types of dogs and cats through the Greater Birmingham Humane Society since 2020. Since I have moved to Calera, I now assist locally with CHILTON County TNR. As of now, I take care of a dog and cat, which were both rescues. Im currently working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and do remote work Tuesdays and Fridays! I also have availability for weekends, just ask me about specific times! I have a big fenced in backyard with some big trees that allow some good shade. There is also a back porch with an awesome fan because we all get hot in this Alabama heat. About: Honestly love dogs and cats they always will be my favorite. They always had a weak spot on me I was always into having a dog or cat. But i love all animals just want them to be comfortable with me. I have been professionally training for over five years and have impressive results, especially with potty and kennel training! I have great experience with senior pups and pups with disabilities. I have never turned away a dog from receiving care from me, no matter their problems! My schedule is centered around my pups. I am here with them full time except when i have to leave to do daily walks or check ins!
