I love animals so I would give your pet lots of love and attention while you are gone! I work a full time job in the Bessemer/MaCalla area but I am free on weekends and am an early riser and get off before 5 in the afternoons! I currently work a full time job in the MaCalla/Bessemer area from 6:45/7:00 to about 4:00/4:30. I get an hour lunch break that I can take at any time of my choosing. I am free most of not every weekend, all day. I am an early riser so I have no problem with morning walks if needed! I will care for your pet as if they are my own! About: I’ve worked in a cat, dog, and exotic kennel for 3 years at a veterinary clinic. I have over 500 hours in small animal husbandry and I also shadow and work with a veterinarian during the summer. This experience has made me extremely versed in reading animal body language as well as being detailed oriented when it comes to pristine care for pets no matter if they are puppies, kittens or seniors citizens. In addition, I am a pre-vet major at Mississippi State University and plan to pursue veterinary medicine in the future. About: I have had many years of pet sitting my four legged family members, minus the pay; however, I enjoyed it every moment of those amazing opportunities! “If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
