Absolutely amazing! First time using rover and needed a very late last minute booking and luckily I found Mima! Mima and Scott treated my dog Ditsy as if she was there own which was amazing. Daily updates with pictures and Ditsy looked like she was on holiday enjoying life. I can't highly recommend both Mima and Scott enough and will be only using them in the future for looking after my dog Absolute pleasure to deal with and if your worried about leaving your dog with strangers id suggest using them and you won't regret it

About: My extended family have always had dogs and I've got experience with many breeds from great danes to yorshire terriers through all stages of their lives. From a youngster we had German shepherd's in the family and I was raised knowing that dogs are not pets, they are beloved family members with complex needs. I've volunteered at a number of animal rescues over the last two decades, driven by my love of animals and skill in dealing with a wide range of species. I'm the proud dad of a large rescue staffy x who is the centre of my world. You can be assured I will treat your companion with the utmost kindness and respect. I'm flexible depending on your dogs needs, I really enjoy long walks but if your dog prefers a slower, more sniffy walk, I'm happy to amble along at their pace. I'm at home most of the day as I don't leave my dog alone for longer than 2/3 hours. I'm an electrician by trade but am currently on an extended sabbatical. I'm in a ground floor flat with an 80 foot long, secure back garden with a 6ft fence. We have a friendly rescue dog, a young male bulldog x staffy. He's well socislised and enjoys the company of other dogs, he's neutered but particularly loves the ladies. We're a 20 minute walk from parks and the sea front. I'm trustworthy, respectful and have a recent DBS check if you require me to attend your home.

Melissa was absolutely amazing with Nala during the period that she was with her! Always updating me with pictures and videos of the activities that she was doing together with her dog (Mabel) as well. But the thing that I appreciate most was about the caring that she was showing before the boarding: she saw Nala 3 times before that, starting to catch as much information about the dog as possible, she brought Nala at hers couple of times before the first day together, starting also to let Nala know her next home and being comfortable. Surly I’ll try to book her again whenever I need

About: I’m Kirima! Co-owner of KL Canine Collective🐾 I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I regularly look after dogs for family and friends, providing everything from daily walks and feeding to overnight stays and plenty of playtime. Through this experience, I’ve learned that every dog is different, so I always adapt my care to suit their individual personality, routine and needs. I offer doggy day care, dog boarding and dog walking in the Great Wakering area. Whether your dog enjoys long countryside walks, a gentle stroll, playing in the garden or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they have a happy, safe and enjoyable time. I work from home, which means your dog will have company for most of the day and won’t be left alone for long periods. My home has a fully secure garden where dogs can safely play, explore and burn off some energy. A typical day includes regular toilet breaks, walks tailored to your dog’s age and energy level, playtime, enrichment activities, plenty of opportunities to rest, and lots of love and attention. I have a real passion for dog training and enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge of canine behaviour and communication. I regularly take part in sport training with my own dog, working towards PSA titles alongside highly experienced trainers. Through this, I have the opportunity to learn from and shadow some of the most experienced people in the field, developing my understanding of dog behaviour, body language, motivation and effective training methods. I enjoy bringing this knowledge into everyday life by reinforcing good manners and basic obedience where appropriate. If there are any cues, routines or training you’d like your dog to continue practising while they’re with me, I’ll be happy to keep things consistent and follow your preferences. Every dog learns differently, and I always take the time to understand what motivates each individual dog. I understand how important routine is, so I’ll always follow your dog’s normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, medication (if required), training and any house rules you’d like me to continue. Before every booking, I’ll ask about your dog’s personality, likes and dislikes, medical needs, behaviour around other dogs, and anything else that helps me provide the best possible care. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always come first. My home is clean, secure and dog-friendly, and I’ll supervise dogs both indoors and outside. If an emergency were ever to arise, I’d contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. For dog walking, I tailor every walk to suit your dog’s individual needs, whether they enjoy a gentle stroll or a longer, more active walk. My aim is to make sure every dog gets the exercise, mental stimulation and one-to-one attention they need while staying safe and happy. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, so I’ll keep you updated throughout their stay with regular photos and messages, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where they feel safe, comfortable, loved and well cared for from the moment they arrive. I’d love the opportunity to welcome your furry family member into my home and give them the same care and attention I’d want for my own. 🐶❤️ 📍 Great Wakering I work from home, which means I can provide plenty of attention, company and supervision throughout the day. I am able to fit walks, playtime, feeding routines and any medication needs around my daily schedule, while making sure pets have a calm and comfortable environment. I enjoy being active and going for walks, so I’m happy to provide regular exercise and enrichment to keep pets happy and stimulated. I have experience caring for family dogs and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs. I’m happy to follow each owner’s instructions to help their pet feel comfortable and settled while they are in my care. I want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable and loved. I provide a calm home environment where pets can relax, with plenty of attention, playtime and enrichment. I understand how important it is for owners to trust the person looking after their pet, so I always follow instructions carefully and keep owners updated with photos and messages. I take pet safety seriously by making sure pets are supervised, have a secure environment, and have their individual needs respected. I will treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they receive the care, patience and affection they deserve.

