“Hector had the best time staying with Cordelia! He’s a nervous dog but he loved her straight away and I could tell when I picked him up how much they had bonded over the week. Cordelia took Hector on 2 walks a day, sent us lots of pictures to keep us updated and made him feel right at home. I’d absolutely recommend booking your doggy in with Cordelia, and I’m so happy we’ve found a home away from home for him for the next time we go away ❤️”

“Abbie took our Pomeranian Coco into her home and treated her as one of the family. Abbie kept me updated sending photos and videos putting our mind at ease and Coco had a ball of a time. We will definitely book Abbie again when we go on holiday.”

“Molly recently had her trial day with Ann and her husband and loved being with them. Ann’s attention to detail with Mollys routine was exceptional and she came home a happy little doggy. Her next stay is already booked and I know I can go on holiday feeling reassured she will get the best love and care that she does at home. Thanks both.”

“Dolly was happy and content during her visit. It was really helpful having a meet and greet beforehand and they were very knowledgeable about dogs and their wellbeing. They kept me up to date during her stay and sent through pictures of how she was doing. Overall very happy 😊”

“This is the second time I have used Dorothy and once again, she was absolutely fantastic. I could tell she really enjoyed having Kora and could tell Kora really enjoyed her stay. A great sitter, who tailors things to suit you and your pet perfectly. Thanks Dorothy”

“We were really pleased to hear that Ned had a wonderful time with Kathryn and her family! They were so lovely, and it was great to be kept updated throughout his stay. We felt confident that he was well looked after and given lots of love and attention. We wouldn’t hesitate to let him stay with this lovely family again.”

“Lola had a wonderful stay with Liga and was really made to feel part of the family. She was clearly very settled when we returned to collect her - I wondered if she even wanted to come home! Liga sent regular updates and photos of Lola whilst we were away, which kept our minds at ease during this first time of leaving her. Would absolutely book again! Thank you Liga and family ❤️”

“Jade was absolutely amazing with my dog Logan, a very energetic Staffordshire bull terrier! He can be a bit full on when you first meet him, but Jade handled his energy with ease and made him feel right at home. She kept in great contact leading up to his stay and throughout his visit, sending a lovely video and some adorable photos that showed me he was settling in well. Even though it was just 2 days, I could tell Logan was really well looked after. I'll definitely be booking with Jade again- Highly recommended!”

“Alice was great with Wilf. We had a meet and greet first, then Wilf stayed for an overnight. There's plenty of room, a very large garden and lots of land. Wilf had walks and played with Alice's dog. He came back very tired! We'll certainly be using Alice again.”

“Meg and Joss had our boy Odie for his first full week with them! He’s had a couple of overnights/daycares due to being nervous in new places to prepare him for a longer stay. We got plenty of updates, pictures and considerate questions where they wanted to make sure he stayed happy and healthy. It was really warm weather during his stay and they kept him cool and did his walks early and late to keep him safe. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially if you have more nervous dogs or those that need extra attention.”

“Grace recently looked after our reactive rescue staffie Daisy when we went away for the weekend. We did a meet and greet , which was easy to organise and Grace was very welcoming. We hadn't used Grace before for daycare, so we were a little anxious about Daisy stopping overnight as her first visit but she settled really fast and had a great time. We received regular updates and photos (where we could tell that Daisy was genuinely happy!) and our advice regarding Daisy's routine was followed well 🙂 we will definitely be asking Grace to sit Daisy again in future and would recommend her to anyone.”

“So glad I booked a day for Button with Linnet! She was so lovely greeting us at the door and sent photos and updates throughout the day! Couldn’t have asked for better! “Daniel looked after my two dogs while we were abroad, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. He was amazing with both of them, especially my senior dog, making sure all of her medication was given correctly and that she was comfortable and well looked after. I received daily updates and lots of photos, which gave me complete peace of mind and made it so much easier being away from them. It was clear that my dogs were happy, relaxed, and treated with genuine care and affection. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be asking him to look after my dogs every time we go abroad from now on. Thank you so much! for looking after Lizzie and Bella 💖🐶”

“Tarnya and her family are amazing, my choccie lab was so happy when I collected her, infact I think she would have been happy to have stayed longer. The love and care they showed during her stay was unconditional, long walks, lots of play and cuddles and regular photo updates. She even had a wash and blow dry during her stay :). A home from home experience, I would 100% revommend and will be using again in the future. Thank you Tarnya and family xx”

