“Janet had a lovely home to take care of Lobo in. She was relaxed and friendly and Lobo who can be nervous when we leave her, was happy to be there. Janet took her plenty walks and took good care of her. Would definitely use Janet again.”

“Katy and her partner were absolutely fantastic with our whippet Leo! I am very fussy with who looks after Leo but i felt 100% confident leaving him with Katy. Great communication throughout and was sent lovely photos of Leo having fun playing and snoozing on the sofa. Leo had a great time and is looking forward to he's next stay. It was nice to enjoy our time away knowing that Leo was in good hands, thank you so much x”

“Eva was brilliant, she took Terry at short notice and from the moment he arrived he was relaxed so I had no problem leaving him. I received messages regularly which reassured me he was doing fine while with Eva. I would definitely book again if needed.”

“We decided on a last minute trip out of the country. Anna worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were always in the know with our girl. She would send daily updates and photos. It was a peace of mind while we were away to know our dog was being loved and cared for by such a lovely family. Will use Anna again for boarding in the future.”

Koby loved his stay, Sharon sent me so many updates & i cant wait to go away again now I have someone I can trust. 100% recommendation.”

“Wade and Michelle took amazing care of our very nervous and quite high maintenance dog, Cookie. They very kindly met Cookie in advance, and during the stay sent regular updates and photos of them on walks and snuggling on the sofa. They are a lovely family and we will be using them again.”

“This was the first time Dexter had been away from us. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing he was in a loving home and being totally spoilt. Beatrice made the whole process easy from the initial contact, meeting Dexter before confirming the booking so that Dexter could meet Beatrice and her family and us seeing where Dexter would be holidaying. Whilst Dexter was having his holiday Beatrice kept in regular contact including photographs. Beatrice will be Dexter’s preferred holiday destination and will be booking for our next holiday in April 2026 when the 2026 booking calendar is opened. We would not hesitate in recommending Beatrice to others.”

“We left Blue with Carolyn for the first time this weekend, we received lots of communication, photos and videos of him which really reassured us, he was not keen to leave and tried going back in so ill take that as a sign that he enjoyed his stay! Thank you so much for taking such good care of him, we would definitely book again x”
“Yesterday Tracey has looked after Snowy for the day and it was such a piece of mind to know my fur baby was in safe hands. Tracey is very communicative, I loved receiving updates. Snowy had the best time and she’ll definitely stay with her again.”

About: I first became a "dog Mum" 15 years ago to our Westie, Elland, who sadly we lost recently. I sadly was that annoying "Dog Mum" who had pictures of her on my desk and booked holiday for her birthday each year. I took voluntary redundancy nearly 6 years ago so have been fortunate to spend quality time at home with her and take her out and about on our own or with her other doggy friends. Unfortunately she lost her hearing about 3 years ago so learnt quickly how to communicate with her with some basic sign language. She also developed dry eye disease so I had to administer drops 5 times each day. Two of these were determined by time so I had to ensure I was available to give her these on time. The last 5 months of her life, her arthritis worsened so I bought a buggy to help her whilst out for daily walks/sniffs. I have also looked after family dogs whilst they have been on holiday and have accomodated raw feeding for one of family dogs. I live with my husband in a bungalow. He still works but is here in the evenings and at weekends. I work during examination periods at a local college but can accomodate pet sitting around this as dates are known well in advance. My contract with the college is ona casual basis so dog sitting will be my priority. We have used a local dog sitter who stayed in our home when we went on holiday. I therefore understand the importance of providing important information to the pet sitter when leaving the pet. When I first stopped working I volunteered for a local hospice helping support a family who used their services, by walking their dog on a weekly basis to give them some respite and also encourage the dog to socilise. I did this for 12 months. I also volunteered at Wood Green Animal Charity during Covid restrictions. Although I was there to help in the fundraising office, we often had dogs who weren't settling in kennels, come and sit with us in the office for the day. Some were quite withdrawn so I learnt how to slowly gain their trust. I am retired so home all day. My husband works full time but is home in the evenings and at weekends. I do some casual exam invigilating but I know dates for this in advance so will not take on any work if pet sitting is booked. I am happy to be led by the owners on when and what activity their dog (s) are used to so am pretty flexible. I have acess to my own car so can take the dog to any appointments if required. I have a fully fenced in garden (6ft) I live in a village with lots of access to quiet walks in the countryside if required, as well as walks within the village itself. I am happy to book out local secure dog fields if agreed with the owner but this will involve driving to nearby fields. As previously mentioned we live in a bungalow so no stairs. We are based in a quiet cul-de-sac so if your dog is reactive to traffic, should not be a problm here. I have space for a medium size crate if required.