About: I know it’s not “just a dog”, they’re our babies. I’ll treat yours like my own, with lots of love, attention, walks and lots of cuddles too! 🐾 I’m starting my Master’s online, which means I’ll be home far more than I’m out. Your dog won’t be fitted around my day, they’ll pretty much become part of it. Study break? Walk. Need some air? Walk. Procrastinating? Probably another walk. I love having a dog wandering around the house with me, so they’ll have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. Handing your dog over to someone you barely know is scary. I know because I have one and struggle to trust anyone with him! They’re your best friend and probably the most precious little thing in your life. I’ll look after yours with the same care I’d want for my Dexter, keep you updated with pictures, and make sure they’re safe, happy, loved and having the best time while you’re away. 🐾

About: I’ve always lived with dogs. My husband and I currently share our home with two golden retrievers, both girls, one is 15 1/2 years old and the other is 8 1/2 years old. We’ve had both girls from puppies and have loved training them and sharing our lives with them. We live in a small village with the river Crouch and farmland walks on our doorstep. I’m a part time teacher but looking to retire next year so I have lots of time and love to offer any dogs who need a holiday hone As I have 2 dogs, I already have daily doggy routines in place. My dogs have access to the enclosed garden all day and enjoy our daily walks around various fields or along the seawall. Tide dependent, they also love swimming in the river. Although I work part time at school, my husband works from home so there’s usually at least one of us at home. We have a large, enclosed garden which our dogs love exploring/ sunbathing in! I would care for your pets in just the same way that I’ve always cared for my own pets. Daily walks, play and cuddles are paramount.

About: I had my own labradoodle from a puppy and have cared for friends and families pets since he passed away 8 years ago. Myself and my husband have 2 children (10 & 7) and they love playing with the animals too. We love going for walks as a family and happy for the dogs to tag along! I am currently working part time (flexible days) so am able to change my days if needed to look after your pets. I will be mainly at home during the week so can take on lots of walks/play/toilet breaks. I live in a detached house with a large fenced garden so it’s safe for animals. I don’t have any pets (just the 2 children!) and happy to just care for one at a time (or pets from the same family). I don’t have a crate but have the space for one if you wanted to provide.

Lorna recently looked after our Jack Russell, Toby, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she gave him. From the moment we met her, she was warm, friendly, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took the time to get to know Toby and made sure he felt comfortable and settled. It was obvious throughout that she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Toby came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lorna to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Toby – we’ll definitely be booking with you again!

Daniel was very welcoming from the very beginning of our communication. Our dog settled very quickly and didn't even seem worried that we were leaving. Daniel kept me updated on Zeus' care throughout the day, including photos and videos, which was very reassuring for us. Daniel also provided additional information on Zeus' Doggy Day Care Card. This allowed us to know how any walks he had, which routes he was taken on, toileting habits logged, as well as fluid intake logged. We are very happy with the care provided, by Daniel, and will definitely be booking with him very soon! 10/10

