About: I have been around dogs my entire life quite literally, my first present as a newborn straight out of hospital was a gorgeous black ball of fur aka Tyson a German shepherd puppy and from that day on we were inseparable…. Needless to say now gsd’s are my favorite breed and will always be my favorite butttt and that’s a very big but all dogs of all shapes and sizes hold a special place in my heart. I get on with dogs better then I do humans forming special bonds and an instant attachment to any dog I lay eyes on. I can’t go anywhere without stopping whoever has a dog and asking them if I can make a fuss of them so I thought I would put this love or obsession whatever you like to call it to good use and help others and welcome your dogs into my home where they will be loved like my own and part of our pack… I am currently a stay at home mum who is looking for an extra income to contribute more to my household and my family? So I have availability pretty much all day every day from 10 AM up until 2 o’clock I am free and from 4:30 till whenever you need I am free. I will have my children with me if you are happy with that I have a baby and a toddler that don’t go to school yet if it’s at the weekend, then I will be Child free. This does not affect my ability to do my job as I have pets myself and I look after them with my children. If your dogs are other dog friendly, I’m happy for your dogs to join us, if not that’s ok too I can take them separately. I have two dogs myself who are more than happy to keep your dogs company. I can crate your dog for safety, If it is needed I have a garden and children that would love to play with your dogs if your dogs are at my home or you are happy for my children to play with your dogs then my toddler is more than happy to if my other two are at school. I have plenty of fans in my house for this hot weather and they are on all the time. If your dog is at my home, there is freshwater everywhere in my home. I have no rules in my house for dogs, being toilet trained is preferred but if your dog is old incontinent or still a puppy, it is absolutely fine. I have hardwood floors and dogs have accidents happen. It’s easily cleaned up. Your dog will be more than at home here they’ll be allowed up on the sofas in our garden.

Alongside owning dogs since childhood and living on a farm, I’m also training to be a dog groomer, so handling, coat care, and general wellbeing are part of my routine. Dogs in my care receive regular attention, exercise, and supervision throughout the day. Care is always personalised to each dog. When caring for dogs in my home, they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and a home-from-home experience. When caring for dogs in their own home, I stick closely to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I’m also training to be a dog groomer, so I’m confident with handling and general grooming needs.

“I can’t recommend Abby enough. Abby recommended an overnight stay before our dog Duke’s booking, which I thought was a great idea, making sure everyone was comfortable. Duke stayed with Abby for 12 days, she kept in touch and also took Duke to a run free meadow and for beach walks, making him part of their family. When we collected Duke, he seemed happy and content and Abby had gone the extra mile by cleaning all his bedding before his return. I will definitely be using Abby again and recommending her to all my friends and family.”

During her 5 day stay we were kept updated with pics etc, lexi was treated with walks in the woods and visits to the beach and lexi looked so happy enjoying her break, she was relaxed and had truly bonded with Kim and her dogs,Kim's love for dogs really stood out. We have a fully enclosed garden and also have some lovely places to walk. While you’re away, we offer your dog a holiday of their own, a real home from home. We’ll send regular photos to assure you that they are safe and happy, so that you can enjoy your time away.Apart from overnight boarding we also offer doggy day care. I’m retired so at home to take care of your dog’s every needs. We’re able to adjust our activities to accommodate your pet without too much trouble. We live in a bungalow so no stairs to contend with. Fully enclosed rear garden. It’s a real home from home for your precious pet.
