“Manuela was great - it was our first time leaving our young Cocker Spaniel but Manuela put us at ease. Really good daily messages and videos which the children enjoyed. Would definitely recommend and hope to use Manuela's sitter service again. Many thanks”

“John &Teresa, Bailey had a great stay, John and Teresa are very kind and caring looking after Bailey was like being at home. He loved them so much walking and playing with him I would definitely recommend them 5 stars and will book in with them again. Thank you so much for looking after my Bailey Take care Ann & Bailey”

“Thank you so much, we had a great experience with Eleanor! They followed Eddie's medication instructions carefully and kept us updated, which gave us a real peace of mind while we were away! They were also very flexible with Eddie's sleeping arrangements and made sure he was comfortable and settled in his usual routine. It was clear they treated him like their own, we came home to a happy and well cared for doggie and would absolutely book them again 😁”

“Olivia was very warm and welcoming! I was kept up to date with pictures of Tilly during her stay and she loved every minute of it. Thank you so much and I’m sure Tilly will be thrilled to stay again!”

About: I have 20 years + experience of caring for dogs, I am DBS checked and first aid trained ( human). Now I have more time on my hands I would love to care for your pooch. I enjoy taking long walks with my own little fella and love being outdoors. I have experience with puppies, nervous and excitable dogs. I enjoy the socialisation puppy and dog ownership brings and love nothing more than engaging with our dog walking community. I offer short walks, long walks, cuddles, play, interaction with your precious and loyal companions. Whatever the weather you will find me walking my own fur baby, teaching him to talk and having fun. I would love to walk more pooches and give them the attention and love they deserve.
“Such lovely people, so accommodating to my English Bulldog; she's not the most enthusiastic or energetic and Meg was so happy to do whatever Miss Marple could handle. My dog came back happy and rested, will definitely book again”

“We were nervous having never used Rover before for dog sitting, but Elaine and Stijn were really reassuring, asking lots of questions to get to know the dogs and how to care for them. Whilst we were away they sent lots of photos and our dogs looked right at home. We would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Evelina was really accommodating with timings and made a big effort to meet Louis before he stayed with her. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the stay. Louis seemed very happy when I picked him up!”

“Rachel was absolutely amazing! Her gentle nature with Rufus made it obvious that she treats your pets like her own family members. She shared plenty of photos and videos and is a great communicator. I would definitely recommend her, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Rufus he had a great time! x”

“Zirui was extremely good at sitting Banjo. He played with him and walked him a lot and was very consistent with sending us photos and video updates of Banjo’s stay. We would 100% recommend him and definitely book him again.”
“Daniela has been the perfect host for our chihuahua Lola. Great communicator and fantastic with animals. She even took Lola out for puppuccino! Definitely recommend and will be using her services again.”

“Odeta was an excellent sitter. I’m very grateful for the way she and her partner looked after Remi. From all the photos and updates, he looked happy, well cared for, and it was clear that he had settled in very well with them. Odeta kept me updated with every detail. Since it was the first time we had left Remi with someone else, it meant a lot to know he was in good hands, and she made sure we knew he was doing well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take good care of their puppy.”

“For most trips, we leave the girls with family, but a big family holiday meant we needed to find another solution. Kennels weren’t right for us, so we turned to Rover. We went through a lot of profiles, but Helen’s really stood out: a peaceful location and a one‑dog policy, which was ideal as one of our girls is very anxious around other dogs. After a pre‑visit, we felt completely reassured. During their stay, Helen sent daily updates and photos showing how settled and content they were — from relaxing around the house to enjoying their walks. They looked genuinely happy. We’d absolutely recommend Helen and her family. If we need a sitter again, they’ll be our first choice.”

“Thank you Maria and Andy for their exceptional care of my dogs. They are a lovely family and true dog lovers, which made me feel completely at ease leaving my pets in their hands. The environment was very tidy and clean, reflecting their dedication and attention to detail. When I picked up my two dogs, they were both happy and well-cared for, which speaks volumes about the love and attention they received. Will definitely book again!”

