“Megan is absolutely brilliant! We had our very typical border collie stay with her overnight. She's 8 years and never been with anyone but us, so naturally we were a bit apprehensive. Jess is a very typical Border collie, neurotic, incredibly intelligent,very anxious, and quirky. We met with Megan and her 2 gorgeous dogs the week before and we could tell she really cared for them. Megan immediately put us at ease and we knew she was in good hands. Drop off was great, and there was plenty of space with lots of room to run around. I gave her the instructions for Jess' food and away we went. Not once did we worry about Jess, I probably worried about Megan more. She sent us a couple of photos to show she had settled in, and you could tell Jess was happy. When we picked her up, Jess came to the door, saw us and went back in! You could tell she had been very well looked after, and Jess was very relaxed and happy. I couldn't ask for anything better. Jess got home and promptly fell asleep, a very happy dog. It's so reassuring to know that someone loves Jess as much as we do. We will not hesitate to use Megan again. Amazing dog sitter, and will do anything to make sure your dog is happy. About: I have grown up with working spaniels and labradors on a farm, as well as having these dogs as working they have been loved pets. They are walked 2/3 times a day which is either at the beach in Saltburn or in the woodlands. I live in Scissett at the moment and the countryside/woodland is just perfect to have a furry companion by my side to enjoy it with. I'm the kind of person who will cross the road purposely to pet a dog! I work full time, but I work from home 2/3 days a week. I'm always available to put in leave also if this makes sitting easier, or if you are happy with the dog to come into my office with me then you can sure expect them to be coming for coffee breaks and treats with me. Pets really are part of the family so they will be treated as so in my home, whether they would want to sleep on my bed, on their bed, or anywhere else that's fine with me. They would be given endless cuddles and love while being with me.

I’ve raised my own dogs from puppyhood through to adulthood as well as having cats and I regularly care for my brother’s Staffy, who is the sweetest soul! About: I have taken great care of dogs ever since I was very young surrounded by a dog loving family. I have owned dogs of varying size and temperaments of which I have trained since they were puppies and walked, fed and bathed them every day since. I work part time so my availability is pretty much open. About: I have always had or lived with a dog since living at home with my parents through to having one which my children grew up with and have had three dogs since then up until March 2025. I love the outdoors and miss not having a doggy companion on my walks. I am very flexible with availability as I work from home on a part time basis . When your pup stays with us, they won't just be 'looked after', they will be welcomed as part of the family, showered with attention, and given the exact same high standard of love and care that we give our own girls every single day. Because I work full-time from home and my partner is a firefighter working shift patterns, our house is rarely empty and we are fully available for boarding and sitting all week long! Dog care isn't something we squeeze into our day, it is the foundation of our daily routine. Your dog will seamlessly step into the structured, loving schedule we maintain for our two girls. A typical day here includes: Exercise: At least two dedicated walks a day to keep everyone happy and active. We live in a rural area surrounded by fields and long walks. Routine: Set breakfast and tea times, along with constant access to fresh water. Regular Breaks: Toilet breaks are given at least every 2 hours throughout the day. Since I am home all day, your pup will have constant companionship, regular stretches, and plenty of attention right alongside Penny and Pearl. Safety, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities. We have a large, fully fenced, and secure garden where dogs can play safely. Our kitchen and dining area features large bi-fold doors that look out onto the garden; when the weather permits, we love to leave these wide open to give the dogs complete freedom to roam between the house and the fresh air. Our home is spacious enough to accommodate your dog's specific habits, and I am more than happy to crate your dog whenever necessary for their comfort, meal times, or bedtime routine. With two friendly resident dogs and a highly secure, supervised environment, your fur baby will be safe, happy, and entirely at ease.

About: I have volunteered as a dog walker for dog rescues before starting to provide pet services and volunteered with the RSPCA for over 2 years. I am compassionate, patient and willing to go the extra mile (or several if we’re walking). I have my own lovely little rescue dog called Majky who has special care needs and just turned 11. I have experience with senior dogs and am happy to provide medication or special care during drop in visits. I am also fully insured for pet care and DBS checked. I offer drop-ins or dog walking 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. 10am to 7pm Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday. Drop-ins are 30 mins by default but 1 hour is available on request for an additional fee. If you want drop in care I am able to do up to 3 drop ins per day - this is for both dogs and cats, pricing is per drop-in. I prefer to walk your dog or dogs alone so i can give them my undivided attention, i do not offer group walks (more than 2 dogs at once). Although I have my own much loved fluffball he will not be joining me for walks with your dog. I am happy to accommodate any special requests and recommendations for places to walk nearby your home. Or if your dog likes to play fetch instead I’m happy to do that too. I want to get to know your pup so i can do my best to make their day a little brighter.

