It’s never easy leaving part of your family with someone you don’t know, but my mind was put at ease immediately when I dropped him off. Hector, our Australian Labrador had a great time and I’m sure didn’t want to come home. Comms were fantastic throughout, we received regular messages accompanied each time with photos of him, out for a runs visiting parks and many other areas it seemed. He also made himself at home on the sofa and bed but Nicola always checked first what was allowed. If we’re back in the area Hector will most certainly be staying again, and we can’t recommend highly enough.”

He is well behaved, well socialised and a happy dog :) I run my own business so have good flexibility during the week and at weekends. Your dogs will be happy with me and treated like family, they will have play time and rest time and I always stick to the rules that you have set for them and their meal times including what they eat. I would never feed your dog human food or over treat them or punish them. If I am sitting I would take them out for a walk in the local areas up to 3 times a day but they will have plenty of toilet breaks. If I am only walking your dog, I will keep them on the lead and go for as much time as they need. Your dog will be in safe hands with me. I am an at home full-time student, I start my last year in October and finish in May 2027. I will have time to go for dog walks anytime as I can pick my days and times to study. I cannot bring pets into my home currently as my 2 cats are the proud owners but I can meet you for a pick up or take care of a dog at your home

About: I began by independently fostering a pregnant cat who I rescued from the streets, providing housing and care throughout her pregnancy and raising her kittens to ensure their health and development. This experience led me to a role at an animal rescue, where I worked for approximately a year caring for rescue cats and dogs, managing all aspects of their care. A key part of this work involved confidence building, to ensure good quality of life. Consistent handling to help the animals feel secure and settle into their new environment. I’m currently working from home so I will be in your dogs/cats company for majority of the day. Typically I do a daily big walk for myself so this is something your dog can potentially join in on. I live in a small studio apartment in the country side with a large garden (not fenced in) lots of land surrounding me, and many nature walks. There are friendly dogs on the property which your dog can befriend depending on your preference for that.
About: I’ve grown up around animals and have always had dogs in my life. I currently have three dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels and routines. While I’m new to dog walking professionally, I’m used to daily walks, feeding routines, basic training and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need. I understand how important it is for owners to know their dogs are safe and well cared for. I offer one-on-one dog walks, taking dogs on local countryside routes. Walks are 30–60 minutes, giving each dog safe, supervised exercise and attention. I schedule multiple walks per day and can accommodate several dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I currently care for three dogs, so I understand different personalities and routines. I will provide safe walks and follow any instructions from the owner to keep their pets happy and secure.

I have recently been looking after 2 cats in my own home but they have sadly left which has inspired me to get out there and do some more petsitting for people both in my home and theirs. It’s never easy leaving part of your family with someone you don’t know, but my mind was put at ease immediately when I dropped him off. Hector, our Australian Labrador had a great time and I’m sure didn’t want to come home. Comms were fantastic throughout, we received regular messages accompanied each time with photos of him, out for a runs visiting parks and many other areas it seemed. He also made himself at home on the sofa and bed but Nicola always checked first what was allowed. If we’re back in the area Hector will most certainly be staying again, and we can’t recommend highly enough.”
