“We are so thankful for the amazing care our dog Mookie received! She accepted our last-minute boarding request and was incredibly communicative, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. She worked around our schedule and even cared for Mookie despite having other plans herself — truly a lifesaver for our family. She kept us updated with pictures, and Mookie looked so content and happy the entire time. When we brought him back, he was genuinely excited to see her again, which says everything about how well he was treated. We would absolutely trust her with Mookie again and highly recommend her to anyone needing pet care!”

“Izzy loved her stay and actually made new friends!! I was so pleased with the promptness of responses, daily pictures, and willingness to work with me and my dog on adjusting schedules. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

“They are super a super sweet couple who were kind enough to step up on short notice after the sitter I initially hired had a family emergency. My dog enjoyed her time at their house and all the extra outside time and walks. They administered her medicine with zero issues. We got lots of great updates and photos while we were gone, too! I would definitely book with them again.”

She was ready to go (all packed up) when I went to pick her up. She seems to have had a great weekend, and I appreciate being able to leave her in a safe and loving place!”

“Stephanie and Omar were incredible! My dogs can be “a lot” but they gave them all the love and cuddles they needed. I 100% trust them with my monsters and will definitely book with them again!”

“Miranda was extremely kind and helpful and worked around my schedule and payment options, she housed my cat for ten days and updated mr consistently, thank you so much!”

“Leslie was amazing! Very communicative and sent us plenty of photos of our sweet Daisy. We had a change in our travel plans and Leslie was flexible and allowed us to extend by 2 days with no issues. She is affordable and incredibly qualified and loving with pets! We will book with her again.”

“Londyn is a wonderful sitter! She and her dog Onyx welcomed my pup into their home and gave him the time he needed to adjust and relax before I departed. She gave a few updates through the duration of his stay and included a couple of pictures each time. About: While I haven't personally owned a cat, I have spent plenty of time around them and am comfortable with all aspects of basic caregiving. In fact, as the owner of a Holland Lop rabbit, I am accustomed to caring for animals that thrive on a quiet environment, routine consistency, and litter box maintenance! Beyond my general comfort with cats, I bring a unique level of professional security to my pet-sitting clients. I recently relocated to Fairbanks from Virginia after earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Radford University. This medical background means I have advanced training in physical handling, positioning, safety, and observant care, which translates beautifully to cat sitting: Respect for Boundaries: I understand that cats like to call the shots. Whether your cat is an affectionate cuddler or an independent spirit who prefers their space, I am patient and will completely respect their comfort levels. Calm & Quiet Environment: I am dedicating a lot of my afternoons and weekends to studying for my upcoming physical therapy board exams. This means I will be a calm, quiet presence in your home—perfect for cats who dislike loud noises or chaotic energy. Detail-Oriented Routine Follower: Because of my clinical training, I am precise with instructions. I will ensure feeding schedules, fresh water routines, and litter box cleaning is handled exactly to your specifications. I treat every animal in my care with the same high level of respect, safety, and love that I give my own fur babies. I can’t wait to look after your pet!

About: When I was in 2nd - 3rd Grade I volunteered at the local shelter in my town every summer an was to young to work with dogs so I’d hangout with the cats at home then I had 4 cats and have since always had cats in my house at the time I cannot clean cat boxes due to health reasons but still enjoy my kittens company
“I was fortunate to have Yuki care for my older cats when I needed to take a business trip on short notice. One of the cats, Herman, is extremely shy and generally hides when strangers come to the house. So, I scheduled two hour-long visits with the hope (but no expectation) that Herman might warm up to Yuki and make an appearance. To my surprise, he did! When I returned both cats were happy and healthy. In addition, they didn’t seem phased by my absence (which is unusual). I am truly grateful to know that Yuki is available to care for our cats and have already arranged for her to care for them next time I need to travel.”

“We are so impressed with the care Sara took with our three cats! They are all young and have unique personalities and care needs. This was our first time leaving them to go on a trip and we were a little nervous as to how they would behave. However, we had no need to worry. Sara went above and beyond with her care of them! She made sure they were fed, played with, snuggled, and kept everything clean and tidy. We will definitely rebook with Sara in the future! We can’t recommend her enough!”

“Ashley is a 5-star sitter! She was respectful of our home, provided thoughtful daily updates, and most importantly, gave exceptional care to our treasured kitties. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Veronica was a lifesaver, able to take care of my cat while I was out of town for a week on short notice! She was super responsive and sent great action shots of feeding and watering the cat =) Thanks so much!”

“Theresa did such a great job with Mowgli, she took him out for some exercise so he could get his energy out and sent me lots of pics! She took care that his feet and toys weren't left muddy after they played outside. Would definitely recommend her, and would love to have her watch Mowgli again in the future!!”

