“Lauren and family were absolutely amazing! They had shadow for a week while we were on our holidays and we got regular daily updates of her having the absolute best time. I cannot recommend these guys enough.”

“Highly recommend baz.. really down to earth bloke, friendly and reliable. I really appreciated the updates, baz sent plenty of pictures and videos. This gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well looked after. I like that Bonnie got company from other dogs within the home. Bonnie returned very relaxed, healthy and well looked after Would 100% recommend baz to look after your pet and will use again in the future. Thanks again, until next time 😋”

“Katie was friendly and instantly made Teddy feel relaxed . Her communication was brilliant and she was very gracious and accommodating with Teddy’s needs . I went away feeling confident my dog was in good hands . Thanks Katie I would highly recommend!”

“This is the first time we have left our dog Tia with anyone for a week, but now we have found Marnie and Eddie we wouldn't hesitate to leave her again. We had regular video and photo updates of Tia's mini holiday, so this helped us to enjoy holiday, know that see was being well cared for. Since we've come home, Tia's been very quite and we think she definitely missing them. We can't highly recommend and thank Marnie and Eddie enough, for giving Tia a loving home for a week.”

“Sophie is a life saver. She agreed to take care of my dogs as a replacement sitter for an urgent situation that happened while I am away abroad. She described my dogs as easy to handle, while I know that Russell (who is almost 17 yo) is sometimes not very easy. Sophie is patient and understands the need of a senior dog. She is a very reliable, responsible sitter. Thank you so much.”

About: I have taken care of many of my friends dogs whilst they go on holiday(s) over the last 5 years. This has included two beautiful, high energy spaniels and older Dachshunds. I work from home and have a spaniel myself so I’m constantly out and about making sure they have the best day. I wake up around 5.45 on week days and take George (my spaniel) on a nice 5k walk along the canal. I work from home so will get my morning meetings out of the way, let George out in the back yard in between. I usually walk to the local park at lunch which is around 2.5k round trip. And after work, depending on what I have planned we usually are out and about places. Quick walk around the block just before we go to bed. I have a fenced yard. Plenty of room in the kitchen to keep a cage. A ring camera that overlooks into the kitchen for if I need to nip out to the shops. And George is the most loving companion, he has been so socialised since I’ve had him that he loves having other dogs over for sleepovers.
“Amy was brilliant, so welcoming and great communication start to finish. Goose clearly felt happy and he was the calmest he's been when we've picked him up from anywhere! Absolutely would recommend and we'll be booking again in the future 😊”

“This was Bella’s first stay with Sam a trial run following her previous sitters emigration, Bella took a little while to settle in but then was really relaxed sunbathing in front of the window and had a great run in the field. She got on really well with Rocky and they chased each other around. We were kept up to date with messages and videos of Bella’s stay all in all a successful trial and have now booked for Sam and Max to look after Bella while we were away.”

“Ruby had another great stay with Poppy and her parents. She was excited to see them again. I am confident she gets the care I would give her at home and that's what you need when having to leave your pet under someone else's supervision. She loves the company of other dogs so it is a real treat for her. Poppy is a bit older and a good role model I think!”

“Jordan, her partner and her three gorgeous dogs are absolutely perfect sitters! Jordan made sure she really got to know our dog before he stayed with her, and as a result we felt so comfortable leaving him with them. Communication was amazing, and we received lots of photos of our dog during his stay. He was so sad to leave! We will definitely be using Jordan's services again :) thank you!”

About: After losing my own boy, my cockapoo, Alfie, suddenly in August, I never thought I’d be able to open my heart or home to another dog so soon. But a part of me feels like it’s missing and whilst I’m not ready to commit to another one of my own, I have so much love to give to other people’s fur babies. I feel that whilst helping other families with doggy day care and/or dog sitting, I can help my heart heal at the same time. I am a paramedic and work shifts, meaning I often have mid-week days off and blocks of rest days at a time. My working hours allow a good range of availability and my role demonstrates my professionalism, compassion and reliability. I am a responsible dog lover who will invite your furry friend into my home, care for them like they are my own and keep them safe until you they return home. Please feel free to reach out if you think I may be suitable for your needs. I am a paramedic and work shifts, meaning I have blocks of days off, both weekends and weekdays. I am offering dog sitting services, through the day or overnight on my rest days so I can fully commit my day/night to your fur baby and have lots of fun. I have a large and interesting fenced garden in a rural location with lots of amazing local walks. My garden is secure with lots to explore and as I would only be having one dog at a time (or two from the same household) your dog would get full roam of the garden and our undivided attention.
“Anca and her family are so lovely. Trevor had an absolutely lovely time and was treated like a king. Anca sent regular updates and we know Trevor felt right at home! Thank you”

“Buddy and Bruno stayed with Daisy whilst we were on holiday for a week. Daisy was really accommodating with drop off and pick up times, and communicated with us whilst we were away and even sent pictures which was great. Buddy and Bruno looked relaxed, which is not like Buddy who has separation anxiety. I would highly recommend Daisy and we will definently use her again”

“We’ve had a Stanley stay with Rachel a couple of times now and he’s loved staying with her and her family. They really fuss over and pamper him and send us regular pics and updates which is lovely. We can highly recommend Rachel and will definitely be using her again!”