“Richard and Joy were amazing with our little dachshund Minnie for a weeks stay. Communication was brilliant and we had lots of updates while we were away. Her routine was followed where possible and she had a great time! Richard & Joy also secured their fence with additional chicken wire so Minnie could run free in their orchard providing a safe place for her (she’s a very small dog so can fit into very small gaps). They are a lovely couple & adorable Nalak was so great with our Minnie. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thanks again 😊”

“We were nervous having never used Rover before for dog sitting, but Elaine and Stijn were really reassuring, asking lots of questions to get to know the dogs and how to care for them. Whilst we were away they sent lots of photos and our dogs looked right at home. We would not hesitate to use them again.”

Currently, I have three cats of my own and two dogs, so caring for multiple cats and managing different temperaments is something I’m very comfortable with. “We had a fantastic experience with Mara, while she house sat and looked after our two cats for a couple of nights. From the start, she was friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with, which immediately put us at ease. She took excellent care of our cats, making sure they were well-fed, comfortable, and given plenty of attention. It was clear they were happy and relaxed when we returned, which says a lot. “Cordelia has looked after our dog Dino since his first overnight stay at 16 weeks old. I was quite nervous to leave him when he was so young, but I had no need to worry. We had a meet and greet with Cordelia and her dogs ahead of Dino’s stay and I felt confident that he was in safe hands. I received messages and photos throughout his stay and he had the best time! Since then, Dino has had many day visits with Cordelia and I would highly recommend her to all. Dino always has the most wonderful time and I can see it does him a lot of good to have a proper dog day with his pals!”

“Hannah is so amazing with Angie! She gave Angie treasure hunts to keep her busy, a lovely walk and naps in the afternoon sun! Needless to say Angie was reluctant to leave 😅 we will definitely be using Hannah again!”

“Elizabeth and her lovely family looked after biscuit with great care and gave her heaps of attention, they treated her like their own dog and biscuit loved being around the two girls. I was updated with photos and little stories of what they got up to whilst I was away for work and they made us smile as she clearly looked entertained, was having zoomies and playing with the children and getting lots of cuddles and attention. It made us quite jealous :) My husband found the location easy for work to drop her off on the way and made life easier for him knowing she was cared for extremely well. We will be using Elizabeth and her family again! Thank you for what you did for Biscuit, she came home tired and slept all afternoon and hardly moved :)”

“Liga was so good with our Winnie. She is really attentive and professional. Without even asking, she sent us regular updates and pictures throughout the day. Her dog Marley was also really good with Winnie and she normally doesn't like big dogs. I reccomend Liga for your bookings, shes really friendly and welcoming! best sitter i've had yet”

“Contacted Nick about a short daycare for my energetic young dog. Nick was one of the fastest responders to messages I've come across here. After the initial meet and greet in which we discussed all expectations, Uist has returned after a trial daycare day, exhausted but very happy. Nick understood Uist's needs and made sure he had plenty of walks and play. On the pickup, I was quite delayed by traffic but Nick was very understanding. Can highly recommend and will use again”

“Laura took such amazing care of our baby boy and made him feel comfortable and relaxed. She managed to get him to sleep for two hours (out of 4h he stayed with her), which really showed how safe and at ease he felt with her and her boyfriend. As a very attached dog parent, I was naturally worried about leaving him, so the regular updates and photos meant the world to me and really put my mind at ease. It was so reassuring to know he was in such caring and capable hands. Thank you so much!”