“Loved having Laura house sit for my Bengal cat "Chui". He is very shy, but she took her time with him and he came out of his shell a little for her. The house was in good shape when I returned from a week's vacation. Looking forward to having her house/cat sit again.”

About: I have had cats since as long as I can remember. Recently, cat adoption led me to love them more and I have enjoyed spending more time with my Zelda, making sure she is well-taken care of and loved than before. My ultimate goal is to share that love for Zelda with your cat and to make sure he/she is taken care of with zero worries while you’re away. I have extensive cat litter cleaning experience, knowledge in weight management for a healthy lifestyle more time for cuddles with your beloved cat. My ultimate goal is a worry-free environment during your time away while providing care.

About: I have a wide variety of experience working with animals. I spent years working at animal shelters and boarding kennels, have fostered over 30 rescue dogs with behavioral issues, helped train search and rescue and sled dogs. I also have two wonderful rescue pups of my own :) I love dogs and other animals of all ages, temperaments, and sizes and would love the chance to care for yours! I have experience giving medications as well and, if this service is required, you can feel confident that medications will be given on time and accurately. You can rest assured that your furry friend will be treated kindly and as one of my own. I would be happy to work with any special needs or requirements and do whatever it takes to keep you and your pet happy. I like to go with the energy of the pups I have in the house- if it feels like a lazy morning, we will relax and cuddle until we are ready to go. Other times we can get up and moving, hitting the trails as the sunrise is coming up. I am pretty high-energy myself and will be sure to exercise your pup regularly/get their energy out! I do not have a fenced yard but will be outside with your pups while they are at all times. If you are most comfortable with them remaining on-leash, I will happily leash-walk them for potty breaks.
About: I adore dogs so much. I have helped raise 4 dogs from puppyhood and I haves cared for senior dogs as well. I have tackled potty training, basic commands, and a few neat tricks. Your dog will be treated like absolute royalty with me, my favorite thing is pampering my own beautiful pups. I have never met a dog I don’t like and I’ve always lived with dogs so I’m exceptionally comfortable around them. I currently work mostly from home and I’m a part time dance teacher in the fall and spring. I can make myself available almost any day besides Sunday. I have two dogs, one 10 months old and the other is 4. They get to go on walks, drives, adventures to the dog park, and more. I treat dogs like kids honestly. We gotta burn energy and then make them feel comfy and loved.

“Tiffany is amazing! She took great care of our two puppies. They had a fun time playing with her sweet dog Barbara too. She was also a great communicator. Highly recommend!”

About: We have both had pets our entire lives, until recently. Have experience in medication and senior care needs. We have had both cats and dogs in the home. Most of our animals were rescue critters, with various backgrounds. We have not only taken care of our own pets but watched friends critters when they traveled. Currently one of us is retired and will be able to be with your pet all day, except on occasion when we go out or errands. Both of us are home in the evenings and weekends and are also willing to take your pet with for rides or errands, if allowed. We enjoy daily walks. We do not have a fenced yard but a nice area for walking behind the house. Your pet will always be supervised. We can crate your dog, if needed or requested, but otherwise they will have the run of the house.
“Kaycee and her sweet doggos made such a positive impression on me and my dog, Tuuq. She did an amazing job giving us a tour of her yard and her friendly dogs accepted my dog right into their pack. Kaycee’s experience and love for all dogs is so evident as soon as you meet her. I feel confident leaving my best friend Tuuq with Kaycee and I am looking forward to being a repeat customer!”

“Miranda is a loving person who has a passion of caring for animals. She is a responsible pet owner and sitter who has a wealth of knowledge. She even gave our Rose a bath! She gave me updates and took care of Rose. Our Rose is a small dog who weighs 9 lbs. I would recommend her to others.”

About: Hey my name is Stephanie, and my partner Sam and I are looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend! Your pet is in great hands because: 1. I spent 6 years as a vet tech 2. I am a stay at home mom so your pup will rarely be left alone, and we have a huge yard for outdoor play time. 3. We have 3 very sweet dogs who love to play, but we also have areas to keep everyone separate when they decide it’s time for a nap. 4. Your pet will never be tied up outside, but will also get plenty of outside time! 5. You’ll get pictures of your happy pet every time they stay with us If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out! I am a stay at home mom so the only time your fur baby will be alone is when I go to the grocery store, and when I go for walks with my little one. If they are good on lead then it’s likely I will take them with me. Dogs get plenty of outdoor time if they want it. While indoors get to play with the tornado of dog toys strewn throughout the house. They will also get plenty of human interaction, our dogs would even say they get too much at times haha.

