About: I have provided care to family dogs for over 25 years. I have quite a bit of care to elderly dogs especially those that need medications or assistance. I love walking dogs. I recently retired. I am very flexible on scheduling . Generally I am available on holidays and off hours. I will try fit your needs. I have a house on a quiet, safe cul-de-sac street. I do not have a fence around my yard but I do have a nice yard with a large screened lanai and pool. I will always accompany your dogs on leach when they go outside my home. If your dog is comfortable, I will take the dogs to the Hounds of Henry dog park which is within walking distance of my home in Punta Gorda. If you do not have a fenced yard I will always accompany your dogs when they go outside your home. I will care for your dogs as if they are mine.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was a baby. My family has always had a dog in the home. We have had a Boarder Collie, German Shepherds, Labs and mixed pups. I have always been very loving with my pets and have always trained them to not be loud except in dangerous situations. I love to just spend time, walk, and play catch with dogs. Right now we are super busy with sports and school but I stay at home so I’m available most of the time. I am available during the weekends and will be able to have a dog at our home or can come to your home. Whatever makes your dog happiest! I have a huge fenced in yard which is perfect for dogs to run around and play. I do spray for bugs and ants so that isn’t an issue. I do have lizards that our puppies love to chase. I do have a pond in our backyard but we have a fence. The dogs like to watch the birds and bunnies. I do pick up doggy duties right after so don’t worry about your buddy trying to eat others. I know some dogs do that. YUCK! I do have older children that love all pets, however I will always be 100% responsible your pets.

“We love Savannah!!! When you're a crazy dog mom like I am, finding someone you can trust to take good care of your baby, especially an 80 lb pittie baby, is more than difficult. We're so lucky we found Savannah! Someone that loves dogs as much as she does is most certainly a diamond in the "ruff". As an owner, it's important that my pup is getting walks when I have to work late or have a family emergency. No matter how late notice, Savannah is there, as long as her schedule allows of course. I couldn't be happier with my experience; she goes above and beyond when she doesn't have to. Whether it's taking Leo for a little longer of a walk, to taking him for a visit to quarterdeck, to following my training regimen of giving a treat whenever Leo walks passed a dog to improve socialization, she can be trusted to give Leo an enjoyable time. I'm sure there are many other great walkers on Rover, but Leo and I feel more than fortunate to have the BEST walker. Thank you for all you do, Savannah! Love, Leo and his Human ?”

“This was our first experience with Rover and every reservation about seeking care for our pets from someone other than a trusted family/ friend was put at ease by Lauren. She was absolutely wonderful! We needed someone last minute for the Fourth of July week to care for our two dogs and she responded to our request so quickly, excited and willing to care for our boys. She instantly clicked with our dogs and she handled absolutely every obstacle while we were away. Lauren updated us with all the happenings of her drop ins and we loved the videos / pictures of our dogs enjoying theirselves! She absolutely made up for all the love they were missing out on while we were gone. Lauren definitely exceeded our expectations and I am so thankful! If you want someone trustworthy and able to handle all the dog silliness while you have a little get away we highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve watched various animals over the years for friends, relatives, and neighbors. I absolutely adore dogs and currently have 3 in our home. I can handle most medicines if that is needed. I’ve raised 2 puppies and had a senior dog so I know how to handle both. Our one dog takes medication so I am handy in that as well. I am currently working full time but I am able to stop by before work, on my lunch break, and any time in the evening. I understand that spending time with your pup is important and I will make that time. I love going on walks or just playing inside or in the backyard. We have a fenced in yard and only use the side door to our home which leads to a lanai. There are 3 doors before they are able to actually get outside, so there is never any accidental dog escapes! We have 3 dogs currently and they like other dogs. Our corgi and black lab are great players! We also have kiddos that are over every other weekend right now and they love to play with dogs. We eventually would like to start fostering 1 more dog!

About: I’ve owned large and small dogs all my life. I’ve also taken care of my friend’s dogs the last few years while they traveled. My dog could use some other doggie friends too. I work from home so I’m able to have dogs stay with me. I walk the dogs twice a day plus time outside in the yard. I have a fenced yard, plenty of toys and my dog to keep your pets company. There’s plenty of space in my office for them to lay near me while work as well.

About: My wife and I have found the greatest pleasure in raising and giving basic training to many of my own dogs as well as our friends dogs. I am currently retired and have one medium size dog in house (Salty). We have hosted friends dogs and have plenty of time to devote to walks and basic training. I will walk your dog as needed and will feed on schedule always keep fresh water in bowl. My dogs have always had a full bowl of food and fresh water with ice cubes. Food will be Limited to daily suggested cups of food per day per dogs size, NO table food, but I will feed at any owners suggestion.

About: I am 58 years old and have had pets since I was 5 - I grew up on a farm raising dairy cows, horses, dogs and cats. Most recently, I have dedicated my animal loving skills to the 4H Youth Dog Project, running the Florida State Fair Youth Dog Show for 20 years and training our youth and dogs through day camps, week long camps, and local weekly training. Over the years our house has kept many family friend's pets for weekends or weeks as needed. I also volunteer at the local animal shelter training obedience and manners class for newly adopted pets and owners. Now that our kids are grown, I have decided to work part time as a pet sitter so that you can enjoy your vacation or trip without any worry as to the loving care your family pet(s) will receive. I am self employed working part time from home, so my schedule is flexible, whether sitting for your pet in my home, your home, or just daily care. I have a fenced in side yard at my home for off leash potty time, and a nice neighborhood to walk in for exercise as needed.