“Dori, is a cat owner's dream. A professional, caring and conscientious cat sitter who kept two timid cats excellently maintained over a week. Dori updated me daily on their well-being. The two cats ate their food; bowls were washed; litter cleaned. Dori even bought extra toys for the two girls -how amazing!! I recommend Dori 100%”

“Siobhan was fantastic! She fit in our last minute booking and was really attentive to our cat's needs. I loved getting her photo and video updates, Tabi was clearly very happy and relaxed with Siobhan. 100% recommend!”

“Lovely photos, videos and updates twice a day. Judit is kind and gentle with her cuddles and Lucy is happy and relaxed on my return. I'm very happy to go and enjoy my holidays 😻”

“Zoe is an amazing cat sitter, we were super nervous leaving them for the first time but she was really great with sending us updates and communication, two very happy kitties and people!”

“Rebecca was absolutely fantastic and I trusted her from the moment I met her, our little kitten Morley instantly took to her and her updates and the check messages were so reassuring to me overall she is absolutely exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and using her again! Should be 10* thank you so so much.”

“Returned home to 2 very happy cats after Laura looking after them this weekend. 100% would recommend her to anyone! Laura sent us lots of photos whilst we were away and had great communication with us. ”

“Tracey has just looked after my 2 cats for a few days. She was incredibly friendly & asked lots of questions to make sure they were well cared for whilst I was away. I received regular updates & photos so I knew exactly how they were doing & I came home to 2 happy kitties!”

“Donna took great care of our cats! She followed our instructions well and was very communicative. Our shy cat even came out of hiding with her there. I would definitely have her take care of them again!”

“Emma is absolutely amazing! We’ve booked with her a couple of times now for drop-in visits with our two indoor cats. Admittedly, they are a bit shy, but Emma cares for them so well & provides great updates after each visit. Genuinely could not recommend her more - thank you Emma! 😊”

“Holly has been an absolute star. We came back to two happy cats. Holly sent us some lovely updates and obviously made great friends with our two. She cleaned up so beautifully too - what a find, and just down the road. She's been so accommodating too. I would give her ten stars if I could. Highly recommended. ”

“Alice and her Partner have been absolutely brilliant. They have looked after Winnie so well, even taken her out for longer and to the Pub for tea with them! They genuinely love your dog like you would want them to and they have handled her well when she can be a bit tricky around Cats! I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Can't praise Kat enough, a genuine cat lover, trusted her completely with my boy. Went above and beyond, followed everything to a T and sent loads of lovely pics to put my mind at ease. My boy was content and relaxed on my return. Would 100% recommend 🙏😻”

“Grace was brilliant, despite problems caused by having builders in the house at the time she was brilliant at making sure our cat was ok and keeping us informed about what was happening. Would highly recommend.”

“I can throughly recommend Yeru for looking after your pet. She came and spent an hour of her own time, to meet Mopsy (he doesn’t like strangers) and see if they would get along. He loved her as soon as they met, so I knew he would be okay. I went through everything Yeru needed to know about his care, and felt confident she would be okay with him. She did everything I asked of her, was clean and tidy and respectful of my property. On many days, she also spent longer with him then the 30 minutes that Rover allowed, I can only guess they were having fun together, and lost track of time. From the video and pictures she sent me on a twice daily basis, I could see my dog was happy and well. She’s polite and punctual and a really nice person, and I really hope she will be available the next time I need a pet sitter.”

“Yi-Fan was absolutely lovely and provided a professional service in taking care of my beloved cat with daily updates. I was super impressed with how my Charles was at ease with them when they interacted (normally, she doesn't like strangers). This reassured me immensely for future bookings. Thanks, Yi-Fan!”