About: I know how hard it can be to leave your pup as he looks at you with those eyes as you walk through the door You know the look I'm talking about. Whether you're leaving for the day or a whole week, I would love to hang out with your pup during your time away and give him or her their daily walks, cuddles, playtime, or whatever else they may need. I also offer baths to boarders before you pick them up, and depending on pup, nail trims! Be sure to specify when booking if interested! Ask about available puppy training if interested! (Available through board and train, or weekend hourly care!) My previous work experience includes working at a doggie daycare center for 2 years, overseeing playtime, swim time, bath time, feeding, and setting up for overnight stays. Through this company I often brought home client's dogs for overnight stays if they did not want their dog staying on the facility campus overnight. I also worked as a veterinary receptionist, quickly moving up within a year, to a manager position. While here I learned a lot about pet diseases, how to best care for them, appropriately administer medications, as well as be able to quickly recognize any problems that may arise in terms of a pets health. I have had dogs since I was a little girl, and currently share my home with an old pittie mix and an energetic malmute puppy! I love dogs of all breeds and sizes and look forward to meeting yours! References available! I With 3 younger kids at home our house is full of energy! My husband and I strive to get the pups out on a walk atleast 1-2 times a day, weather permitting during winter. My kiddos LOVE playing fetch, wrestling, or just snuggling with our client pups, and often enjoy helping feed or tiring them out every day! -Boarding dogs will be kept separate during feeding events (whether on a separate floor of the house, or in a dog crate during feeding time) to prevent altercations between pups. -We have a fenced in 'potty' yard for the pups, otherwise dogs will be leashed when hanging out outside with us or going on a walk. Repeat client pups may be kept off leash after comfortability has been determined and owners have agreed and are comfortable.

About: Hi, I'm Dave! I have over 15 years of professional work experience and education in the animal care field; working with everything from rodents to horses, and everything in between! I've had the pleasure of helping out 20 different Fairbanks families so far and look forward to growing that circle soon! In 2009, I completed a vocational school program in Small Animal Science: a two-year course designed for training future veterinary technicians. From there I worked at several boarding kennels where I cared for dogs and cats staying for day care as well as boarding. I now have my B.S. in Wildlife Biology, but still enjoy caring for more domesticated animals of all sizes. I have a very friendly Border Collie who I am training to eventually compete in agility competitions, as well as other canine sports and activities. I am looking forward to making connections with other pet parents here in the Fairbanks area, and hope that you will let me care for your pet! References can be made available upon request! I have experience caring for the following: Dogs (including several dog sled teams of 15+ dogs) Cats Horses Goats Chickens Ducks/geese Rabbits Guinea pigs/rats/mice/etc Fish Birds Chinchillas Reptiles/Amphibians August through April is my 'off season' from my remote fieldwork, meaning I have ample time to dedicate to house/pet sitting when back in town. I have many friends and coworkers that ask me to house/dog sit and my '22-'23 calendar is filling up fast. Reach out to me if you would like to get on my schedule! Whether in my cabin, or at your home, an animals safety is my #1 priority. I am very flexible with an individual pets needs/requirements and can adapt very easily to adjust to what is necessary - whether that's leashed walks, supervised playtime with other dogs, or kenneled naps.

About: Looking for exceptional dog care? Look no further! My name is Kait, and I bring over 20 years of experience in nurturing and caring for dogs. Raised in a family of passionate dog lovers, I have been surrounded by our furry friends since childhood. For the past 6 years, I have dedicated my time to fostering dogs at the renowned Hound Lounge in Anchorage. This invaluable experience has taught me the ins and outs of providing top-notch care to canines of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. Even so-called "aggressive" dogs hold no fear for me, as I have grown up around pits and mastiffs with absolute ease. One thing that sets me apart is the instant connection I form with dogs. They seem to understand that I approach them with kindness, compassion, and unconditional love. I believe in treating every dog as an individual, tailoring my care to their specific needs and desires. Whether they crave snuggles, engaging playtime, or simply a comforting presence, I am dedicated to providing exactly what they need. So if you're seeking someone who genuinely prefers dogs over humans (let's be honest, who can blame me?), I am the perfect choice for your precious furry companion. Rest assured, your dog will be in capable hands with me, receiving the utmost care, attention, and affection they deserve. Don't hesitate to reach out and let's discuss how I can provide unparalleled dog care tailored specifically to your dog's needs. Together, we'll create a stress-free and joyful experience for your beloved canine! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and able to provide consistent presence rather than quick drop-ins. I plan my schedule around feeding, walks, playtime, and downtime so pets get attention, structure, and calm companionship throughout the day—not just care tasks. On a weekly level, I maintain routines that match what they’re used to, keeping things predictable and low-stress while you’re away. I only house-sit, so your pet gets to stay right where they’re most comfortable—their own home, routines, and familiar smells. I follow your care instructions closely, keep the house secure, and treat your space with respect. I’m calm, attentive, and let pets set the pace, especially at the beginning. I pay attention to their body language, moods, and little signals so I can respond before stress builds. Because I’m actually living in the home, they get real companionship and consistency—not just someone popping in and out. The goal is for them to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away.