About: Since moving out, I’ve really missed having my family dog around, so I love any opportunity to spend time with a new furry friend! Whether it’s walks, playtime, training, or plenty of cuddles, I’m always happy to give dogs the attention and care they deserve. I work from home most weekdays, which means your dog will have lots of company, supervision, and flexibility in their routine throughout the day. I grew up with dogs and have always been very comfortable understanding their different personalities, needs, and behaviours. I’ve looked after a wide range of breeds and sizes, from small dogs to very large breeds. At the moment I regularly care for a Cockapoo, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and even a Great Dane, so I’m confident handling dogs with very different temperaments and energy levels. I’m patient with puppies and young dogs who are still learning, and I’m happy to reinforce basic training, routines, and good habits. I’m also attentive and gentle with senior dogs who may need a slower pace, extra care, or medication. Above all, I’m responsible, calm, and genuinely love being around dogs. I’ll always treat your dog like they’re part of the family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well looked after. My home feels far too quiet without a dog around! I currently work from home in a flexible role, allowing me to provide care and attention to pets during weekdays. I can schedule walks/playtime/drop ins during breaks and lunch. I am also available in evenings and at weekends. I provide safety for pets in their own homes by ensuring i have a clear understand of the pets needs and the owner’s instructions. I engage with the pet to build trust and strengthen my bond with them.
“Hayley & Partner are such nice people and looked after our 10 month old Aluskie and he was treated like there own loads of walks loads of updates with great pictures of his advent thank you much. Wouldn’t hesitate book again .”

“After a welcoming "meet and greet" with Brian and his wife we booked Chester for his first day care stay with them. Chester is a typical cockapoo, but rather anxious and it takes him a while to gain people's trust so we were somewhat worried about leaving him. Brian and his wife are such kind, considerate, and patient carers so our concerns were addressed and we were reassured by Brian's feedback and photos as Chester enjoyed his long walk with them. We have no hesitation in recommending Brian a will definately ask him to care for Chester again in the near future.”

About: My boyfriend and I both grew up with family dogs, and ever since moving in together had our own dog. We trained her via doggy school since she was a little pup and took her on many adventures that went as far as moving to the UK with her. We regularly looked after our families dogs as well when they went away on holiday. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our little girl recently due to age. While we are looking for our next sweetheart, we have an abundance of love, walks and empty spots on the sofa for your furry friend! I work from home, but I occasionally have to travel for work and my partner is only 10 minutes away - both with flexible hours. This allows us to plan our days around your dogs needs! We live less then a minute walk from a big park and can easily go for multiple walks a day if they’re up to it. We also have a fully enclosed garden with space for running around. We’re flexible with your dogs needs, whether they require a crate to sleep in, prefer to sleep on the couch or on their doggy bed, just let us know. Near the end of her life, our dog became blind with different health issues. Going through this gives us experience to also take care of (senior) dogs who have a complex medical history. We have full flexibility for how we plan our working days. Whether we wake up early to go for a walk before breakfast, use our lunch break, or swap our evening sports for a long walk, we will adjust based on your dogs usual routine. With our enclosed garden, there’s plenty of playtime opportunities as well! In the weekend, we are able to make sure one of us is at home for most of the day if required. The garden is spacious and dog friendly. The house has enough room to place the dog’s personal bed or crate if needed. They are more then welcome to join us (and sleep) on our sofa as well. Feeding and walking are arranged to what they are used to, no matter how many times a day. Different medical routines are easily incorporated - experience with eye drops as well as regular pills.
“Shivani and Shanti were lovely looking after our dog Arlo for couple of hours. Super helpful with sending updates and pictures and were very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever in the area again would definitely leave our pup in their care. Thank you so much for everything! :)”

“Steven and his family took great care of Kingston. We’ve had lots of photos showing what a fab time he had. He’s gone to bed early tonight - shattered after his exciting day. Steven was lovely to deal with - friendly, flexible and professional Will be using his services again in the future.”

“Cuba had a fab time with Charlotte, Sophie & Izzy. She’s very gentle and appreciated having a quiet time, a leg stretch at lunchtime and a doze on the sofa this afternoon! Thank you for making Cuba so welcome! 🤗”

“Woody stayed with Victoria for just the day. We were extremely happy with the care and communication received. Victoria was very flexible and is a reliable, confident dog sitter. We have no hesitation recommending her and will definitely ask her to care for Woody in the future. I know Woody felt at home because he didn’t want to leave! He had an added bonus because there were two other dogs to play with all day. Thank you for your love and cuddles 🐾”

About: I've grown up around dogs and love them so much. I have a crazy staffy who is my world! I have helped care for our older family dogs who need a little extra tlc, as well as administering medication to my own dog daily. I will love your dog like my own. I currently work from home with some extra spare time that I would love to dedicate to caring for your pets! Given enough notice I can be fairly flexible. I am very respectful of any rules and know how important it is to follow instructions when it comes to the care of your beloved dog. Animals genuinely make me so happy and I know how hard it is to find someone to trust to look after your pet.
“Liga is a FABULOUS dog walker. My two boys, Sullivan and Bentley, had the best time on their daily walks including lots of swimming. The daily updates including photos and videos were great to receive. 5 stars 🤩.”