“Gino has had an absolute ball with Andrew and Nicky. He has walked miles exploring new places, visited China Town on the bus and to met all the locals. Highly recommend Andrew and nick to look after your pup. You will be reassured and content knowing your pup is not only looked after but having an adventure as well xxx”

“Another great trip for Hazel in her home from home (her third stay with Leah-Dionne now). She always looks so healthy and happy when I pick her up, and while we all miss her, we know she's having the best time. She even now has a boyfriend in Stanley, one of Leah's pugs 😍😆”

About: I have a 10 year old dog, and 10 years of personal experience of loving, caring and treating her as the family member that she is. I am a very active person and know many amazing walks around my area, you can rest assured that your dog will be well exercised and tired out when they return to you( in a good way!). I always remember that while most people see taking their dog out as a chore or something they have to do, that walk is the best part of the day for the dog, the thing they look forward to. For this reason it becomes the best part of my day too, and no walk will be short lived or boring. I also have some experience training dogs and puppies, through training my own. I know how to train basic skills like obedience, sitting, laying down, rolling over, and best of all high fives. I also trained my dog some key walking skills for when we are out, for example walking on a lead, stopping and staying at roads before crossing, fast and slow commands on the lead and returning when off the lead and called. If you have a puppy or dog who needs a little training I am happy to get involved and try and help. I currently work part time in after school clubs, for just a couple of hours a day Monday to Friday. I am out of the house from 2.30 to 4.30pm ish. I have the rest of the day at home so have plenty of time to care for, walk and train your doggies. If your dog is okay with being left alone for 2 hours at the most, I can board any day of the week and anytime. If your dog is not okay with being left alone for this length of time I can board on weekends where I have no work and all my time for your dog :) I have a fenced garden which they can explore, with no worry of them escaping. It is a fairly large garden with a small beck for them to splash in! I will walk them twice a day, or as specified by you, along with my own lovely dog to keep them company. If you provide me with feeding times and any specific details you would like me to follow, so that we can make their experience as homelike and comfortable as possible, that would be great and I will follow exactly.

“Davena was great with my two sausage dogs. She came over to meet them before the first drop in as well which helped to put them at ease when she arrived. Davena is a lovely person and I would recommend her for all your pet sitting needs.”

“Samn looked after my very energetic 14 weeks old kitten. She was very professional, caring and amazing with my kitten. She sent regular updates. Will definitely recommend her services and use her again”

“I am delighted with the care that Ruby has given to my cat and how carefully she looked after my home - including alerting me when she had a concern. I will definitely be booking her in the future! The pictures that she sent me clearly showed that my lovely cat was completely safe and comfortable with her! She was even waiting for her after the first day or two! 😊❤️”

“I couldn't be happier with the care Buddy received while he was with Leah, he is an older dog so I'm nervous to leave him but she showed so much love and patience with him. He had the best time, loads of walks and affection and I wouldn't hesitate to have him stay with her again. Thank you Leah!”

“Vicky was the best doggy friend for our french bulldog, he had the best time ever, and Vicky was so flexible and we were late back to pick him up and Vicky very kindly was so kind. We would 100% recommend.”

About: I’ve been a pet sitter all over the world and have cared for all kinds of animals, from goats and budgies to Great Danes. I’m experienced with reactive dogs, larger breeds, and pets with different personalities and needs, although most of my experience is with cats and dogs. I truly love all animals, and nothing makes me happier than a home full of fur family. Since I don’t have pets of my own at the moment, I feel very lucky to be able to give all that love and care to yours. I’m currently studying from home, so pet care fits in very naturally with my daily routine. I love getting out for walks in the morning, afternoon, and evening, which means pets in my care get plenty of attention, exercise, and company throughout the day. My afternoon walk is usually at least two hours, while morning walks tend to be around 30 to 60 minutes, so I’m well set up for dogs who enjoy regular outdoor time I always aim to make pets feel safe, settled, and loved, whether they are in my home or their own. I take time to understand each pet’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, medication, sleeping arrangements, and any behavioural needs, so I can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. I’m very mindful of safety on walks and in the home, especially with reactive dogs or larger breeds, and I always make sure pets are secure, comfortable, and well supervised. In a pet owner’s home, I treat both the space and the animals with great respect, keeping everything clean, calm, and consistent. My goal is always to give pets plenty of attention, affection, and reassurance so they feel happy and cared for while you’re away.