My dog Leo absolutely loved his day with David, he can be unsettled when in unknown environments for the first few times & David made an effort to even come & do a meet & greet beforehand out of his own time & was very understanding. He is reliable, friendly, accommodating & very kind, you can tell he has a real passion and just loves dogs which makes you feel so comfortable leaving your beloved pet with him. About: I have grown up around dogs and have been caring for them my whole life, from puppies right through to senior dogs. I regularly look after family members’ dogs while they’re away, and it’s something I really enjoy. One day, I’d love to start my own dog walking business as working with dogs is something I’m genuinely passionate about. It’s something I know I’d love doing every day. I currently work from home two days a week, which gives me flexibility to provide attentive care and enjoy some extra company. I am also available on weekends, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to looking after your pets and treating them like my own. I will always try to stick to your pet’s usual routine so they feel happy and settled, whether that’s feeding times, walks, or playtime. If I’m in your home, I’ll treat it with respect and follow any instructions so everything feels normal for your pet. At my home, pets will have a quiet, safe, relaxed space with lots of attention and care. I have a large fenced garden where they can play and explore, and two friendly dogs who love having some company if your pet enjoys being around others. About: Hey I’m Rhianne 🙂 I grew up with animals from a very small age we always had family pets from dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and even goats at one point. My parents rescued our last two dogs, that was amazing to give them the best life after being neglected. I have lots of experience taking care of different breeds of dogs and I thoroughly enjoy looking after them and spending time with them, giving them lots of love and attention. I am very adaptable and understand each little fur baby has their own personality. I work from home so I am very flexible through out the day. I have 2x 15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch so plenty of time to take your pets to the toilet and for walks before, during my lunch or after work. I go to the gym regularly so pets that are OK to be left for a couple of hours on their own is more suitable for me. I will send plenty of updates with photos and messages to assure you that your fur babies are safe and being well cared for. I am very attentive and ensure a high standard of care when caring for pets. I will follow all feeding, walking routines given to me and give your fur babies lots of cuddles and love. If there are specific routines with feeding, walking or requirements for pets these can be given to me to follow.

About: Hi! I’m a reliable, caring dog lover who works from home part time and spends the rest of the week as a stay at home mum, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. My toddler is with me most weekdays (he attends nursery two days a week, increasing to three days from September), so I’m looking after dogs that are friendly and comfortable around young children. He has been brought up around dogs and is always supervised, ensuring everyone stays happy and safe. We have a lovely open plan downstairs where dogs can relax and feel at home, along with a secure, good sized garden for outdoor play and toilet breaks. We’re also lucky to have beautiful local walks nearby, as well as secure dog fields just down the road that I can book, giving dogs a safe space to run, play, and burn off energy. Every dog is different, so I’ll always follow their usual routine and give them the care they need, whether that’s long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply a quiet place to relax. I’ll treat your dog like one of the family and keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away knowing they’re in safe and loving hands. I’m a stay at home mum to my toddler and work part time from my beauty room in the garden, so I’m home for most of the day and have plenty of time to give your dog attention and company. I occasionally do freelance work, but this is only on odd dates and isn’t regular, so I can usually be very flexible with bookings. I’m available for plenty of daytime care and can work around your dog’s usual routine as much as possible. I have a secure, fenced off garden and an open plan downstairs space where your dog can feel comfortable and at home. I have a lovely, friendly dog who enjoys having a playmate but is also very happy to relax and snooze in the sunshine. We have some lovely walks close by, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks, playtime and exploring. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and give them lots of love and attention while they’re with me.

Nothing dangerous around the flat as it's a pretty minimalistic w comfy rugs in the living room and dog beds in my room.

About: I do all services, but NONE at my home. I can come to you! I had a rescue German shepherd dog since I was young. We took her to training and agility classes. I have dog sat and dog walked for people a few times. I have worked in childcare for 3+ years and I still am. I have availability on Mondays. I am available some evenings after work at 5pm and I am available at weekends. I love all dogs and other small animals. I would prefer to dogsit at the owners home (s) if possible. I would make sure that food that is not dog food is out of reach and they wouldn't climb on anything, furniture etc. that they are not supposed to.

Our french bulldog stayed with Daniel for 3 nights, he settled in quite quickly. Daniel updated us throughout the day, everyday on how Muni was getting on; toilet breaks, walks, food and playtime. Felt at ease leaving our dog with Daniel. Thanks once again! (Repeat customer)

Alison looked after our puppy Luna for the day and overnight, Luna was very well looked after, cared for and given lots of attention and affection. Alison was great at understanding Luna’s needs and communicating with and also sent pictures and videos of Luna so we could see how she was getting on throughout her stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much 😊
