“We adopted a 7-month-old kitten this past summer and none of our usual cat sitters were available for an out of town trip we had scheduled for October 2022. Fortunately, we stumbled upon the Rover service and decided to give it a try. Katie was our first choice and things turned out very well. We booked a 4 night, 5 day stay. Inital communication was prompt and Katie came over to meet the little guy and scope out the house. We were greatly relieved to receive an initial report and picture within a day of our leaving, since we had no idea how our guy would react. Katie immediately put our nervousness to rest, and provided us with several additional updates and pictures during our trip. It was such a relief to know we left our guy in good hands.