The apartments are gated off with a little garden area on the property. And they is a big park next to my building for walks as well. Cats, dogs, birds - and all animals to be honest - make me genuinely happy and present in the moment. I’ve loved animals and wildlife since forever. Volunteering in a pet shop at 10 years old, I cleaned the rabbit and hamster enclosures and fed the small animals. Since 17 I have taken care of my own 11 cats of all ages in several homes in the UK and China (including a 1-week old kitten who I had to bottle feed blind) and have completed multiple dog sits and walks. I now currently reside with my two boys, Tyson & Rossi, and since Halloween a lady cat who was hanging around the garden now named Lucky. Lucky was wandering for 12 weeks after her owner passed on and now she is part of our family. We have also been fostering a British long haired cat named Professor Pawsley for a month since a friend and previous client in New Mill passed away. Sadly three of the kitties from over the years have passed on; the others are with family and friends and I receive regular updates). The 1-week old when living in China for 3 years was just days old, his name is Ginge and he now lives happily with his three sibling kitties taken care of in Shenzhen by a good friend. I took care of him as a kitten, feeding him bottled formula, keeping him warm and training him to use a litter tray. I took in two 6 month old cats just before that and worked two jobs while looking after the three of them, with the help of my good friend Echo. Rossi who is now 1 year old, came to us last year in our Stockport home as an 8-week old kitten from a rescue centre and we already had Tyson at the time who was 2, we took him in from a friend’s friend who decided to go traveling. Introducing the boys I used scenting and separation to allow for less anxiety, before they finally met and now they love each other despite sometimes boisterously play fighting! Some of my experiences with pet sitting: I took care of two Jack Russell’s in 2015 for two weeks, walking them, feeding them and playing with them. The pups made house sitting much more fun and walking them at the reservoir daily was good exercise. About 8 months later I looked after my friends two cats for a week and a half while they were away. The year after I was baby sitting and dog sitting two dogs for a friends’ parent, just for one night but that was also a very smooth experience. Looking after my friends British Shorthair for a week in south of China (2018) was enjoyable, as I was living in a studio at the time on my own so I truly enjoyed the company. In 2020 post-pandemic I took care of my brother and his partners’ Yorkshire Terrier for three months while they were working long hours, walking him twice a day, playing with him and spending time bonding. It was in 2023 when I took care of my partners’ boss’ family German Shepherd and two domestic short-haired cats. Administering daily medication as the German shepherd was older, feeding, walking with careful consideration and playing were the tasks involved and they even slept with us while we stayed there for 10 days. I even spent some time with the sheep at the back of the garden! What was truly special was how Marcus explained his German shepherd was in such a good way when he got home he was so pleased to see him with good energy and ready for his morning walks. Every single morning, my first move is to feed the boys and girls and provide fresh drinking water at their four stations. This is always after greeting them of course! Sometimes I wake up to Rossi on my chest or next to my legs as he sleeps on the bed to my happiness. Tyson has softened as he never used to, but now also sometimes sleeps on the bed with us. After greeting, stroking and kisses, food and water is given. My partner and I then clean out the litter trays - five litter trays at the moment! Luckily we have three floors over a town-house so there’s enough space between. Almost daily I check the rechargeable batteries for the bunch of toys they have - we rotate to try and keep them engaged. I also play with teasers and bits of string and of course they love boxes. I talk to the babies as I feel this is important and comforting for our animals, we all need communication. Every few days or so I groom them with a brush and they enjoy treats such as Dreamies scattered on a play board and tuna in spring water every Friday and Saturday. For cats staying in our home, the house is already extremely safe & secure as we check this meticulously already for our own kitties. Everything is maintained to make sure the cats are safe inside the house, the catio is optional as it just fits right outside the front door without any gaps to get outside - but to a new cat we would probably leave the catio and keep them inside the house as there are plenty of rooms. If there were any issues we have a town-house style so three levels and rooms with secure doors so for example my partner could be with our boys in our bedroom and I could be with your kitty/kitties in the living room. We are very conscientious of food and cleaning up after cooking (onions, chocolate etc), cleaning products are in cupboards and we don’t buy flowers which are toxic we are very aware of these potential hazards. As for puppies in our home, the same as above. Preferably, for puppies and dogs, I would like to board/dog or dog (and cats if both) sit at your home - this would also allow your pets to be in their familiar environment.

