Heather was fantastic! It was our first time leaving our pup with anyone other than family, so we were a bit nervous. Heather did a meet-and-greet and spent all the time we needed to be comfortable with her and her home and to make sure that our pup was comfortable. During our vacation, she was great about sending frequent pictures and videos to assure us that he was well and having a great time playing with new friends! When we picked him up, he was well, happy, and had obviously been well cared for. We would absolutely trust Heather to care for our pup again!