“Nikki looked after our 4 cats for 12 days providing drop in visits. We were anxious to leave them, especially as our eldest has kidney disease and needs regular medication. We needn't have worried though as Nikki took excellent care of them all and kept us updated with daily photos. She is definitely a true cat lover and a lovely person and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others. 10/10 service! 😊”

“Enola had a fabulous time with Rachel. She was really great at communicating before and during the visit and gave a really detailed update in the report card which I thought was so nice! I’ll definitely be using Rachel again and would really recommend her too 😊”

“From the off set Odeta was very friendly and welcoming. You can tell she loves dogs and they love her. Louie had a great day with her, nice big walk and lots of opportunities to rest in between. Odeta kept me up to date through out the day and sent lovely photos. I would highly recommend her. Thanks again xx”

About: I’ve been a dog mum since I was 10 years old, so caring for dogs has always been a huge part of my life. My partner and I are both huge dog lovers, and because we both work from home, we’re able to provide pets with plenty of time, attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I also have experience with puppy training, and we both understand that dogs are family members. We always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, loved, and comfortable while in our care. One of our favourite things to do is taking dogs on long walks, we love seeing them enjoy themselves, explore, and have fun. We believe every dog deserves kindness, patience, attention, and the very best care possible. 🐶🐾❤️ After moving to Nottingham in 2023, I took a short break from providing Rover services while settling into a new home and routine. Now that everything is settled, I’m excited to be back and ready to provide loving, reliable care for your pets again. We live in a spacious flat that provides a calm, safe, and cosy environment where your dog can feel relaxed and right at home.
About: Since moving out, I’ve really missed having my family dog around, so I love any opportunity to spend time with a new furry friend! Whether it’s walks, playtime, training, or plenty of cuddles, I’m always happy to give dogs the attention and care they deserve. I work from home most weekdays, which means your dog will have lots of company, supervision, and flexibility in their routine throughout the day. I grew up with dogs and have always been very comfortable understanding their different personalities, needs, and behaviours. I’ve looked after a wide range of breeds and sizes, from small dogs to very large breeds. At the moment I regularly care for a Cockapoo, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and even a Great Dane, so I’m confident handling dogs with very different temperaments and energy levels. I’m patient with puppies and young dogs who are still learning, and I’m happy to reinforce basic training, routines, and good habits. I’m also attentive and gentle with senior dogs who may need a slower pace, extra care, or medication. Above all, I’m responsible, calm, and genuinely love being around dogs. I’ll always treat your dog like they’re part of the family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well looked after. My home feels far too quiet without a dog around! I currently work from home in a flexible role, allowing me to provide care and attention to pets during weekdays. I can schedule walks/playtime/drop ins during breaks and lunch. I am also available in evenings and at weekends. I provide safety for pets in their own homes by ensuring i have a clear understand of the pets needs and the owner’s instructions. I engage with the pet to build trust and strengthen my bond with them.
About: My boyfriend and I both grew up with family dogs, and ever since moving in together had our own dog. We trained her via doggy school since she was a little pup and took her on many adventures that went as far as moving to the UK with her. We regularly looked after our families dogs as well when they went away on holiday. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our little girl recently due to age. While we are looking for our next sweetheart, we have an abundance of love, walks and empty spots on the sofa for your furry friend! I work from home, but I occasionally have to travel for work and my partner is only 10 minutes away - both with flexible hours. This allows us to plan our days around your dogs needs! We live less then a minute walk from a big park and can easily go for multiple walks a day if they’re up to it. We also have a fully enclosed garden with space for running around. We’re flexible with your dogs needs, whether they require a crate to sleep in, prefer to sleep on the couch or on their doggy bed, just let us know. Near the end of her life, our dog became blind with different health issues. Going through this gives us experience to also take care of (senior) dogs who have a complex medical history. We have full flexibility for how we plan our working days. Whether we wake up early to go for a walk before breakfast, use our lunch break, or swap our evening sports for a long walk, we will adjust based on your dogs usual routine. With our enclosed garden, there’s plenty of playtime opportunities as well! In the weekend, we are able to make sure one of us is at home for most of the day if required. The garden is spacious and dog friendly. The house has enough room to place the dog’s personal bed or crate if needed. They are more then welcome to join us (and sleep) on our sofa as well. Feeding and walking are arranged to what they are used to, no matter how many times a day. Different medical routines are easily incorporated - experience with eye drops as well as regular pills.