About: I have experience caring for dogs, including my own black lab who is very friendly and who I walk for at least an hour every day. I have a flexible schedule and am available to care for your pet throughout the day, with the exception of picking my brother up from school, however I will only be out the house for about half an hour during this time. Your pet's safety and well-being are my top priority. I have a friendly dog and an enclosed garden space, which provides a safe and secure environment for your dog to play and relax.
About: Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do, it’s genuinely the thing that makes me happiest. I’ve been pet sitting and providing care for the last four years, but my experience with dogs started long before that. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and honestly can’t imagine life without them in it. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routines and little quirks, and I love getting to know what makes each one unique. Whether your dog is energetic and loves adventures, enjoys long walks and playtime, or is happiest curled up having cuddles and company, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe and loved while they’re with me. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust because they’re family, not just pets. I treat every dog in my care the way I would want someone to treat my own, with patience, attention, affection and genuine care. I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Spending my days around dogs, is what I love the most. I am currently working through a canine care, behaviour and welfare course from home. So I have plenty of time to love and care for your dogs as my main priority. Tell me all about your dog and their routine so I can create a home from home for them to feel safe and welcome and you to feel at ease that your fur baby is being loved and cared for. For me, trust and safety always come first because I understand that leaving your dog with someone else is a huge decision. I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is in a loving, secure environment where they’ll be cared for as if they were my own. I have four dogs myself, ranging from 4 to 12 years old, and they’ve been around all kinds of dogs over the years. They’re gentle, friendly, playful and have met dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities. They absolutely love making new friends and are great at helping visiting dogs feel welcomed and settled into the home. I live in a small, quiet village surrounded by fields, which means walks and adventures are endless. There’s plenty of space for dogs to explore, enjoy new smells, stretch their legs and simply be dogs. Whether your dog loves exciting walks and discovering new places, or prefers slower strolls taking everything in, there’s always somewhere peaceful and enjoyable for them. My home is full of experience, routine and understanding of dog behaviour. I know that every dog is different — some run in and make themselves at home immediately, while others need a little extra reassurance and time to adjust. I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort, body language and needs so they always feel safe and supported. More than anything, I aim to create an environment where dogs don’t just stay — they belong. A place where they can play, explore, relax, receive lots of affection and enjoy being part of everyday family life while you have complete peace of mind knowing they’re happy and cared for. 🐾 *i am fully insured*

About: Hi, my name is Sim, I'm 25 years old, I work full time but on shifts so I have a range of availability based upon my shift patterns. I've got experience in sitting and walking different breeds, and I'm a big breed lover having my own 3 at home! (3 German shepherds!) Currently I do occasionally dog sit for friends and family, typically their dogs stay over with my 3 dogs who love having friends over! So what sets me apart from other walkers and sitters? Well, I love dogs, I've had 5 years of experience (on and off), all my dogs have been adopted and rehomed - so I've worked with a variety of different dogs with different needs. Recently fostering a dog for 3 months and got her trained up before she went to her new home which she's succeeding in! I own a car so I'm happy to travel. And with your permission if you leave your dog with me over night or for a few days, I can take them to locations such as the Peak District to get some quality time in, otherwise to the local parks and nature reserves. 😁 I do have a really big garden which is fenced off. If we require use of a create then we can encourage that with your dog, we just request to provide a bed or item that your dog is currently familiar with to keep in the crate if crate time is required, we want to keep the environment as familiar as possible to help reduce anxiety. My house has multiple cameras situated throughout the property, inside and outside for peace of mind. I work full time but I work different shifts weekly but I know what I'm working well in advance, and I have my partner to lend a hand. Large garden fenced off, cameras around the house and the outside the house so we have eyes on the property at all times. But someone will always be home.

