We are new to Louisville, and it was so reassuring to find someone we feel completely comfortable leaving our furbaby with.”

When my regular sitter was unexpectedly unavailable, I was nervous about leaving my fur baby with someone new, especially since I was traveling internationally for 10 days. Crystal immediately put my mind at ease. She offered a meet and greet with her and her dog, beforehand, and she was very flexible with drop/pick up times. Overall she was an amazing sitter who really went above and beyond. She treated Bailey like her own and cared for him with love. It was clear from the pics and updates she sent that my baby was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Also, my dog got along great with her dog and the other visiting dog. Leslie took the best care of our pup, Rory. I was super nervous because she usually stays with family or friends, but after the initial meet up, I could tell that my dog would be in great company. While away, we received daily photos of her adventures and updates about how she was doing, so I know she had the best time and was well cared for. I love Rover and opportunities that it provides. The relationship with David and his wife with my dog was like family. I look forward to taking Holly to their house as many times as they available. They sent pictures of Holly resting, and that made me feel comfortable. When Holly first went in and was greeted by two dogs a big one in a little one her back was up, but when I picked her up that afternoon, she was fine.
Myrna is the best. Let’s just go ahead and call her as Aunt Myrna. She definitely deserves 5🌟. She is so welcoming and made sure my pup was at home and comfortable and made sure Momma was comfortable. Sent all the updates without me ever having to ask. Wonderful experience for a super worried Momma.