“Freya had a great time with Sasha and Hayden this week! They both looked after our dog with care and love. This is 3rd time we used their service and definitely will be coming back for more. The communication as always was great quick responses from Sasha and updates every day - photos and short films which were another bonus. Freya loved them both and when we saw how happy and relax she was with them we knew she was left in good hands. I highly recommend Sasha and Hayden, they are truly dog lovers and will treat your dog like their own!”

“Max went to stay with Dominique just to see if would be ok for a couple of nights as a trial before we went away for 10 days. He was looked after perfectly, Dominique sent updates and photos and we could see he was so happy. It was home to home for Max. Would definitely recommend a stay with Dominique for your pet.”

“Remy has had the best time with Pam. Regular updates during her stay were so lovely. She was taken on long walks, treated as a family pet and obviously felt very at home. Such a nice calm environment, absolutely perfect for Remy! We will definitely be booking Remy in again and highly recommend Pam as a sitter. Thanks so much for your kindness”

“Freya looked after our two cats at our home for a few days, she looked after them so kindly and got to know them both! She also made sure our home was well looked after as well, and kept us updated with texts and videos of the cats every time she visited. She was excellent and we will definitely use her again, we highly recommend!”

“Thankyou so much for looking after Reggie. Going away has always been stressful and a worry but you have made it really easy and we would definitely like for you to look after Reggie in the future if/when we go away again. Thankyou.”

“Ana was absolutely wonderful, communication was great. On top of that, she was incredibly sweet and attentive with my dogs, treating them with genuine care and affection. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands.”

“Sienna did a wonderful job of looking after our two cats while we were away. She’s friendly, reliable and sent us updates/photos. Our cats were happy and settled when we returned. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again :) ”

“Layla was an absolute star, looking after our cat Halo while we were away. From the photos Layla sent us through the app, we could see how much fuss she made of Halo and how Halo warmed to her very quickly. Layla also coped admirably with having to medicate Halo twice a day, which was a big relief for us. We won't hesitate to ask Layla to help us out again with drop-in visits when we're away. She was utterly trustworthy, completely reliable and we are soooo glad we found her!”

“Absolutely fantastic! Stacey-Leigh took incredibly good care of my cat, and I couldn't be happier. She sent detailed updates each time she visited, with loads of photos, and even a video which was lovely for my girlfriend and I while we were on holiday. I could not recommend her highly enough, and I will definitely be using her again!”

“We would 100% recommend Susan & we would definitely use her again! This was the first time we’ve ever used a house/pet sitter and we were really happy with how it all went. John was really happy and content & Susan gave us updates which we loved getting whilst being away! Our house was also left just as we’d left it and Susan looked after all our plants for us too which we were very grateful for!”

“This was my puppy Daisy's first experience of being away from home and I couldn't have been happier with how well she was looked after by Sharon. “First time customer of Tracey and first sleepover for Beni, my pup. Such a positive experience. As soon as you walk into Traceys she welcomed me and Beni into her home, reassuring me that Beni’s in good hands. Tracey sent pictures throughout the day, showing that Beni was fine and having fun. When it came to collection time Tracey told me about his night, and what he got up to the day before. Beni was as happily bouncing around, showing affection. Already booking for the next sleepover. Highly recommend. Such a lovely woman 💕”

“We ran into Angharad, Henry and Rhodri in Ely one day, and Rufus's reaction to them told us everything we need to know! He obviously adores them, and they him. It's so lovely to know that Rufus is with people he loves so much when we can't be with him.”

