Goes the extra mile!

Such a wonderful family. They all took such awesome care of my boy Tucker. They gave him all the attention he needed. I would use them again in heart beat. Victoria and family. Many thanks from our family to yours on loving our boy when we were gone. If there were 100 stars, I would have lit them up. This was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous about it. From my first message with Victoria I knew that she was the one! She is so sweet and responsive and my dogs acted like they knew her their entire lives (and they are kind of….a lot!). I had complete trust in Victoria and will continue to book with her!

Victoria and her family did a great job with our cats while we were away. She was quick to respond and patient when learning the different needs of our cats ! She communicated about times and showed up exactly as she stated she would. Our minds were at ease with her watching the cats and we will rebook when traveling again :)

Very dependable and kind. I have 3 toy poodles, one is very quirky with new people and I have a senior who can be irritable at times, Victoria and her family are great with all three and respectful of their needs.

Victoria and her kids are great, Snoopy and Taz love them, Teddy is timid but he is coming around. I really feel comfortable leaving my fur babies in her hands, and that means a lot to me!

Victoria & Dustin took excellent care of my fur baby, he is old and sometimes has accidents which Victoria quickly took care of and kept me updated. I would definitely use them again.

I've never hired a pet sitter before and Victoria was awesome. She went above and beyond to look after my 2 kitties - who weren't happy to be cooped up in the house for a week. They're indoor/outdoor cats with a cat door I had to block off. (They managed to shred the blinds overnight) Victoria was very responsive with text messages and anything that arised while I was out of town. Victoria was even able to get my one cat to come to her, which pleasantly surprised me. This cat has a stranger-danger fear of unknown people. Victoria was able to help me with the Rover app during out meet/greet, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely hire her again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Victoria and Dustin. Now, as for the ROVER app. I had quite a bit of difficulties with it. It's not very intuitive or user friendly. I don't like the app and I almost didn't go with Rover due to the app. (Thankfully Victoria was able to help me and add the second cat).

Victoria and Dustin were so quick to respond when I needed to add a visit due to daughter's car wreck. Some trips are last minute and they came through for Sky and me.

This family treated my Skyrunner like their own allowing my trip to be worry free. In the pics I could see Sky was content. Victoria kept me informed of any eating habits etc and any adjustments needed; her knowledge, love and awareness was what I had hoped for in the week I was gone. Thank you. I will use Victoria, Dustin and the boys again.

They do a great job taking care of our small zoo while we travel! They do a great job communicating.

Always great to have Victoria drop in on my cats! She’s super quick to respond and always sends me an update so I feel better while I’m away. 10/10 would recommend :)
