About: I am a retired science teacher with a very flexible schedule. I was a Great Dane mom for 20 years and have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages. I am recently retired and still building my "new" routine, which currently has lots of time to care for your dog(s) either in your home or possibly mine. I currently have no pets (my dog in passed in July, 2023) and I hope that my work with Rover will bring some extra joy to my days as well as those of your dog(s). I also enjoy hobbies such as golf, daily workouts/walks, and reading. At my home, I have a beautiful back yard that is great for quick walks or potty breaks on leash. The local park is only a 10-minute walk away. My large deck is a great place for dogs to get some fresh air, weather permitting. The main level of the home is mostly hardwood floors. I have plenty of space for a crate and food/water bowls. I am a respectful, responsible individual and will follow your instructions for pet care and visits with care and the greatest attention to detail.

Depending on the pup I can provide baths and/or nail trimming but top notch grooming care I highly recommend Bark and Beyond! Christine is the best! I am home full time. I am very flexible with drop in/off times, meet and greets, and readily available to whatever your specific pet needs may be. I provide it all so no sweating over the details. Toys, crates, dog beds, bowls of all kinds, a splash pad, seperate spaces if needed, puppy only zone, and lots of love is all included. I have an ENORMOUS fenced in yard and a doggy door so the pups get to come and go from the house to the yard as the please. Plus with 2 fur babies of my own to keep your pup company. Both get along fantastically with new animal and human friends! I am open to potty training, and crating if needed.

He responded promptly and was more than willing to come by for a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease. Even though we admittedly have a very detailed list of instructions, he did an amazing job remembering all the little things and checking in regularly with messages and photos throughout his stay.