I enjoy the socialisation puppy and dog ownership brings and love nothing more than engaging with our dog walking community. “Very happy with Emil. Had to leave our dog for the day, somewhat last minute. Felt confident leaving him in Emil's capable hands, and Apollo came back a happy dog. Would have no hesitation leaving our dog with him again”

“Toby loved his first stay and can’t wait to have more, two walks, cuddles and treats. Jordan and her parents are brilliant and Toby was so well looked after. Pictures and updates were fab x”

About: I owned two dogs when I was in Italy. I was responsible for caring for my dog since I was 13. My dog lived 15 years and the second is now 12 but he is in Italy with my sister. We went for walks in the forest and loved going to the park to play with other dogs. I have experience in walking different sizes of dogs. I also have 8 years experience in looking after guinea pigs. I have 2 cats that can be separated from pets boarding in a different room I am currently off work until the middle of July, so I will be at home most of the day. This means I can provide regular walks, plenty of playtime, toilet breaks, feeding, medication if needed, and lots of attention and companionship. Your pet will not be left alone for long periods and will receive consistent care throughout the day. Lots of cuddles and stimulation. Always supervised and have a pet camera. I make sure to follow the pets routine and keep owner up to date with messages and pictures
“Manula was a lovely person having our pug Frank. She let us know how he was getting on and sent regular updates of photos and videos. She is super kind and friendly. I also liked that she wanted to meet Frank before he stayed with her. Would like to book again.”

About: What sets me apart is the range of hands-on experience I’ve had with animals. I worked in a vet clinic for a month and have volunteered at rescues such as Moohaven and Guardian Angel Bird Sanctuary, which gave me experience with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve also cared for a variety of pets at home and through volunteering — from dogs and cats to chickens and turtles — so I’m confident handling different needs and routines. Growing up with two dogs and a cat of my own has also given me the patience and understanding to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I currently have a fairly flexible routine, making it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting. I enjoy spending my free time with animals, so fitting pet care into my day feels natural. I’m happy to work around your schedule and make sure your pets get the time, attention, and care they need. For drop-ins, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a potty break, and some playtime or cuddles so they feel happy and comfortable while their owners are away. I always check that everything is safe and secure before I leave. For dog walks, I focus on giving each dog the right balance of exercise and fun, whether that’s a brisk walk or a slower pace for older dogs. I keep walks safe by using secure leads, being aware of surroundings, and tailoring the walk to each dog’s needs and energy level
“Here’s a warm, polished review you could post: We needed someone to look after Rupert due to a change in our work commitments, and we’re so glad we found Olivia. Olivia was absolutely fantastic with Rupert. It was clear from all the photos and videos that he had an amazing time and really enjoyed spending time with both Olivia and Jasper too! Seeing how happy he was throughout the day gave us complete peace of mind. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Olivia kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos. They really made me smile during my workday and reassured me that Rupert was having the best time. Thank you so much, Olivia, for taking such great care of Rupert. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.”

“Emma and Will have been fantastic with Loki, who can be a handful. They communicate really well and provide lovely updates from their walks with Loki. They've been amazing at working with Loki's pace, as quite a nervous dog we weren't sure about getting a walker, but Emma and Will have gone above and beyond to make us feel reassured.”

“Defo a FIVE stars for Yeru!!! She always spend overtime with the dog because she genuinely enjoyed spending time with dogs and cared for them. I got lots and lots of updates and photos from her and I could tell from the videos my dog was genuinely excited in her walks. It was a big reassurance for me from Yeru’s care when my regular dog walker is on holiday. I would defo recommend her to anyone who needs dog care and I look forwards to booking more sessions with her in the near future!!! Thank you Yeru for your commitment for our book sessions!!!”

