I have a retired racer greyhound and a Romanian mongrel rescue and so I am very keen on looking after dogs ranging in needs and different approaches. I am happy to look after all breeds of dogs and listen to how best to take care of your dog⭐️ I work Monday-Wednesday as a Dental Nurse and am home Thursday-Sunday to offer walks and drop ins for your doggies. I can work around you and your schedule on these days to make sure your dogs are looked after and happy. I provide calm, reliable, and personalised care tailored to each pet’s individual needs and routine. In a pet owner’s home, I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment by maintaining their usual feeding, walking, play, and toilet routines. I also provide companionship, enrichment, fresh water, medication if required, and regular updates for owners’ peace of mind. I will take lots and lots of photos don’t worry!🫶🏼 With experience working in kennels and caring for rescue dogs throughout my life, I am confident handling dogs with additional needs, anxiety, or reactivity. I approach every pet with patience, understanding, and positive handling to help them feel secure and relaxed. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets are treated like family, with plenty of attention, exercise, rest, and one-to-one care. Obviously if they were in my home they would need to be happy to be around my two babies but as long as they’re okay mine are very friendly!

Benji can be quite nervous of other dogs and it was a delight to watch him come out of his shell and gain more confidence as time went on. We received lots of daily photos and videos of him meeting and playing with several other dogs plus enjoying his daily walks. He even played in the paddling pool for the first time which he loved. Benji receives so much love, care and attention during his stays and is always treated like part of their family. He absolutely loves coming to stay and is already booked in for his next one. Our initial video meeting was a great way to talk through our dogs' individual needs, and it gave us confidence that they’d be in good hands. Throughout their stay, Emma kept us updated regularly with photos and messages. It was so reassuring to see our dogs looking happy and relaxed—whether lounging on her sunny terrace , sneaking on her bed for cuddles or out enjoying lovely walks. They truly looked at ease and comfortable in her care. Emma also managed the medication routine for our younger dog with no trouble at all, which we really appreciated. When we picked them up, it was obvious there was a natural bond formed—both dogs were calm, content, and clearly well looked after. They’ll have regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime and plenty of fuss, as well as cosy downtime when they need a rest. I’m very happy to keep to your dog’s usual routine and follow all of your instructions around feeding, walks, sleeping arrangements and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Most importantly, I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages during their stay, so you can see just how happy and settled they are.
