She was very detailed in learning about our dog up front before talking through solutions. We signed up for multi-week training course which started off with in-home creativeness evaluation and techniques, progressing to outdoor walks, and then a couple of sessions “live” at a park. Each step of the way she provided detailed observations of not just our dog, but us as dog owners. As she got to learn us and our dog more she adjusted to cater to those observations.