About: I've always had cats and dogs growing up in my parent’s house and currently own a ginger tabby girl called Pili🐈. Me and my husband adopted her when she was 4 years old, she was coming from a home where she was regularly abused physically and didn't have a lot of trust in people. She has spent the first 2 weeks hiding under our bed and crying through the night but during these 7 years years I've had her she learned to trust again and she is the most loving and caring cat. I have a lot of experience with cats, I treat them with love and patience, and can also administer medication if needed. I'm currently in maternity leave so I’m flexible with visits whenever you need.
“Rebecca was wonderful with Frank and Lily! They were so excited to go on their walks with her. Rebecca was also great at communicating with me. This included her quick response to my initial last-minute request, her home visit, and notifications each walk. She was both professional and personable throughout. I would definitely work with Rebecca again.”

About: I have spent my whole life surrounded by dogs, always having a family pet dog and as soon as I got my own place Filbert came along. Our handsome boy is so loving and friendly. I love nothing more than having a busy household full of all different Paws and can’t wait to welcome your pet into our home! Pet care is now my full time life! Whether it’s picking up dogs to welcome into our home for a day or a couple of weeks, popping over to let them out, or taking them for a nice long walk. I am here to help. I am lucky enough to have a huge country park near me, perfect for stretching alls legs. I offer a loving, safe and supported environment for every dog that comes through my door, or into their home. Ensuring that the services are tailored to meet each dogs need. My home provides a safe and pet friendly environment with a good size back garden, all fenced and safe.
About: There has never been a time in my life when I haven't had a pet! Over the course of my childhood and adulthood my family have owned and cared for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits. So I'm neither a 'dog person' nor a 'cat person' - I love both! Nowadays I care for my year old pet cat, and also look after friends' and relatives' cats and dogs whilst they are on holiday or away. A year ago, my partner and I adopted our cat, Kintaro. As such, I am able to care for pets in their own homes and to walk dogs, but am sadly unable to care for pets in my own home. Fortunately, however, I am a PhD student and am able to work on my laptop wherever I happen to be; my partner works from home and is able to care for our cat if I am out. As such, I am often available to care for others' pets! I am able to care for pets in their own home, and am also available to dog walk. (When in a pet's home, I am caring - but not pushy. This means that I will make fast friends with confident pets, but know to give shyer animals their own space. I also follow recommended guidelines on feeding quantities, give pets plenty of opportunities to go to the loo outside (under supervision), and take dogs on walk twice a day (or more, should they wish it!)
About: I’m passionate about making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or relaxing at home, I’ll tailor my care to suit their routine and personality. I’ll always keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is in safe hands. As the owner of a 3 year old Dobermann, I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes and understand that every dog is unique. My goal is to make them feel at home and give you complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone reliable, experienced, and who genuinely loves dogs, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to send me a message with any questions or to arrange a meet and greetI look forward to meeting you and your four legged friend. I love keeping a routine with my furry friend, and we always make sure to squeeze in at least two walks a day. He’s quite a big guy and really benefits from some good exercise and mental stimulation! Sniffing around parks and fields while staying focused on our strolls is definitely the highlight of our day! Could you share some of the ways you make your home a safe and calm place for your dog? I'd love to hear about the measures you take!
About: Hi I am the proud foster Mummy to a lovely tabby cat called Charlotte. She is my world ♡ Charlotte got lost at Skegness a while back for 27 days, but after a lot of hard work, tears and sleepless nights I found her and she was brought safely back home. I look forward to meeting you and looking after your fur babies when you and they need some extra help with lots of fuss and cuddles xx Any of my friends can tell you I adore cats. I always carry around a packet of cat treats in my car as I'm driving around for work providing social care rehabilitation in the community, just incase I see any feline friends on my travels. I have a full DBS check and will promise to give your little one(s) as much love, care and attention as I do my own. One thing I love about my job is the opportunity to meet new people and their pets :) I live in Mapperley and have my own car so I can travel a little further afield. I have experience administering medications onto food and applying eye drops. I'm not confident in giving oral medications or injections, but if shown I'm sure I will be fine :) I can do drop in visits for your fur babies at your own home so your cat feels comfortable in their own surroundings or I can look after them at my property. I am already a registered cat sitter on Cat in a flat.

