About: I've had pets since I was a small girl. I grew up with labradors, cats, rabbits and gerbils. It was only once i'd turned 30 I realised I wanted to be a veterinary nurse. I obtained my qualification December 2024 and was put on the RCVS register 2025. If you need help on an ad hoc basis and my availability fits with what you need, I'd love to be able to help you and your fur baby. I have Wednesdays off most weeks and have two days off either side of a weekend when I work them. The days I am off I am able to be home the whole time I have a fenced garden and a 10 and a half year old cavalier king charles spaniel that loves making new friends. He goes out for small walks but I am more than happy to go for long walks if thats what your fur baby needs

Sewwandi did such a great job with Bevo. They sent several pictures & videos and she communicated a lot with us providing updates throughout the day. Bevo didn’t have time to miss us between the walks and play time with their sweet little Boston, Poppy. They sent a few updates that let us know they were treating Bevo like she was their own. A week or so after her stay, we bumped into Sewwandi on a walk and Bevo lost her mind she was so excited to see her! I would recommend Sewwandi to anyone looking for a Rover!

Issy had a wonderful time with Shaun and his family.he was excellent with our energetic Staffie and we were really confident leaving her with him. They supported our routines as well as including her in their family life. He sent regular updates and the meet and greet beforehand was really beneficial and made us feel really comfortable that she would be well cared for. A very experienced family who looked after our Issy really well.10/10 would recommend.

Evellin has looked after our dog Evie several times, and she is always excellently looked after and has a great time. We love getting updates and photos, and don't have to worry about Evie while we're away as we know she's in great hands.

This was the first time I’ve left my puppy overnight and I was apprehensive. Linda calmed me on our initial meeting and when it came to leaving her. She kept me updated and sent lovely photos. Paisley was extremely well cared for and spoilt with attention. I would certainly ask Linda to look after Paisley again and would highly recommend her to all.

First time we’ve used Rover, it was a last minute booking. Visited Jodie ahead of staying and immediately knew our two dogs would be happy with them and Jodie was very friendly and welcoming. Kept in touch while we were away with texts and photos. Very responsive and flexible. Jodie coped with our active 18month old dog!! Would have no hesitation in recommending Jodie. Would definitely use her again.

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Kim for our 1 year old lexi, it was clear when we had a pre meet with Kim and her own 3 adorable dogs how much love and care lexi would receive. During her 5 day stay we were kept updated with pics etc, lexi was treated with walks in the woods and visits to the beach and lexi looked so happy enjoying her break, she was relaxed and had truly bonded with Kim and her dogs,Kim's love for dogs really stood out. I can highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. Lexi will definitely be going back next time we go away. Once again thank you Kim Gary rasa and lexi.

About: I have had animals all my life. I have a genuine love of taking care of them. I have experience with Dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs and horses. I currently own two dogs, a cat, Guinea pigs and two ponies. I have worked with animals most of my life. I worked for the animal charity Wood Green Animal Shelter on field section, worked at a dog kennels, cattery and also worked in the hospitality industry. I have a clean driving licence. I have good knowledge of taking care of a variety of animals which has given me the experience and knowledge needed. I love the psychology of animals and understanding their body language. I am a single mum of three daughters. Two go to work and one is disabled and goes to a fantastic school in Alconbury near Huntingdon. So im at home alone a lot. I have been looking for a job that can is flexible and active but also to do something I love and have experience doing. I have a lot of free so this type of work suits me down to the ground. My home has a big garden that is fully fenced all the way round. I have tiled floors indoors which is easy cleaning. My house is open plan but I do have a utility room for a quiet place.

