We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free! We was abit nervous about leaving him because we have never left him before but she made us feel at ease and getting daily updates and pictures of him, it was lovely and we knew he was in good hands. “Hannah was lovely with Izzy, she took to her straight away and I had no worries about leaving Izzy with her. We needed someone short notice and Hannah was happy to accommodate wasting no time with replying and sorting a meet and greet. Hannah treated Izzy like her own and kept me up to date with how she was and sent me photos to reassure me. She gave her lots of cuddles and time. Her partner was also great with Izzy. Hannah has a small dog Frank that is very friendly and gets on well with other dogs and was great company for Izzy. I would highly recommend Hannah for a home from home service.”

About: I’ve had the experience of looking after and caring for my own family dogs and cats growing up and have the trust from friends and neighbours to look after theirs. I am a university student so having the flexibility in hours that pet care offers, gives me the opportunity to do something that I would really love and enjoy doing around my studying. I am currently a University student studying Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Upon request, I can offer training in areas you would like while caring for your dog. I walk them to suit your dog's needs and schedule, multiple times a day if that is your dog's usual routine. This however, is weather permitting because of dangers such as heatstroke which can be deadly. Food suited to your dog can be given to them, plenty of toilet breaks outside & lots of love and cuddles if they are the cuddly type. I am also very aware of the current rise in dog thieves and take extra care especially when out walking.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 5 years! I am very knowledgable on daschunds having one myself and having intensely cared for my sister’s. I know a lot about signs to look out for with IVDD, back problems and how to prevent this. I have very good knowledge on training and have attended training courses on obedience with my own dog and am comfortable practicing training with your pet. My own personal dog was rescued as a puppy from Dogs Trust and is very well behaved through positive reinforcement , off lead training and crate training. Knowledgable on canine diet researching and providing a raw diet for my own dog. First aid certified ✅ I am able to offer pet care all days of the week where I can dedicate my full attention to your dog. Expect off the lead long walks (where comfortable) play time with myself and my dog and a lot of reward training and go find for treats. Pets will be fed on their usual routine, taken for a morning walk over the fields near by and off lead if owner is comfortable. Pet will be allowed to go out in the fenced garden as and when need for toileting and sniffs. Pet will be kept engaged through play with myself and my dog, scattering kibble for go find to engage the brain and also some general obedience training. Pet will also have a long evening walk again where there is opportunity for off lead play.

I work full time 4 days a week hybrid. Some weeks I am in the office more than others, depends on the work schedule, but I try and homework where I can. I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off work. All pets are welcome to explore and enjoy our home just like we do. Dogs are more than welcome to have a snuggle on the sofa and of course he or she will have a choice of beds up stairs if they choose too! We have two children aged 11 and 4 who both adore dogs like Andrew (my husband) and I.
About: Growing up with horses on farms, I have been around dogs of all sizes from my own German Sheperds, to small breeds like terriers and poodles. I have had my dogs since puppies through to their final years, so I am experienced with all ages. I can help with basic training of your puppy - sit, heel, paw, down, recall, and fetch. I also know that the older dog enjoys a more leisurely approach to life, with a slower routine, and more napping! I have experience with administering medication for older dogs. I have access to a variety of free walking locations to keep your dog mentally stimulated whether on a short or longer walk. I am happy to let them off the lead and play, but if you would prefer your dog to be kept on the lead, that rule will be followed. As I have just left my office based job, I am available most days, at any hours that suit you and your dog, whether that is for a drop in to play, let out for the toilet and topping up food and water, or for a long walk early morning or evening to suit your schedule. There has not been a day in my life that I haven’t owned animals. I am an animal lover through and through, and I find so much happiness from just being around them. I am not a fair weather person - I am committed and will be out in the cold and rainy weather. I enjoy the peacefulness of a dog walk, and the chaos of cats. I feed, water, and groom my pets. Let them in and out from the garden to the toilet. I get them playing and staying active but without winding them up and causing them stress. I have my own car, so if you are not local to many walking spots or want a bit of change to your dogs scenery, I am happy to take them out somewhere within a sensible distance. I know the feeling of having to leave your pets at home when your at work or away on holiday, and the worry of how stressed they may be in a cattery or kennels, so I would love to offer a service to animal owners who wish for their pet to be in their home environment where they feel safe, or day care in my home so they aren’t feeling lonely.

About: I have been a volunteer dog trainer for the last 6 years, specialising in puppy training but also with adult dogs. I have now decided to offer walking, training and drop in services myself. I have owned dogs all my life of various sizes and all different breeds, from 8 week old puppies to 14 year old senior dogs. We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free!