About: Ive had pets my whole life, from large to small. Ive taken care of puppies 6+ weeks old and elderly dogs as well. High energy or couch potatoes I’ve had them all! Currently a stay at home with two dogs, one frenchie and one husky mix. I can feed on a strict schedule, take walks, play, anything required has my 100% attention. I have plenty of leashes at my home, do not have a fenced in yard of my own. Dogs can be separated at meal time and potty breaks are often.

About: I’ve been a dog owner in the past for many years and enjoy walking dogs, playing fetch or just showing them lots of love! I currently have a dog and 2 cats of my own that my parents watch for me while I’m doing a sitting job. I do have some experience with training and teaching commands if needed. I am not able to have your dog at my apartment but am willing to come to you to help any way I can! I am using this service out to make some extra cash but also to appease my animal loving heart as well! :) Your pet(s) will be in good hands with me! I work “bankers hours” so I am free on nights and some weekends depending on my schedule and previous commitments but generally plenty of free time. I am always concerned for my own pets health and happiness and do any and everything I can do to make sure they’re living their best life. I will mostly be free for nights and weekends. I don’t usually plan much, especially in the winter, so I have plenty of free time! My cats have plenty of toys and 2 towers to climb on. They are always fed and watered and are always good for a cuddle.
“Mallory was a fantastic dog walker for my pup during a busy week when I couldn't give her all the attention she deserves. Mallory came by to meet Sakura ahead of time and discuss all the details with me. During the walks, she always provided text updates and adorable pictures. She even brought her kids along once and took them all to the playground!!! Thank you so much for your help taking care of my baby when I was busy, going above and beyond to give Sakura fun and fulfilling outings!”

About: I have taken care of my family and friends fur babies for two years both in my home and at their home. They entrusted me to feed and walk them while they were away. Additionally, there are discounts provided for two or more pets to be cared for and loved during your time away. Dog bathing is provided for an additional fee, if interested, in the comfort of your home so your pets are refreshed before you arrive home to them. My time at home has allowed me to love and care for my own animals, but to also provide a loving and nurturing environment for yours as well while in my care. Safety is number one in our home! Additionally, I have a fenced in yard and two dogs of my own to easily make your fur baby feel welcomed, loved, and cared during their time with us. Please understand that I do not stay in the home of others due to that I have animals of my own that need their mama home to take care of them and assist with their needs, but I am still available for house visits upon requests.
About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I can walk multiple dogs at once and love to spend time with cat. I am currently working full time at the blood bank so I cannot guarantee potty breaks during the day, but with Alaska daylight I can guarantee walks if needed. I have had a dog my whole life, I do not offer boarding personally but I can ensure that your pets will be safe with me.

“Kristen was awesome with Lucy. I was incredibly nervous to leave her for 2 weeks, but Kristen made sure to send me pictures and videos and put up with my crazy dog mom questions. She put my mind at ease, and Lucy absolutely loved playing with her other dogs. 100% would recommend her. I will definitely use her in the future.”
“Absolutely amazing dog sitters. They were incredibly friendly and conscientious about Sunny while he stayed there. Also the daily updates were very thorough and always made us feel informed on how Sunny was doing.”

“This is Jojo's second time staying with Weslyn, and once again she has taken awesome care of him and has provided daily updates. She kept me informed and gave Jojo plenty of exercise. I will be booking with her again.”

“She went above and beyond dealing with our dog’s unexpected medical issues. Very knowledgeable and attentive to his condition. We could not have asked for a better person to watch him and she will be our first choice the next time we go out of town.”

“She was great! Kept us in the loop, sent pictures and updates! Very flexible with drop off and pick up to work around our schedules! It was a wonderful experience and will definitely use her in the future!!!”

“I can’t say enough nice things about Tiffany. Our communication was great. I had a change in travel plans and she was very accommodating. She sent me pictures of them home and on walks so I knew he was having a blast. Her pup Barb is a doll and very friendly :)”

“Breanna did a great job keeping my kitty over the weekend while I went out of town. She sent me pictures and let me know she was doing well. She was ready to go (all packed up) when I went to pick her up. She seems to have had a great weekend, and I appreciate being able to leave her in a safe and loving place!”

Londyn helped us to feel at ease while she watched our pup and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Should we need a sitter again she will definitely be our first choice!”