About: I first became a "dog Mum" 15 years ago to our Westie, Elland, who sadly we lost recently. I sadly was that annoying "Dog Mum" who had pictures of her on my desk and booked holiday for her birthday each year. I took voluntary redundancy nearly 6 years ago so have been fortunate to spend quality time at home with her and take her out and about on our own or with her other doggy friends. Unfortunately she lost her hearing about 3 years ago so learnt quickly how to communicate with her with some basic sign language. She also developed dry eye disease so I had to administer drops 5 times each day. Two of these were determined by time so I had to ensure I was available to give her these on time. The last 5 months of her life, her arthritis worsened so I bought a buggy to help her whilst out for daily walks/sniffs. I have also looked after family dogs whilst they have been on holiday and have accomodated raw feeding for one of family dogs. I live with my husband in a bungalow. He still works but is here in the evenings and at weekends. I work during examination periods at a local college but can accomodate pet sitting around this as dates are known well in advance. My contract with the college is ona casual basis so dog sitting will be my priority. We have used a local dog sitter who stayed in our home when we went on holiday. I therefore understand the importance of providing important information to the pet sitter when leaving the pet. When I first stopped working I volunteered for a local hospice helping support a family who used their services, by walking their dog on a weekly basis to give them some respite and also encourage the dog to socilise. I did this for 12 months. I also volunteered at Wood Green Animal Charity during Covid restrictions. Although I was there to help in the fundraising office, we often had dogs who weren't settling in kennels, come and sit with us in the office for the day. Some were quite withdrawn so I learnt how to slowly gain their trust. I am retired so home all day. My husband works full time but is home in the evenings and at weekends. I do some casual exam invigilating but I know dates for this in advance so will not take on any work if pet sitting is booked. I am happy to be led by the owners on when and what activity their dog (s) are used to so am pretty flexible. I have acess to my own car so can take the dog to any appointments if required. I have a fully fenced in garden (6ft) I live in a village with lots of access to quiet walks in the countryside if required, as well as walks within the village itself. I am happy to book out local secure dog fields if agreed with the owner but this will involve driving to nearby fields. As previously mentioned we live in a bungalow so no stairs. We are based in a quiet cul-de-sac so if your dog is reactive to traffic, should not be a problm here. I have space for a medium size crate if required.

About: I’ve lived with and looked after many pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals. I regularly look after my friends dogs, cats and other small pets. I have a passion for dogs and although I don’t currently have my own I regularly walk dogs daily with friends and/or family. I’ve helped train puppies and also spent time caring for elder dogs. I currently work for a company that produces smart devices for pets so I am very familiar with animals and the wants and needs required to look after them and their welfare. I work fully remote for a pet device company and regularly spend my spare time with my friends and families pets. I’m active and love walking, I have completed the Camino de Santiago and enjoyed every step. Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own I have pet beds, bowls and other toys etc as I regularly look after dogs at my house. I make sure my house is pet friendly and love to get to know every animal I pet sit. A part of forming a bond and making sure they are cared for is understanding the behaviours and habits they already have and keeping as routine as you can to keep them safe and happy. I’ve regularly pet sat at friends homes and always treat their animals and homes with love and care.

This was our first and definitely not our last experience of booking a sitter. After the initial communication we arranged a visit to ensure Bonnie would feel happy to stay away for the night. The sitters were friendly, attentive and showed a great love for dogs. We would definitely recommend anyone to book and would have no concerns to have Bonnie stay here again. Thank you for taking good care of Bonnie while we went to watch Oasis.

About: I offer a cosy, country home-from-home for dogs in beautiful rural Lincolnshire, where your dog becomes part of the family rather than simply staying somewhere. I am retired so all of my time can be devoted to looking after your dogs and making sure you get plenty of pictures and videos so that you can rest assured they are having just as good a holiday as you! 🏡 A real home-from-home Dogs stay in my family home and enjoy plenty of love, company and attention throughout their stay. For dogs who prefer a little peace and quiet, we also have the option of a separate bedroom where they can retreat and relax in their own space. 🐾 Six acres of secure space Every day includes supervised play and exercise in our fantastic six-acre secure paddock, giving dogs plenty of room to run, sniff, explore and enjoy themselves safely. ❤️ Individual care and attention. I understand that every dog is different. Some love being in the middle of everything, while others need a little more downtime. I take the time to get to know each dog and make their stay as relaxed, happy and enjoyable as possible. My aim is simple: for your dog to have a wonderful holiday of their own while you can relax knowing they’re safe, cared for and having fun. If you’re looking for more than traditional kennels and want a genuine home-from-home experience in the Lincolnshire countryside, I’d love to welcome your dog into my home. 🐾 I am retired so spend all day at home! Every day is centred around making your dog feel happy, settled and part of the family. I keep things homely, relaxed and personal, rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. My priority is that every dog feels safe, loved and completely at home while they’re staying with me. ❤️ Your dog’s safety and happiness is my top priority. My home is a calm, cosy country home where dogs can relax, feel secure and enjoy plenty of space. I have two friendly dogs of my own, who are an important part of my family. They can help new arrivals settle in, feel comfortable and quickly discover that they’re staying somewhere that feels like home. ❤️ Dogs are always carefully supervised, particularly when enjoying our six-acre secure paddock, and I take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality, needs and routine. For dogs who need a little extra space or quiet time, I also have the option of a separate bedrooms, so they always have somewhere peaceful to retreat to. It’s all about creating a safe, relaxed and loving environment where your dog can enjoy their stay and you can have complete peace of mind. 🐶🏡
