“Kaitlyn has been very good with our puppy, letting her outside to go to the bathroom and then play with her and reward for positive behavior (her experience as a dog trainer and vet tech is a bonus!) She updates us at each visit with pictures of our puppy and gives updates on how the drop in visits went. The only reason for 4/5 stars was because there was a scheduling issue where she forgot to cancel with us on a day she wasnt able to make it last minute and the puppy went longer than usual without a potty break (although ended being fine once we got home). However, she was very apologetic about her mistake, promised to not have it happen again, and offered a discount on some of the future visits to remedy her mistake. I appreciate that she took responsibility and sought to correct it the best she could. She has been faithful on all the other visits so far, responds quickly to messages, is polite and professional and I understand that mistakes can happen on occasion so I have continued to use her and would recommend her to others!”

“Tanner was fantastic with our dog, Kubo. We were gone for almost two weeks, and Tanner sent regular updates and photos. He has a very large yard for dogs to play in, and he took Kubo on a fun hike. I definitely would have Tanner watch our Kubo again.”

“Suzanne was highly responsive for booking and accommodating for drop off/pick up. While we didn’t have an opportunity for a meet and greet beforehand, she kindly responded to all my questions and concerns leading up to the stay. She sent a few quick updates and a couple photos during the two week stay, and didn’t report any issues. Suzanne was playing with my dog in the yard when I came to pick her up - they both looked like they were having a great time! Working with Suzanne was fuss-free and I would happily book with her again.”
