“Gitana and her family looked after our 12 year old German Short-Haired Pointer Alfie for a whole weekend. We were able to book this with them only a few days before even though we needed an early drop off on the Saturday and a late pick up on the Sunday. Our dog is not used to staying anywhere without us, but Gitana was so warm and welcoming towards him and not only made him feel at ease, but us too in leaving him with her. We’d definitely re-book with this family, it was lovely to collect Alfie at the end of the weekend and to see that he’s clearly enjoyed himself and was able to play and relax and be himself. 😊”

“Jenson had his longest stay with Serena to date and we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. She updated us daily and made sure to meet all of his needs, even though he can be a bit a difficult at times! Unfortunately Jenson needed a trip to the vets during his stay, due to a grass seed in his paw, but Serena and Colin took very good care of him and had no issues taking him to his registered practice. We would 100% recommend!”

“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”
