I do want to be fully transparent—I live in a trailer in a quiet trailer park, which unfortunately isn’t an option to select on Rover (they only allow “home,” “apartment,” or “farm”). While my neighborhood might seem a little rough around the edges, I promise it’s much friendlier than it looks. All of my neighbors are senior citizens and truly some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. My best friend lives next door and helps keep an eye on my little one if I ever need to step out for errands or groceries, so your dog will always be safe and looked after. I also have a fully fenced-in backyard and typically leave the back door open so dogs can go in and out as they please. They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. “Shelby was a life saver and the best dog walker ever. I had to bring my dog to my parents house for an out of state trip for two weeks. My parents are +70 years old and can’t walk my husky dog. I met Shelby and she was the only person I needed to see. Prince loved her immediately so I knew he was in good hands. Shelby gave Prince daily walks for one hour. Took him on trips to dog parks and even gave him a bath on his last day since it was a rainy week. About: In my life I have had many dog sitting experiences, I have my own dogs & cats! I have watched dogs as small as 10 pounds to dogs as big as 80 pounds or over, I have a very special place in my heart for any & all animals! About: I’ve taken care of dogs both full time and part time since I was around 14. I was the sole caregiver for my previous dog (American Staffy) for 4 years as well as pet sitting for family.
