About: I've been around dogs most of my life and have owned several dogs. My most recent dog, a Springer Spaniel, was with me for 13 years. Since he passed, I have looked after several of my friend's dogs. I am also registered with Guide Dogs as a Puppy Fosterer and have looked after lots of their dogs as well. I am retired so have lots of time to devote to your dog. I love going for long walks and exploring my local area. I also enjoy sea swimming. I have a fenced garden and 2 doors to my main front door offering extra security when I have visitors. I have plenty of space for a crate if needed.

About: I have two adopted animals from rescue and one girl I’ve had from a puppy. My eldest has medication and specific washing requirements so I’m used to doing that. I drive so can facilitate vet appointments if needed as required. I work from home, so can work to suit schedules and be near animals as required. I have smaller dogs myself which we can separate if this is something your animal isn’t used to. Having animals myself I understand often complex needs and requirements and can adjust to fit various circumstances as needed. I can familiarise myself with any routine required, and happy to attend beforehand as needed to speak to the owner. I was previously an estate agent, so understand how to lock property safely and take care of the owners space and privacy. I would like to think I am reliable and trustworthy such that it can be one worry less during busy times in your schedule.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, having been brought up in the countryside with collies. My gorgeous labrador, Storm, is playful and very loving and comes first in every decision I make! I have always looked after my friends’ and family’s dogs and am proud of the trust they have in me for this. I work full time but fully remote, so I will always be at home to keep an eye on the doggos and have long walks at least twice a day, with toilet breaks whenever needed! I have a fully fenced garden for regular toilet breaks and perfect for dogs to lounge in good weather with lots of shade too. The house is very safe and I have plenty of dog beds dotted around for whichever space your dog best prefers!

About: I offer daycare and dog boarding for a small number of dogs, who will have me, my husband, and our own dog Rufus for company day and night. Rufus is an eight-year-old ''viszlador", a wire-haired viszla / lab cross. He gets on best with females, but he's also fine with males once properly introduced. We have no other pets. We take 2-3 daily walks on the footpaths, coastal paths and beaches of the area, and your dog will have access to our enclosed garden and plenty of toys. I work part-time from home, so I'm always around and am easily able to schedule in some play time and plenty of exercise. We have an enclosed garden and enclosed rear courtyard. Your dog will have access to their own spot in the house if he or she wants some quiet time away from any other dogs. We will agree in advance to any particular preferences you have, such as when (or if) it's OK to let your dog off the lead, sleeping arrangements, feeding schedule etc.

About: I am self-employed, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my availability and hours. I also have two animal-loving children who are at nursery and school during the day, allowing me plenty of time for feeding visits, companionship, playtime and check-ins 🐱💕 I understand how important it is for pet owners to know their cats are safe, comfortable and well cared for while they are away. About: From the age of 6 my family adopted a dog and I walked and cared for him. Since then I have always loved dogs and their very individual personalities. Every time I visit my father in Spain, I happily am the one who cares for his dog. I am currently looking for work that I can do online, so that when I do have work, I would also be able to be home with the dog. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I usually visit a friend to work on an art project, although should you require a full week of dog sitting, book in advance and I can rearrange this. The dog would have access to a fenced garden. There are a few parks locally where the dog can also relieve themselves and exercise. Dogs being pack animals do love attention and I love to pet.

“So happy with the dog walking service provided by Alex. He has been very flexible when it comes to availability at short notice and arrival times etc. We have a large, powerful husky but that didn’t phase him at all. He is very friendly and reassuring and our dog seemed to really enjoy going out for walks with him. He would send me a message when he was on his way to us and send photos of her, while they were out. About: From looking after multiple dogs, house sitting and using rover to find my doggo Lennie a place to stay when I go away - Rover is brilliant! I have always had dogs, and trained Lennie along with some of his doggo friends. I would love to be able to care for more doggos! I have had multiple dogs stay before and had a great time. I currently have flexibility, whether that’s needing a house dog sitter or walks Monday - Sunday. Lennie can join for walks or I can walk your dog separately. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child and regularly take care of friend’s doggos! I am comfortable looking after all breeds and all needs! I work part time so am free all day on a Monday to cuddle with your pups! I live close to Dartmoor so there are lots of great walks nearby for them to enjoy! I have a safe fenced garden in a quiet area. I am experienced in taking care of many different types of dogs and making sure they are comfortable in my home. I am free mostly on weekends but often I am available during the week/evenings - please contact me if you have any questions at all!
