“If I could give Rachelle 100 stars, I would!! She is wonderful!! She is my 2nd trainer. (1st one NOT from Rover). I finished up with my previous trainer, but, felt like I, (not my puppy), was not fully trained yet! I felt like I needed a second opinion. What was I doing wrong?! Rachelle helped me to understand that my puppy is going through puberty, and I kind of need to do things on his time, so as not to get us both stressed out. I felt like he needed to learn everything, NOW, or I was a failure!!! She absolutely put my mind at ease. She did not rush the session, and stayed with me until I was more comfortable with the training. She also introduced my puppy and I to the clicker. Game changer!!! It is like magic!! And the price…WOW! She is half as much as I was paying for my previous trainer. Worth every penny, and much much more!
