“Danielle has been so great with Lebby, she made sure she felt safe and comfortable to approach at her own pace. Danielle and her family were very patient with Lebby, and kept her schedule as is which helped her feel much more confident and less stressed which meant she went back to her routine much faster. The updates and videos were great to put my mind at ease while I am on holiday. Thank you for taking such good care of my cat!”

“Costa came back to us a very happy pup and was well cared for and loved in our absence. When we picked him up it was clear to see he was fond of Clare and her daughter after a week with them. Thank you Clare for caring for Costa for us while we were away.”

“Fantastic first experience! This was my first time using a pet sitter, and Elizabeth made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was absolutely fantastic and kept me constantly updated with reassurance and photos. My dog, Forrest, settled in with her immediately and was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Elizabeth and will absolutely book her again!”

“Amy took fantastic care of Rocky. She sent us regular pictures and up dates of our boy. The photos she was sending showed how happy and relaxed he was with her. I would thoroughly recommend her.”

“So very kind and accommodating. Bronwen took our dog on beautiful long walks and wasn’t phased by his boundless energy. She sent lots of lovely photos of their fun together. Bronwen made sure she kept his usual home rules and routine to avoid confusion. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again! Thank you”

“AMAZING dog sitter!! - we left our dog Teddy with Mary a few weeks ago, and I must say I was quite nervous, he’s very hyper and boisterous and I was worried he wouldn’t settle, however Mary kept me updated every single day sending photos, telling me about his mealtimes and even updated me every thirty minutes to an hour after he had gotten sick, she explained how good he had been and genuinely put my mind at ease, couldn’t reccomend her more. Thank you so much Mary will definitely be booking again!!”

About: I have lots of hands-on experience caring for dogs and genuinely love making sure they feel happy, safe, and well looked after. I currently have a 12-week-old puppy at home, so I’m very comfortable with puppy care, routines, and positive reinforcement. I’ve regularly cared for a Border Collie, Golden Retriever, and Yorkie, giving me experience with both high-energy and smaller breeds. I also volunteer as a dog walker at Cardiff Dogs Home, where I’ve built confidence handling dogs with different temperaments and ensuring they get the exercise, attention, and care they need. I’m available for overnight stays from Friday night through to Monday evening, as well as Wednesday nights, with flexible Thursday pick-ups if full-day care is needed. Because I work from home on Mondays and Thursdays (and my partner works from home on Wednesdays), dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of company throughout the day. I can also offer daytime care on these days, with lots of walks, training, playtime, and cuddles built into my breaks. All tailored to how your dog is feeling and what they enjoy most. Dogs in my care are treated as part of the household and are always supervised in a calm, safe environment. I have a fully fenced garden for secure outdoor time, and dogs are never left unattended outside. Inside the home, dogs stay with me in the living room or home office so they’re always close by and included. I provide comfortable dog beds for smaller dogs, and larger dogs are equally welcome and settle on their own cosy blankets. I follow each owner’s routines and preferences carefully to ensure every dog feels relaxed, safe, and at home
“Lauren was absolutely amazing with my dog cooper I was so nervous about leaving him but she reassured me I was sent photos everyday and she looked after him well. I will be using Lauren again fantastic!”

About: Hello my name is Lucia 🙂 I have grown up around dogs and cats and I have always had them as part of my family, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. Over the years, I have helped with feeding, walking, grooming, playtime, and providing lots of love and attention. Being around dogs and cats for most of my life has taught me how to understand their needs, personalities, and routines, and I am comfortable caring for them of different ages and temperaments. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home. On weekdays, I only leave briefly in the morning to take my child to nursery from 10:00 to 11:30, and then I return home for the rest of the day. This means I can provide plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and companionship for your pet throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a secure, fenced garden where dogs can enjoy fresh air and play safely. Pets will receive lots of love, attention, and care while staying with me. I also enjoy taking dogs on regular walks, so they can get exercise, explore, and have fun during their stay.

