From the moment we contacted Steve, he has been great at communication, we had an initial meeting- within seconds we could tell Steve is a man who loves dogs. The outstanding behaviour of his own dog, Laszlo shows he has great knowledge. When Storm stayed with Steve for a week, we had regular, twice daily updates, photos and videos, and could easily tell the our Storm was content and having a great time. We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free! We was abit nervous about leaving him because we have never left him before but she made us feel at ease and getting daily updates and pictures of him, it was lovely and we knew he was in good hands. About: I have had my dog for 3 years. She was adopted from a shelter, so I learned how to properly care for rescue dogs and help them rebuild trust in people. This experience taught me patience, understanding, and how to respond to different pet personalities and needs. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet and give them lots of attention throughout the day. I provide overnight stays and flexible care whenever you need it, making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In my home, I have one friendly dog who will happily keep your dog company. I also have a large garden where dogs can play and relax safely. I go on frequent walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, attention, and outdoor time during their stay.

About: I’ve had the experience of looking after and caring for my own family dogs and cats growing up and have the trust from friends and neighbours to look after theirs. I am a university student so having the flexibility in hours that pet care offers, gives me the opportunity to do something that I would really love and enjoy doing around my studying. I am also a really active person I go for walks daily and having a little buddy to join me would make those walks a lot more fun. This also applies to the Christmas and Easter period (mid-December to mid-January, and mid-April to the end of May). I am DBS checked, and have a full driving licence. . I am currently a University student studying Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Upon request, I can offer training in areas you would like while caring for your dog. I walk them to suit your dog's needs and schedule, multiple times a day if that is your dog's usual routine. This however, is weather permitting because of dangers such as heatstroke which can be deadly. Food suited to your dog can be given to them, plenty of toilet breaks outside & lots of love and cuddles if they are the cuddly type. I am also very aware of the current rise in dog thieves and take extra care especially when out walking.

About: I have hands on experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments including larger or more demanding breeds. I have a lot of practice in making sure working breeds are not just physically exercised but mentally stimulated. I work with all breeds and sizes and love all animals equally. I don't just take them on a rushed walk but I make each one as engaging, fun and as much as a positive experience as I can for them. Each dog is different and I always take that into consideration. I know how hard it is to find a dog walker to trust especially if your dog requires extra care or understanding. Some need a slow stroll with lots of sniffing time, some need to be mentally engaged, some are social butterflies whereas others can be more shy and need space from other animals. Taking them on long physically tiring walks won’t be a problem as I love being outdoors and am always walking and running as much as I can. I can keep up with your pet no matter how intense their walk needs to be 😅 When it comes to pet sitting I have always grown up and cared for animals my whole life. I am not just there as a job to feed them, I genuinely love it and spending time with all different personalities. I would say this is more of a purpose then a job, nothing makes me happier then giving your furry friends the love they deserve, and that you can’t give whilst you are away. I am structured, reliable and professional when visiting your home and hopefully I can become a long term sitter that you can trust. I have also looked after senior dogs and puppies before and can provide that extra care they need. I am currently free on all weekdays and occasionally some weekends. I have lots of free time which I would love to help care for your pets, I am pretty flexible and therefore able to work around you. I have the time to do longer walks up to 1hr for those that require it. When it comes to house sitting or boarding I will always be home to look after your pet. Pets will be fed on their usual routine, taken for a morning walk over the fields nearby and off lead if owner is comfortable. Pet will be allowed to go out in the fenced garden as and when need for toileting and sniffs. Pet will be kept engaged through play with myself and my dog, scattering kibble for go find to engage the brain and also some general obedience training. Pet will also have a long evening walk again where there is opportunity for off lead play.

“Bonnie was looked after well. My circumstances were not the easiest however the sitters were very accommodating and even offered to help with lifts for Bonnie whilst I was away. The lack of garden and small living space may not be suitable for every dog but that we’re not a problem for my Bonnie at the time as she loves to curl up and sleep. She did get taken out for toilet breaks/walks and seemed to enjoy herself. Thank you.”
About: I have had pet dogs for as long as i remember. I have always had cockapoos so specialist experience with them, like my dog in my profile! I am very active, i love walking and being outdoors. I am pet obsessed and i am my happiest when with furry friends ❤️ I am currently a university student home for the summer. So i have a lot of spare time, i work mostly at the weekend at night time (7pm). So typically, my day time is completely free which allows me to provide my full attention, regular toilet breaks, regular water top ups and play time! I have a fenced garden, i have a cockapoo and two cats who all love eachother very much. My cockapoo is a boy, he is very friendly and clingy he will love to have a friend for walks and to play with. I also live near a lake which is a lovely walking route with a pedestrian path all the way around.

