About: I have a lot of experience taken care of many pets for family and friends for over 10 years I absolutely love animals and caring for them! I will be available to make sure all animals of different species are taking care of my availability is open and I can’t wait to start doing what I love and that is helping others and taking care of their pets. “If I could give Heidi more than 5 stars I would! I was kept up to date every single day and Heidi ensured the pups were both taken care of as if I never even left! She went above and beyond while I was gone for the 10 days. The dogs made a huge mess of my couch but Heidi immediately called me and then went ahead and cleaned up the mess. The dogs were very well taken care of and she sent at least one picture a day sometimes more. I would recommend getting Heidi to take care of any pet! She was an excellent communicator and both the dogs loved her! Will for sure go to her first for any pet sitting needs!”

About: I am available to walk/do drop ins/some house sitting &/or overnight stays & cat sitting/drop ins anytime in the Shandaken, NY area. I have many years experience with animals, three grown kids & I am an avid animal rescue supporter including having my own rescue animal. I am not able to provide in home care due to my Rescue dog being touchy with other animals, especially dogs but am available anytime for walks/drop ins, cat care, etc.... About: Friend to all animals.✨ I have walked and dog-sat two pitbulls (ages: 2 and six months) on a weekly basis since the fall of 2022. My additional clients include mutts, a pug, a belgian shepherd, dobermans, and more, ages ranging 10 weeks - five years. I have stuck with some clients for over a year until their schedules changed or they moved, and with some dogs on a temporary basis. I am intent on working with the owners to adapt to their training methods for their fur-babies and enforcing those gently. Walks are enjoyable for both the dogs and me: I keep it lax and adapt to what they want in that moment. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and fur-babies alike since I was 15, when I would dog-sit and walk for family friends. I’ve had varying dog sitting and cat sitting gigs (both day visits and overnights) since then, some of which included overnight stays. Pet care is great supplemental time with pets and additional income while I full work remotely. I am flexible to work with clients on their schedules/their adorable pets schedules. I am also available some nights and weekends. My top priority besides providing love, fun and stimulation to your pets is their safety: both for their sake and my own. Making sure that we discuss your yard set up especially your fencing, and indoor set up (do you have animal gates/baby gates set up, areas they’re not permitted in), etc. Communication is key and I would love to know what works for your animal: what boundaries are set and what they’re comfortable with.

About: I have many years of experience working with dogs of all sizes. Enjoy walking dogs. Will care for your dog and treat them as family. I’m able to take care of your animal during day, evening or even for overnight. I’m always walking dogs and pet sitting cats and dogs. I will follow instructions for what is needed. Will keep animals safe and ensure that any animals that are not allowed outside don’t go outside. I will play with animals, empty litter box, and ensure they are safe before leaving.