I love being outdoors and spending my days walking, exploring and providing dogs with the exercise, attention and companionship they need. I have a fully enclosed, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time, play and relax. I also have my own friendly 3-year-old Cavapoo who enjoys having company and meeting new friends. About: If your dog doesn't do well on it's own all day whilst you're at work/busy, I can help! I am a licensed animal boarding establishment and I work from home every day of the week and would love to look after your dog. I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Two years ago I welcomed my own pup, a cockapoo called Dewi, into my life, and he’s my absolute world. Because I know firsthand how important our dogs are to us, I treat every pup I care for as if they were my own—safe, loved, and happy at all times. I work from home every day so more than happy to have your dog hang out at mine. Dewi is friendly and gets on with all dogs but he's not neutered so I wouldn't be able to take on female dogs on heat. If your dog doesn't get on with other dogs, no worries, if you're not too far I can fit in a visit to yours to give your dog some company during the day. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my first priority. In my home, dogs are welcomed into a calm and loving environment where they can feel secure and relaxed. I live in a safe, pet-friendly space and always supervise play, walks, and interactions with my own dog, Dewi, to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Because I work from home, I’m able to keep a close eye on your pup throughout the day and give them plenty of attention, breaks, and cuddles. On walks, I’m very mindful of keeping dogs secure on-leash, avoiding hazards, and tailoring the pace to each dog’s needs. If your dog has good recall I am more than happy to let them off lead. There's plenty of fields near mine to let them roam free. In your home, I’ll respect your space and your pet’s routine, keeping things consistent so your dog feels safe and cared for even while you’re away. I believe that trust is built through reliability, communication, and genuine care and I’ll treat your dog like family every single time.
“This is the first time we’ve left our girlies with Becca and we were left totally at ease from first meet and greet to leaving and picking them up. She made our girls feel at home and kept us up to date with photos and videos, they both had a fantastic stay and it’s clear she absolutley loves dogs, they both knew they’d get their cuddles and fusses, she kept them busy with games and walks and her little boy Russell really got on with our girls. We would highly reccomend Becca and will definitely be using her again.”

About: Personally I was never allowed a dog when I was a child, I have previously owned different pets including rabbits, guinea pigs and fish. This just increased my want of a dog, so my first and longest job I have had was a professional dog walker and throughout the years I have looked after many different dogs. I am currently a student at the University of South Wales and with a minimal social life I am currently widely available for any services. I have previously walked and cared for dogs of all different sizes and shapes. I have also had to adapt to different medical and dietary requirements.
About: I'm a huge animal lover. I've always looked after pets since a child, I got a lot of my experience from my aunties animal farm. I would bathe, feed, walk and learn how to take care of pets since a young age. From puppies to senior dogs, animals as small as birds, ducks, ferrets and bigger animals like sheep, pigs, cows, horses etc. I finally met my furr baby almost 3 years ago and become a dog mum. BEST THING I EVER DID. I work from home. We make playing, going out on big walks in nature and snuggles a priority. Pet care is hugely important and easily takes place as a top priority in our household. We often bathe our Ruben after a muddy walk, give him a brush and spoil him with a treaties. I have fenced garden, fully secure. I live opposite a huge mountain, with fantastic walks in nature. I have a little dog to keep your pet company. I've never crated my dog Ruben, he's more than ok to snuggle up on the sofa.

“Thanks so much to Lissa for looking after our three cats, it was really reassuring to have her stay as one is only a kitten. They were all very happy when we came back and the house was very clean and tidy.”

“She has been absolutely wonderful with Adis. She has been able to accommodate us very early in the morning, has always been punctual, and is extremely thorough in the care she provides. I really appreciate the detailed notes she takes about Adis’s wees, sleep times, and general wellbeing, as well as the regular updates she sends. Most importantly, I can tell she genuinely loves animals, which is incredibly reassuring. Adis is almost 19 years old and blind, so he needs gentle, attentive care, and she has looked after him so well. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such kind and capable hands. Highly recommended.”

About: We both come from households with dogs our whole lives. I’ve always had 2 dogs whilst growing up on a farm and Oli loved growing up with his dogs Bailey and Summer. The past couple years we have looked after a range of dogs whilst housesitting for friends and family. I am available all day and Oli works until 3 so available in the afternoon, leaving plenty of time to look after your pets! I work from home so there’s plenty of time for walking and attention for your pup. When Oli gets back he loves a walk and spend time in the garden. We have a fenced garden, with a park nearby and happy to take further if needed. Separate room downstairs for dog to stay in, but happy to have upstairs too!

About: I had my own cat for 15 years. I have looked after friends and families dogs and cats. Done drop ins for feeding and attention. Done dog walks for small and medium sized dogs. I currently run a small mug business from home which takes up hardly any of my time which means I can be available any day of the week for walks, pet pop ins, day care, boarding ect. Flexible with days and times. I have no children or any other pets. I live in a decent sized home with a fenced garden. Me and my husband do not smoke.
“Great day care. Snoopy had an amazing time, was really happy to come back home with great energy after the day care. Svetlana accepted it at the last minute and was really helpful with information needed about the puppy before the drop off.”

