“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
About: I have always had dogs as pets since I was 3 years old! I had 4 growing up and have always had at least two at a time! I have a passion for caring for pets and believe all pets should be treated like our family! I do have some experience in dog first aid and will always care for your pup as my own! I work from home full time so I am able to play with the dogs and take them on walks/hike often! I have a 3 acre yard that is tucked away and an absolute oasis for dogs! I have two dogs of my own so I am already on a potty break schedule every two hours at least! I will always treat your pet like they are my family! I do let pets on furniture if that is okay with the owner and I will follow all of your instructions very carefully. I take this job very seriously and want your pet to have the best time possible! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet is well taken care of and happy! I use Rover for my own pups when I go out of town, so I know how scary it can be to leave your pet with someone new! This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. My only regrets with this review are that everyone else will book her now and she’ll be unavailable next time we need boarding for a weekend”

About: Ever since I was 6 years old I’ve had an unusual connection with dogs. They are my world. For some reason they always seem to find me. I’m the person you see on the highway going after a lost dog. I’ve had 6 dogs at once before. I can’t seem to say no to dogs needing a home. It’s my happiness. “I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”

I will make sure your fur baby has food and water, I go by the book when given instructions on how you want your fur baby taken care of, I don’t mind crating them but if you don’t crate them I am absolutely be okay with them cuddling up to me while we watch tv. I can do check ins so that way I can spend 30 minutes to an hour making sure your fur baby goes on a walk and has exercise.

About: I have had a love of animals for my entire life and have always owned at least one pet. My first pet fully on my own was a chinchilla named Chee who I got my sophomore year of college and since then, the pets have only grown. I currently have two large breed dogs. Bo is a 3-year-old belgian malinios mix and Bailey is a 1-year-old German Shepard. I am a licensed pharmacist who has recently cut back to part-time and I began looking for a non-healthcare way to spend my time. I mainly work on Wednesday and Thursday but am home by 7 pm on those days and available on other days of the week! I am very good at following instructions, and I also understand that pets need more than just a quick check up. I genuinely love animals and I would treat them like they are my own. My oldest dog also has a chronic health condition. That combined with my healthcare knowledge would make me a great resource for any special needs pets!

“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
About: I have always had dogs as pets since I was 3 years old! I had 4 growing up and have always had at least two at a time! I have a passion for caring for pets and believe all pets should be treated like our family! I do have some experience in dog first aid and will always care for your pup as my own! I work from home full time so I am able to play with the dogs and take them on walks/hike often! I have a 3 acre yard that is tucked away and an absolute oasis for dogs! I have two dogs of my own so I am already on a potty break schedule every two hours at least! I will always treat your pet like they are my family! I do let pets on furniture if that is okay with the owner and I will follow all of your instructions very carefully. I take this job very seriously and want your pet to have the best time possible! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet is well taken care of and happy! I use Rover for my own pups when I go out of town, so I know how scary it can be to leave your pet with someone new! I will send you photos and videos throughout your stay, and you can even facetime your pet if you’d like! Whatever I can do to make your time more peaceful, please let me know 😊

I honestly think Su is going to have separation anxiety from Freya, she loved playing with her so much!! Ashley sent daily updates with photos/videos. “Danielle is the absolute best, and I’ll hear nothing to the contrary. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. My only regrets with this review are that everyone else will book her now and she’ll be unavailable next time we need boarding for a weekend”