“Megan is absolutely brilliant! We had our very typical border collie stay with her overnight. She's 8 years and never been with anyone but us, so naturally we were a bit apprehensive. Jess is a very typical Border collie, neurotic, incredibly intelligent,very anxious, and quirky. We met with Megan and her 2 gorgeous dogs the week before and we could tell she really cared for them. Megan immediately put us at ease and we knew she was in good hands. Drop off was great, and there was plenty of space with lots of room to run around. I gave her the instructions for Jess' food and away we went. Not once did we worry about Jess, I probably worried about Megan more. She sent us a couple of photos to show she had settled in, and you could tell Jess was happy. When we picked her up, Jess came to the door, saw us and went back in! You could tell she had been very well looked after, and Jess was very relaxed and happy. I couldn't ask for anything better. Jess got home and promptly fell asleep, a very happy dog. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life from a young age. I’ve raised my own dogs from puppyhood through to adulthood as well as having cats and I regularly care for my brother’s Staffy, who is the sweetest soul! I was also fortunate to learn puppy training to a very high standard from an ex-police dog handler, giving me a strong understanding of dog behaviour, training and communication. I’m a very nurturing, patient and soft-hearted person who genuinely loves getting to know each animal’s individual personality. I understand that every dog is different so I’m happy to adapt my approach to suit their temperament, routine, boundaries and needs whether they’re energetic, nervous, independent, cuddly or somewhere in between. I absolutely love being outdoors and spend lots of my own time walking and hiking, so getting out for adventures with a four legged companion is something I’d genuinely enjoy!! I also have experience working in the care sector, so I’m confident and responsible when it comes to medication, routines and individual care needs. Ultimately, I want every animal in my care to feel safe, loved, stimulated and comfortable while their owners are away 🐶❤️ As a self-employed artist, I manage my own schedule, which gives me lots of flexibility and means I can dedicate my full attention to your pet when I’m pet sitting. I’m particularly flexible with boarding and longer stays and I love being able to give pets plenty of walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and company throughout the day. I’m happy to discuss individual routines and work around what your pet is used to at home. I live on the ground floor of a beautiful old mill with lovely high ceilings and a huge area of greenery surrounding the property. While this isn’t a private fenced garden, the green space is frequently used by local dog walkers, so there are plenty of opportunities for toilet breaks and fresh air throughout the day. As the area is not fenced, I would always keep dogs securely on a lead when outside unless their owner has specifically discussed a suitable alternative with me. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs and will follow their usual routines, feeding instructions, medication and house rules wherever possible. I’ll make sure they have a calm, safe and loving environment, with plenty of company, walks, playtime, enrichment and cuddles. I’ll also keep owners updated and let them know promptly if I notice anything unusual about their pet.

They have truly raised our standards for pet sitters. It was the first time we had to be away this long so we were quite nervous about leaving Arwen behind, but we received daily news with videos and photos that were very helpful. Paulo's extensive experience as a vet also offered us peace of mind while we were away. We will certainly book again with Paulo and his family to take care of Arwen for another stay. “We honestly couldn’t ask for a better dog boarder than Rhiannon. Our dogs have stayed with her twice now and they’ve had the best time both times. She takes them out on little day trips and adventures, which is amazing, it’s like a proper holiday for them. They always come back happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. Our spaniels stayed 2 weekends in a a row. The biggest giveaway of how great she is was how excited our dogs got when we pulled up for the second weekend. Would 100% recommend Rhiannon.”

I am well organised and carying person, very reliable.I have a cat that is 10 years old however I have been taking care of pets nearly all my life as I grew up on a farm in Poland. Since I remember dogs and cats were my best friends and I know how to take care of puppies and senior pets. Now we have 3 more cats and dog in Poland, that are very special to me and any time I am there I look after them. I also work from home 2 days per week what helps me to be more organised with planning the vistis and be more available. I am a single without kids so I have plenty of time at weekends or after work. I also working 2 days from home whats will help me to organise a time for pet sitting. I live in block of flat so pets wont go outside on their own, I will use lead when I need it or keep extra care.