About: Your Experience I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have always had a huge love for them. Unfortunately, now that I’m an adult, my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to have a dog of my own, so I love getting my dog fix by looking after everyone else’s! I’m the designated sitter for my sister and two friends, regularly looking after their dogs whenever they go away for weekends or holidays. I also walk my neighbour’s dog in the evenings when they’re working late. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities, whether that means long walks, playing, keeping them company or simply giving them plenty of attention and cuddles. I’m also a regular runner, so if your dog is particularly energetic and needs more than a gentle stroll, I’m more than happy to give them the exercise they need. Every dog is different, and I’m very happy to follow whatever routine, exercise and care your dog is used to. My priority is making sure they feel happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available for morning and evening walks, weekend care and overnight stays when arranged in advance. If your stay away is during the week I’m available to work from home. I’m active and regularly go running and walking, so I’m very happy to fit your dog’s usual exercise routine into my day. I’m flexible and will always work around their individual needs and your schedule. Your dog’s safety and happiness will always be my priority. I’ll make sure walks are calm, enjoyable and suited to your dog’s individual needs, age and energy levels. I’m experienced with dogs and understand the importance of following their usual routines, boundaries and instructions. I’ll keep you updated during walks and treat your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own. Your home will also be treated with respect and left secure and exactly as I found it. Above all, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is in safe, caring hands while you’re away.
About: During lockdown, I walked my neighbour's dog, a massive Bernese mountain dog, a few times per week. It was the best part of my week and I really enjoyed it. I then worked at an animal sanctuary for months, home to seven dogs ranging from Spanish mastiff to Australian shepherd. I walked these dogs weekly for about 5 months. Since I left home to study at university, I have missed that companionship and would like to spend my free time with four-legged friends! I study veterinary medicine and have the opportunity to arrange some parts of my schedule according to my availability. This means I can be somewhat flexible around my working hours to accommodate your pet's needs. I can take your dog on various walks around the neighbourhood. I provide provide drop-in visits, house-sitting as well as dog walking and will do my best to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet.

About: I recently obtained my Level 2 certificate in animal welfare which allows me to provide an extra level of care to your dog. My understanding of their needs is much greater since accomplishing this also due to the work experience in a busy dog day care, I was quickly brought up to speed managing up to 20 dogs! I have always been passionate about dogs ever since I became a young dog mum, I took my boarder collie dog training when I was 13 and created a fabulous bond which will last a million lifetimes! She lived well into her senior age of 18 where I met all her senior needs 🥰 Unfortunately last year she passed but I loved every minute of being a dog mum so now I'm using my passions to provide a safe and loving environment for other dogs to enjoy as a fun doggy holiday. I am always walking and hiking, I am also a self employed hair dresser which means I am often at home or not far from it.

“Absolutely amazing couple who accommodated me with a last minute booking and treated my dog Luna just like there own, With regular photo & video updates even bracing the bad weather to take Luna out, I couldn’t of been happier with the care that Luna received, Thank you again and see you soon”

Fantastic lady and fantastic attitude and I would highly recommend Linnet and will definitely book in the future for other days/nights when needed - thank you!! 🩵”

“We were nervous having never used Rover before for dog sitting, but Elaine and Stijn were really reassuring, asking lots of questions to get to know the dogs and how to care for them. Whilst we were away they sent lots of photos and our dogs looked right at home. We would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Fergus had the best stay!! Venetia and Chris were lovely hosts for Fergus, very accommodating and love the company of dogs. Fergus has lovely long walks, played fetch and chilled in front of the fire. Will definitely be using them again in the future!”

“Ben went above and beyond with our little Reggie, this was the first time we had to booked a sitter, so I was very nervous, but Ben, was contacting me and sending lovely messages and updates and photos of Reggie through the entire week we was away on our holiday, which i so appreciated from him, it made me feel at ease and I knew Reggie was being cared for and in safe hands with Ben, and in the extremely high weather temperatures we was having at the time, having a frenchie you can appreciate it is very hard due to Reggie’s breed, but yet again Ben took care of it and made sure Reggie was safe and comfortable, Which once again was down to Ben. From the moment I saw Ben as we introduced ourselves and with his own dog Noah, I knew Ben was the person for us. I want to thank Ben again personally and to Noah for making Reggie’s stay so welcome for him, and definitely will be having Ben again for Reggie’s stay in future, many thank Ben ☺️”

“Polly was so lovely and accommodating. Made a real effort with our dog. He wanted to stay when we went to pick him up!!! Will certainly be staying with Polly again if she’s available.”