About: 5 years ago our family got a rescue dog from East Midlands Dog Rescue. He’s a poodle x terrier from Cyprus and has settled in to the family as if he was always here. It took a lot of training for him to be confident with socialising with other dogs as well as getting a good level of recall to let him off lead. I’ve now moved out of my family home and miss the times I got to spend going on walks, bathing him after very muddy walks and being able to shower him with love and treats. I love going on long walks, exploring new places and bumping into other dog owners along the way. I work full time however this is hybrid so a lot of my days can be working from home. I work 9-5 meaning I can do a long walk in the morning, a shorter walk in the middle of the day on my lunch break and then a long evening walk. I’m also available on the weekends for boarding where all of my day can be spent on adventures with your dog or giving them as much fuss and attention as they want Your pet will be the only animal in the house at all times. I have a secure fenced garden that opens out onto a park at the back. I will always meet your preferences so if they are most comfortable in a crate then I can facilitate this as per your request.

I have a fenced and fully secure garden and your dog will be allowed anywhere in my home - I don’t believe in keeping them off furniture etc. However, I’m more happy to follow the rules you set at home to maintain consistency.

About: Growing up with horses on farms, I have been around dogs of all sizes from my own German Sheperds, to small breeds like terriers and poodles. I have had my dogs since puppies through to their final years, so I am experienced with all ages. I can help with basic training of your puppy - sit, heel, paw, down, recall, and fetch. I also know that the older dog enjoys a more leisurely approach to life, with a slower routine, and more napping! I have experience with administering medication for older dogs. I have access to a variety of free walking locations to keep your dog mentally stimulated whether on a short or longer walk. I am happy to let them off the lead and play, but if you would prefer your dog to be kept on the lead, that rule will be followed. As I have just left my office based job, I am available most days, at any hours that suit you and your dog, whether that is for a drop in to play, let out for the toilet and topping up food and water, or for a long walk early morning or evening to suit your schedule. There has not been a day in my life that I haven’t owned animals. I am an animal lover through and through, and I find so much happiness from just being around them. I am not a fair weather person - I am committed and will be out in the cold and rainy weather. I enjoy the peacefulness of a dog walk, and the chaos of cats. I feed, water, and groom my pets. Let them in and out from the garden to the toilet. I get them playing and staying active but without winding them up and causing them stress. I have my own car, so if you are not local to many walking spots or want a bit of change to your dogs scenery, I am happy to take them out somewhere within a sensible distance. I know the feeling of having to leave your pets at home when your at work or away on holiday, and the worry of how stressed they may be in a cattery or kennels, so I would love to offer a service to animal owners who wish for their pet to be in their home environment where they feel safe, or day care in my home so they aren’t feeling lonely.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was born and have never been without a fury 4 legged friend! From puppies to seniors and everything in between we absolutely adore all doggies! Whether your pup needs a good walk, run, play in the garden or those extra special sofa cuddles he or she will be well loved and looked after. Taking them on long physically tiring walks won’t be a problem as I love being outdoors and am always walking and running as much as I can. I would say this is more of a purpose then a job, nothing makes me happier then giving your furry friends the love they deserve, and that you can’t give whilst you are away. I have also looked after senior dogs and puppies before and can provide that extra care they need. I am currently free on all weekdays and occasionally some weekends. I have lots of free time which I would love to help care for your pets, I am pretty flexible and therefore able to work around you. I have the time to do longer walks up to 1hr for those that require it. When it comes to house sitting or boarding I will always be home to look after your pet. About: 5 years ago our family got a rescue dog from East Midlands Dog Rescue. He’s a poodle x terrier from Cyprus and has settled in to the family as if he was always here. It took a lot of training for him to be confident with socialising with other dogs as well as getting a good level of recall to let him off lead. I’ve now moved out of my family home and miss the times I got to spend going on walks, bathing him after very muddy walks and being able to shower him with love and treats. I love going on long walks, exploring new places and bumping into other dog owners along the way. I work full time however this is hybrid so a lot of my days can be working from home. I work 9-5 meaning I can do a long walk in the morning, a shorter walk in the middle of the day on my lunch break and then a long evening walk. I’m also available on the weekends for boarding where all of my day can be spent on adventures with your dog or giving them as much fuss and attention as they want Your pet will be the only animal in the house at all times. I have a secure fenced garden that opens out onto a park at the back. I will always meet your preferences so if they are most comfortable in a crate then I can facilitate this as per your request.

We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free! We was abit nervous about leaving him because we have never left him before but she made us feel at ease and getting daily updates and pictures of him, it was lovely and we knew he was in good hands.