“Rose was very kind with Eric (a rather nervous cavapoo - initially!). She met us, spent time with us and then Eric was more than happy when I dropped him off with Rose - went straight into her home. He's never done that before on a first daycare. She sent me lots of updates to show that he was enjoying his day. Highly recommended. In fact, I've already booked Rose again to look after 'His Highness'”

About: I’ve always had a love for dogs and animals. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and today I have a wonderful 3-year-old Cavapoo who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day just how important exercise and companionship are for our furry friends. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s exploring local walking routes, enjoying the fresh air or discovering new places to walk. Combining that passion with my love of dogs inspired me to start Castle Paws. I understand how much our pets mean to us. They’re not just animals – they’re family. My goal is to provide a reliable, caring and trustworthy service that gives owners peace of mind while ensuring their dogs are happy, safe and well cared for. Services include: 🐶 Dog Walks 🐾 Puppy & Dog Visits 🏡 Doggy Day Care 🏝️Holiday Dog Sitting 💍 Wedding Dog Chaperone Service If you’d like to learn more or have any questions, please feel free to send me a message. I am currently running my dog services business full time, so pet care is my main focus. This allows me to offer a flexible schedule and dedicate quality time to the dogs in my care. Before any bookings, we will arrange a meet and greet to ensure your dog is comfortable with me, my dog and their new environment. I understand every dog has their own personality, so I will always tailor their care to suit their individual needs, whether they enjoy playing, exploring, relaxing or having their own quiet space.

About: Hiya and happy to meet you, I am an animal lover, probably from birth! I have cared for a variety of animals since I was a very young child, from 4 legged furries to wings and scales! from taking in injured wildlife to multiple pets, my home growing up was a little rescue center. I grew up with multiple dogs at home, furries from rabbits to hamsters, birds, lizards and snakes. My passion for animals blossomed as I got older and for a longtime I worked in a zoo before specialising in parrot care and eventually becoming interested in wildlife ecology. Throughout the years I have always lent a hand looking after family and friends beloved fur balls from dog to cats and everything in between. With my house currently empty of pet life I would love the opportunity to give my love and care to another’s pet while their owner is away and look forward to long dog walks (I am very outdoorsy) or cuddles on the sofa and belly rubs. Looking forward to hearing from you 💜🐇🐶🐱 I currently work part-time (night shift) working two nights a week so home all day every day and have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! I love being outdoors and taking long walks so would love the company of a pup. It’s a family environment in my house with me and my 3 year old son at home, we enjoy trips to the beach and checking out local nature reserves and country parks. Available for dog walking and home checkin’s anytime before 5pm on days I am working and anytime on days off (contact me for information on what days you need and I can coordinate with my work rota), available for boarding anytime during the week and weekends. Fur- babies are welcome in my home like a member of the family, I allow dogs/cats on furniture and bed (ofcourse unless otherwise requested by the owner), I have a medium- sized fenced garden and can provide a crate if needed. Litter trays provided for cats and dogs free to roam the garden whenever they please, dog walks several times a day. If caring for animals in a pet owners home I am always respectful of their wishes, home and routines.
About: Grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve wanted to be a veterinarian when I grew up but I couldn’t as I wouldn’t be able to do the things they do to animals cause I get so emotional. I did animal care training with ACT and worked with all animals. I’m a stay at home mam so dogs won’t ever be left alone during the day unless I drop my daughter to school which is only 5 mins down the road from where I live so can talk toe dog or dogs with me to drop her off at school then take them for a long walk around my local park I have a small garden with a gate right down to the floor so they can’t escape. They will have free roam of the house (except upstairs)

“Laura was absolutely great she has looked after my Presa Canario and sphynx cat for me on two occasions now and done a stellar job, even going as far as to sit with them a little while longer when necessary and messaging me with updates on how they are doing. Very happy and will definitely use her services again.”

“Amazing!!! Lovely person to have walk my special girl. Very Friendly and goes the extra mile. And loved that she kept me well informed with messages and pictures which put me at ease to then concentrate at work knowing my dog was well looked after”

I work shifts 3x 12 hours shifts a week, and have 4 days off a week. I have rotas a few months in advance.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals from cats, to dogs, reptiles and rodents and love seeing the personalities that each pet brings. I’ve cared for pets for friends, family and neighbors and have always been someone you can rely on. Confident with feeding, walking, playtime, litter cleaning, companionship, and keeping pets safe, happy, and comfortable at home. I’m currently working part-time Wednesday to Thursday but any other time i’m available for dog walks, cat care, house sitting and all! I care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, medication, and companionship. I provide in-home pet care to keep pets relaxed and stress-free while their owners are away, ensuring they receive attention, exercise, and plenty of affection.
About: I grew up around working dogs and will be looking to get my own dog soon! I love dogs and I always have, myself and my partner have also got two spoiled cats in our house so I have experience with cats also. I have dogsat for friends and family and wholly loved the experience, I also trained all of my own dogs growing up so I fully understand that every animal has their own unique traits and personality. I'm always available to pop in and take care of your pets! Be it a short toilet break and water check or a good long walk, I'm happy to learn your rules and expectations and make sure that your animal is as happy as possible while I'm around. And if they're not the social type - thats fine too! I'll always have water with me on walks to make sure we both stay hydrated. I'll keep your dog on a lead at all times and am happy to take less social dogs out at quieter times to ensure they get a good walk in. I'm also happy to film and photograph both home visits and walks so you know your pet is receiving the best care possible while you're away. I also 100% encourage a meet and greet beforehand for you and your animal, so they can get a sizing of me and so you know who you're dealing with!
