“Justin, his lovely wife Alexis, and their two kids helped us out by watching sweet Sukie while we went on a last minute fishing trip. I appreciated the pictures with an update, or two, every day we were gone. Sukie looked happy and relaxed in all of them, and upon our pickup. From what I can tell Sukie made a few new friends (both dog and human) and had a blast getting LOTS of attention. Everything worked out great and I hope to use them again for any future needs. I know to help dogs that have high anxiety and have attachment issues. I have had big dogs and little dogs before I've had puppies and old dogs, I've delt with really mean dogs to super nice dogs, I know how to calm a mean dog down and get them under control in a professional way, I really hope you will consider me for being able to play with and give your pooch attention when you are away busy with work or family. About: I have experience with small to giant breed dogs. From kitten to senior cats. Additionally I have experience with administering medication via shot(for cats and dogs), pill, mousse, cream, and I have wound care experience. I have had several years of pet car from puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. Additionally I have cared for some varieties of fish and amphibians. Animal care is my top priority. I work full time but I work 5 minutes from home allowing me to visit home every day for lunch. My work schedule is 5 days a week but with being so close to home I am able to visit the house every four hours. Additionally I have weekends off as well. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have 2 friendly dogs and a yard that I can walk your dog on a leash in. My dogs are very well trained and stay in the yard without a leash. Additionally my dogs come in the house on command, no dog will ever be unattended when under my care. My dogs get along with cats and ferrets as well. We like to joke that our orange cat trained both of our dogs.

About: I’ve had cats most of my life but have also had dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, mice, and guinea pigs! Spiders are the only pets I can’t handle. I’m currently unemployed and haven’t been able to find full time work due to the bus driver strike. So, Monday-Friday I take my high schooler to and from school and am free to take care of people’s fur babies all day and night! I love animals and treat them as my fur babies! I spoil them with attention and make sure they are well taken care of and happy!

About: I have watched my friends and family’s pups like they’re my own countless times! We always have such a great time. I have one dog, Ricco, who is great with other pups of all sizes and ages. We have a large intended yard that’s great for fetch and trails nearby for walks or runs! I work 7.5hrs per day, MWF I work from home and TR I work in Wasilla. I like to take the fur babes everywhere that I can, just to get them out of the house, even if it’s mundane post office runs or whatever. Per manufacturer’s (owner’s) instructions! Try to keep pets apart when feeding. Let out as often as requested (and feasible per my work schedule). Like to let pets play together if they’re friendly to each other.

About: Spent six years mushing with a recreational team, down to one dog now & just love dogs and skilled at caring for & managing many sorts of dogs. Very active lifestyle and love getting outside and exercising dogs. A tired dog is a good dog:) I work seasonally and have the winters off so I have lots of time for dog care and an open and flexible schedule. Doing foster care this winter so being pretty domestic and would love to sit some extra dogs for people. Have a nice large pet friendly home shared with one other well behaved husky and one teenager. About: Hello! My name is Joanna. I grew up around animals since I lived on acreage. As a kid we had cows, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. I used to pet sit all of the time when I was in high school and even helped train bird dogs. I currently have a dog of my own, her name is Aurora, she is 85 lbs of pure outgoing love. I have plenty of experience with cats as well, I used to cat sit and even foster. I have a pretty lenient schedule, I am flexible so as long as we are able to communicate pick up and drop off it should be fine. We live on acreage where I takes the dogs for a walk and we also have two big dog kennels. I have a dog and so does my mom so they will have friends to play with. We have one outdoor cat but no indoor cats. If you have cats we have a litter box and they will stay inside.

About: Hey all!! I’ve been caring for my own animals;horses,dogs,cats,rabbits,etc for most of my life(30+yrs) I’ve also always been the friend whom everyone asks to care for their furry friend. I went to school to become a veterinary technician and have practiced in animal hospitals for a couple of years but now work seasonally as a wildlife biologist in the Mojave Desert. I love to be active with our pets, whether it’s a short or long walk or I can even take them out in the trails! If they want tons of love and affection, I’ll give it to them. If they are not so social, I can give them their space but still talk to them to let them know they are safe and still being loved, even when their family is not around. Love cats and completely understand them, ha ha! I work a few months in the spring and fall down in the L48 but while I’m home it’s nice to have part time work while also enjoying my outdoor lifestyle. I won’t be staying at homes because I have my 13yo cat who has recently bend diagnosed with kidney failure so am trying to be w her as much as possible. Allowing the animals to feel how they want about me or whatever it is we may or may not do. Most important to me is gaining the trust and confidence and going from there.
About: Growing up I always wanted to be a veterinarian. I still do. I just love the critters! Dogs, cats, lizards, chickens, guinea pigs... They're all fun! I treat your animal like my own. They're allowed up on the couch, on the bed. They ride around in the car with me and go visit friends. Looking forward to our next adventure together! I work part time and make my own schedule. Dog walking: I do my best to stick to your pets routines. If your dog is on a more structured schedule/obedience, I will keep them on that schedule. I will keep pets crated if told to do so. Walks will always start with greeting/leashing, then we head out for fun! Upon arrival back to your home, pups will get a treat, fresh water, and some love before I leave. Pet photos will be sent to the client after our walk. For house boarding & Doggy Day Care: all pets including my own dog, will always be crated upon leaving the home for their own safety. I will only allow dogs to stay in my home upon meeting the dog first, and making sure they're dog friendly and okay with cats. I prefer to keep only one other dog in my home at a time but will make exceptions for the right dogs/fit. dogs are expected to be well behaved in my home and not have destructive or aggressive habits.
About: I have always had dogs in the house growing up. Big and small. I have babysat dogs growing up as well for extra money starting at age 12. I currently ended by full time teacher position to stay home with my boys who will be starting school this fall. I have grew up with cats and dogs my whole entire life.