I’ve regularly pet sat at friends homes and always treat their animals and homes with love and care.
“Henry had a wonderful time with Tracey and the gang while we were at a festival. She sent lots of photos and videos and was brilliant at keeping in touch so I was confident Henry was settled. He certainly slept well when we got him home and I'd definitely use Tracey again to look after him.”

“Monty had a WONDERFUL stay with Caroline and Steph!! She sent photos and videos every day so we could see he was happy and loved whilst with them. We also had a late return and they were very accommodating with that, which was very kind. To top it all off, Monty has come back super well behaved - it’s amazing! No more jumping and he’s been so relaxed and good as gold which only confirms how well cared he was. We won’t hesitate in leaving him with Caroline again. Thank you both for loving our baby as one of yours!”

“Sewwandi did such a great job with Bevo. They sent several pictures & videos and she communicated a lot with us providing updates throughout the day. Bevo didn’t have time to miss us between the walks and play time with their sweet little Boston, Poppy. They sent a few updates that let us know they were treating Bevo like she was their own. A week or so after her stay, we bumped into Sewwandi on a walk and Bevo lost her mind she was so excited to see her! I would recommend Sewwandi to anyone looking for a Rover!”

“Bibiana and her family went above and beyond to make Shiro feel at home for a couple days while we were on holiday. They worked hard to socialize Shiro with other dogs, played with her in the garden, and went on walks to even meet foxes! We're very happy, and we will rebook for all our holidays. Shiro also came back home more playful and full of life than normal!”

“Jan and Bruce are wonderful! They took such great care of our greyhound Blue and spent extra time to get to know her properly. They are very organised with notes and asked loads of questions and learnt her quirks, so we didn’t need to worry at all. We knew that she was so happy and safe, enjoying their lovely house and the nice walks around. They are very experienced and attentive. Blue has returned since and was so excited to get to their house again! We will love to send Blue here whenever we need help :)”

“Aimee was a great sitter for our dog! She played with her and took her on walks in the day and the evening. She sent us photos of our dog throughout the day. Aimee was flexible with our pickup time which was so helpful.”

“So happy we found Jack! He made us feel at ease leaving our boy! He’s very calm and I believe that helped Jed to settle with him! Jack gave us regular updates with photos! He was very quick to respond to any message or worry I had! I’m certain Jed had a lovely time! I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for someone to look after their beloved pet!”

“May is absolutely amazing! She is a true animal lover and an incredibly trustworthy dog sitter. We are so happy we found her,she is an absolute diamond! She looked after our dog, Kuma, for five days while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better care. Kuma absolutely loves her, and it was clear she treated him as if he were her own dog. May went above and beyond anything we expected. She brushed him every day, cleaned his teeth, washed him with suitable products, and even spoiled him with delicious treats. Most importantly, she kept us updated throughout our trip with regular messages and photos, giving us complete peace of mind. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we couldn't be more grateful. We highly recommend May to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and dedicated dog sitter. Thank you so much, May!”

“Chestnut was with Pedro for 11 days. Pedro is great with dogs, he is very caring, attentive and sends regular updates and videos which is so helpful when you’re not with your dog baby. Chestnut loved her time at Pedro’s, she was in a loving home and was also kept busy being around other dogs, which she loves.”

“Archie had a lovely stay (as per usual). Came home very tired and happy 😊. Communication great - lots of messages and photos letting us know how Archie was getting on. Already have his next stay booked in 😊. Thank you Ross, Clara and Chesky 🐕”

“We are so grateful to Claire and Ross for looking after Ava so well and like one of their own. She had a great holiday with them and Syd! We had a great holiday knowing she was being so well cared for, we enjoyed the regular updates, photos and videos of her enjoying her time with them - thank you both so much!”

“Papaya loved her time with Sarah. I was updated regularly with photos and messages. Sarah and her family are absolutely great and I am so happy I found d an absolutely great sitter for my dog.”

“Lloyd took great care of my lively dog Babbo, and Hudson, Lloyds dog, taught Babbo some manners as well as gave him companionship. I know my dog is in good hands with Lloyd.”
