This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). About: Growing up we always had dogs in our family. My Experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for friends and families. “Flash had a great day in Doggie Daycare with Emily and her family! They played with him and took him for a walk. They were very accommodating in setting times for Flash and me to meet them and for dropping him off and picking him up. They followed the feeding instructions and made room for his dog bed and toys in their home. I really liked it that they lived in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and that they had a nice fenced in back yard. You can tell they love dogs and it made me happy that Flash was comfortable with them. I recommend them as dog sitters and plan to book with them again!”

About: Growing up I was the girl on the street who preferred petsitting to babysitting, and as soon I could in my 20s, I adopted the sickest oldest cats in the facilities and loved them until their deaths. In my 30s I’ve mixed it up and have two big rescue dogs, and we’ve been at the dog park nearly every day for 6 years now. Wow they grow fast! I’d love to share a moment of your lives with a walk or overnight, and I’ll treat them like family — only better. :) I am available Monday-Sunday. There are many parks and we walk several times a day and play on- and off-leash. Basically, my two dogs are my life right now so I thought I’d try this to have something to do! I have a two-bedroom apartment but one is devoted to the dogs and there is extra space in my master room if dogs don’t need to sleep together. While I only have a balcony, it is good enough for my dogs to sunbathe on and stare at passersby. During the week I am only available in the evenings after 5pm. On the weekends I have open availability and can come anytime to care for your fur baby. I would like to add that every month I have a week where I have open availability. For the Month of March: 23rd- 27th I’d be available any hour of the day and can go multiple times a day if needed, so don’t be afraid to reach out if that happens to line up with your schedule. :) I am constantly around animals, so I’m pretty good at reading their behavioral cues and knowing what they might need. I try to make sure they feel safe and comfortable, stick to their routines, and give them as much attention as I can. I prioritize instructions left and try my best to keep the space clean and stress free for the owners and the pet.
About: I loved having cats and dogs growing up and eventually started pet sitting for friends and loved it. Now I have 7 pets of my own and still love to give! I work part time and am available almost every afternoon during the week and Saturdays and all day Wednesdays to come love on your fur babies! My animals are possibly the most spoiled. We have a large fenced in yard, love giving our 2 dogs enrichment, and have plenty of cozy spots for all our cats and dogs.

Right now, my husband and I own a Catahoula/Pit Mix, Aussiedoodle, and Siamese cat. I have always been a big animal lover and can never seem to get enough of them. “Danielle is the absolute best, and I’ll hear nothing to the contrary. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. My only regrets with this review are that everyone else will book her now and she’ll be unavailable next time we need boarding for a weekend”
“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”

“Cassandra was amazing! She watched my high-energy GSP mix puppy at her house for 6 nights and Piper came home happy and tired! Despite our trip putting us in a different time zone with limited service, Cassandra kept us updated on how Piper was doing and sent lots of pictures. When Piper got too adventurous outside and found herself with a bug bite that caused some swelling in her face, Cassandra let us know right away and went through lengths to get in touch with our vet and her own vet to treat with Benadryl.