About: I have a 5yo bully mix called Lennie who is my best friend. Having Lennie has allowed me to explore the world of dogs and their needs. Lennie is very experienced in having other dogs in our home regularly, and excels particularly well with puppies as he is very patient, tolerant and likes to play gently. We have raised a little of 5 cocker spaniels and also have a 3 month old lurcher puppy who will reside in kennels as a working dog. Lennie has been pivotal in these pups becoming confident around large breeds, and all 5 of our puppies new owners have commended us on our rearing of them and how confident and well rounded they now are at 6 months old. I have poured a lot of time and money into researching how to keep my dog well stimulated, both physically and mentally and find great pleasure in learning how to keep him happy and healthy. I have joined Rover to look for dog friends that would enjoy our daily countryside walks with us, whilst enabling us to support those who may not always have to time to provide such exercise! I know many amazing walks around my area, you can rest assured that your dog will be well exercised and mentally stimulated when they return to you. I am also available for overnight boarding, you can be safe in the knowledge that your dog is in a loving home away from home environment with lots of cuddles, mental stimulation, and around other dogs for company. I work from home 3 days a week so am able to provide regular interaction and exercise with the dogs. Getting out on a walk is the perfect way for me to break up my day at home. I can provide 1:1 walks if necessary in instances where your dog is reactive, I have expedience with this so you can be confident that I your pup will be well managed. However, if your dog is comfortable with other dogs I would also bring my own along too. Dogs in my care can expect lots of attention and love, whilst also prioritising their own needs and wants. I appreciate all dogs have completely different personalities and would tailor my care to each individual. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and wherever they please in the house. Both my front and back gardens are completely secure and away from public access with good space to roam around, play and relax if the weather permits.
“Absolutely a legend person! He took care of my dog while I was working at 5:30am! And bring him back to my house. If you are working early hours and need someone to look after your dog THIS IS THE PERSON! I cannot wait to book with him once again!”

“Rosie is great. I used her services twice and I was very happy with the communication and updates/pictures/videos. She is very caring, gentle and kind. Benny is having a great time at her house while playing with Poppy. I would definitely recommend.”
About: I’ve been in love with animals since I was little, I’ve studied animal behaviour and biology for three+ years at university and did and animal management course in college. I myself have three kitties who are my life, now I moved to university I don’t get to see them as much so I’m wanting to fill that void and look after/walk other peoples babies. I’ve walked dogs throughout my childhood and into being an young adult due to so much work experience with college and university, I think my experience will keep your mind at ease because I have a log of experience with dogs. Right now I’m part time working, I have specific days off which are Tuesday and Wednesdays. When I am working I had 4-5 hour shifts so can fit around that. My shifts are done couple weeks in advance so I can schedule in advance if needs be If it is for a couple hours board I have space for a crate if needed, I do live in an apartment and would only be able to take on small dogs but I have near a lot of fields and walking paths I will be able to take the dog out as frequently as you would like. Walking wise I love walking myself so your pup will get the exercise it needs whilst you are away
“Merlin loved his first day with Carrie and her lovely dog Bella - they had loads of outdoor time and plenty of time for snoozing too, he can’t wait to come back and so glad to have someone local who he enjoys the company of! 💚”

About: Always had a dog in my life. Whether that be my own or other people's. Since a young age, I have looked after dogs of all kinds. At age 10 I started walking neighbours dogs. At age 12 I helped bring up a litter of pups and watched the mummy give birth. At age 15 I got my own puppy he was a cross breed and he was a very reactive dog but I trained him to be a good boy. At age 17 to 19 I rescued a female staffy and an American bulldog from the kennels. Had a break and then bought my simba when he was 8 weeks old he is friendly and well behaved and he's the best company. I tell him all my secrets and he has never spoke a word 😂. I've no commitments other than the school run and a typical day with simba is breakfast then a nice long walk in the fields. Lots of playing fetch and exploring. Simba then likes to have a nap. He wakes up has his dinner then wants to play catch or fetch. We spend lot of time in the garden if the weather's OK. When the kids come home simba likes to play with them he enjoys ripping up paper and plastic wrappers just making a mess really 😂 it's all good aslong as he's happy and id treat your dog as if it's my own ☺️ they are in safe hands. We then go on another walk to the park after tea then we come home and get cosy. The garden is fenced. Simba can also keep your dogs company. The children are gentle and love dogs. Please don't ask me to look after your dog if it is NOT OK left alone as I will have to be out on the school run during the week twice a day. I'll never leave dogs in the same room alone. We as a family look forward to meeting your fur babies.