Trust worth, safe walks and drop ins for pets. Every dog I look after i treat as my own. My dog is 14 and doesn’t enjoy big walks anymore, unlike me.
“Odeta has done a fantastic job looking after Rita while out on walks. She has taken great care to make sure the dog is safe in the surrounding, and paid great attention to what the dog needs while out. Rita can be very energetic but this hasn’t fazed Odeta, who seems very comfortable with dogs. She’s easy to communicate with and keeps us informed while out by sending lots of pictures and videos. Would highly recommend her.”

About: I have experience with rescue dogs and building bonds and trust. I know the importance of understanding what your dog needs no matter the temperament. I enjoy training new tricks and taking them for adventures. I believe I can offer your dog fun and make their stays like a holiday I work from home most of the week. My mornings start by walking maple first thing in the morning, on my lunch break and after work. With plenty of playtime in between. I am very lucky to be living with a veterinary nurse who is always on hand to help where needed. I am very flexible to your dogs routine and will aim to mirror this. Maple is very adaptable and loves having other dogs as company. Most days I aim to take them out together. If your dog prefers walks alone then this is available
About: I've always loved being a pet owner, my current cat Cassius is 13 years old and is getting quite fussy in his old age! I started caring for other people's animals a few years ago including a beautiful Golden Doodle and a gorgeous Jack Russell and a couple of fab kitty cats. Recently I took care of a sick cat, administering meds 3 times a day while her owners went away, I'm pleased to say she recovered fully. I Really enjoy pet sitting and dog walking and am happy to stay in the owners house and keep the property and animals secure. I currently work for myself making and selling ceramics at craft fairs and outlets and find that the pet sitting is a good way to supplement my income as I can hand sculpt at the kitchen table wherever I am! I am very concious of keeping the pets safe and ask for detailed info of how the dogs are on and off the lead and if they have anything that spooks them or any allergy. I make sure they have regular food and exercise and of course a good dose of love and affection😍

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Rufus he had a great time! x”

“David looked after our cocker spaniel for one night. We had a brilliant experience. Communication was excellent from the start. David asked thoughtful questions and had us complete a form so they could really get to know Saffie which was very reassuring. We also did a trial meet beforehand, which helped Saffie settle and gave us real peace of mind. Saffie was clearly well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“Cherry had a wonderful stay with Graham. We received lots of lovely photos and videos throughout her stay, which was so reassuring, and communication was excellent from start to finish. It was clear that Cherry was having a fantastic time, enjoying beautiful walks and plenty of playtime with Wilf. She came home as a very happy, relaxed dog, which says it all. We would highly recommend Graham to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with him again. Thank you for taking such great care of Cherry!”

“Millie was well settled for her overnight stay and had lots of fun. Jordan consistently updated me with photos and videos of Millie. Jordan was very helpful in our meet and greet too and answered any queries I had. I definitely recommend booking with Jordan!”

“Odie can be very nervous in new places, however Joseph and Frances have a beautiful secure home and allowed him to choose a room where he felt most comfortable. The first over nighter is always tough for him but they were patient and looked after him well.”

“Daniel looked after my two dogs while we were abroad, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. He was amazing with both of them, especially my senior dog, making sure all of her medication was given correctly and that she was comfortable and well looked after. I received daily updates and lots of photos, which gave me complete peace of mind and made it so much easier being away from them. It was clear that my dogs were happy, relaxed, and treated with genuine care and affection. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be asking him to look after my dogs every time we go abroad from now on. Thank you so much! for looking after Lizzie and Bella 💖🐶”

“Emily had a lovely time with Tarnya and her family! Everything about her stay was perfect! She seemed very happy and content and we were sent daily feedback on her progress which was very comforting for both of us. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can highly recommend for any future visits! Thanks again X”
