“Archie has stayed with Alix quite a few times now. This time he stayed with Alix (and Toby 🐶 ) for 2 weeks while we went away - the longest we have left him. Alix sent us lots of photos and kept us up to date with how he was doing, so we didn’t worry at all about him. He gets on so well with Toby too. He came home a very happy boy, after having a fortnight of him and Toby playing. Totally recommend Alix if you want your dog to have an enjoyable stay 🥰. “Our dog, Brodie, stayed for a week with Pedro and his parents. Pedro sent us a few videos in which Brodie looked very happy out walking. When we returned he was a bit fatter than before (not a problem as he was too skinny) and was therefore evidently well fed. He came home happy and unaffected by his first stay away from home. About: I have just said farewell to my 15 year old Springer Spaniel and whilst I am not yet ready for a new companion I would love to look after your dog whilst you're on holiday. I recently retired and so available to take care of your dog all day, every day. I am used to walking 5+ miles a day and your pet will get at least 3 walks per day (if required/heat permits) and will be rarely left alone (if Sitting/boarding/day care). I have a fenced garden at the bottom of a quiet cul de sac, and live nearby a large orchard for safe (on lead) walks. Crate and dog bed available and covers on furniture if cuddles are required. I can accommodate 2 dogs from the same family at my home. I will decline bookings if we already have a dog with me.