Pet care isn't a chore for me, because it's a natural part of daily life, and I genuinely cherish the quiet, gentle moments spent with animals. I have lived in both a house with a private garden and a high-rise city apartment, which gives me hands-on experience caring for cats in very different environments. I understand the specific considerations each setting requires: in a garden, that means monitoring escape routes and keeping an eye out for other animals; in an apartment, it means securing windows and ensuring balcony safety. Wherever I am, I always carry out a quick safety assessment so cats feel relaxed and well looked-after even in an unfamiliar space. I'm also a passionate photographer, and I love documenting the little moments of a cat's day through photos and videos. Owners can always count on regular updates, so they feel connected and reassured even when they're away.
About: Hi, my name is Sicong Lu, you can call me Judy! I am a very communicative and patient person. I am an international student from China. I love dogs very much and have great enthusiasm and patience with them. I have a very lovely Shiba Inu in China and I have been looking after him since he was two months old, he is now two years old and is a very healthy and happy dog. I missed him a lot as I came to the UK to study and couldn't bring him with me. I think I have a lot of experience in taking care of dogs, I understand dog body language, how to play with them, and how to make dogs healthier. I'm study at The University of Leeds. I have a lot of free time. I really hope to meet more lovely dogs in this beautiful city which will be an unforgettable memory for me , and I really enjoy the time spent with dogs. If you need help and are willing to trust me, I am sure your dog will have a great time with me! I live alone in the city centre so I have a space for pets. My studio is a warm and safe place for pets living. It is easily accessible and convenient for me to come and look after your dog or take them out for a walk.
About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs, each with different personalities and needs. This experience has not only shown my love for animals but has also helped me develop a strong confidence in looking after dogs and understanding their behavior. It's something I really enjoy and feel passionate about. My work schedule changes each week, so feel free to send me a message! Your dog will always be my top priority, and I will make sure to find time to give them the attention they deserve. I’m currently living in military accommodation on Catterick Camp. While my living area isn’t very spacious, I can guarantee that your dog will receive plenty of attention and care. I’ll make sure to take them out for walks in a secure and safe environment where they can enjoy themselves. Your dog's well-being is important to me, and I want to ensure they have the exercise, love and attention they need.

“Amy was brilliant, so welcoming and great communication start to finish. Goose clearly felt happy and he was the calmest he's been when we've picked him up from anywhere! Absolutely would recommend and we'll be booking again in the future 😊”

“I have to admit, after the last attempt at leaving Maggie over night (and the state she was in the morning after) I was apprehensive about a second attempt. However...Rafael was an excellent choice. She treated Maggie like she was her own dog, going above and beyond to make sure Maggie was as happy and as stress-free as she could be. So much so, I wasn't sure she'd come back home with me and that was only after an overnighter! I'm so happy to have found Rafael and I can't recommend her enough.”

“Cooper has had the best time whilst away. He has been looked after and lived his best life. Great communication and flexible regarding timings. I was sent updates and photos. Would 100% recommend. Cooper has come home a happy pup.”

“Emma and family have been great looking after Luna our one year old springador. Excellent communicator and really accommodating with pick up and drop off times. Will continue to use Emma for all our future dog sitting and recommend her to others as well.”

“Buddy had a lovely time, Alison was fab in keeping us up to date on his adventures with pics and videos and he was tired out when he came home! He can’t wait to go again! Thanks very much.”

“Percy had a wonderful time staying with Sebastian. He’s a dog with lots of energy and therefore needs lots of exercise and we had the peace of mind that he was getting just that. Seb sent us loads of photos of him having a great time on lots of walks along with personal updates about him. And for the first time ever he didn’t run to get in the car when we picked him up, which is what he usually does. Would definitely use Sebastian again. Thanks Seb”
“Joe and Anna took amazing care of Billy whilst we were at a wedding. I think he thoroughly enjoyed his day with you! We loved having the regular updates, thank you both so much!!”

“Dora had a great overnight stay with Chelsea, Pongo and co and was so well cared for. It's clear the whole family love and understand dogs, and they were so accommodating and sent plent of photos to reassure me. I'm delighted Dora has a new dog-friend for sleepovers, and by the look of things, so is she. We will be back!”
