Ty'Shyla was a great sitter for my 2 babies. She was responsive, communicated regularly, provided pics and videos, and was an incredible host. I could tell my pups had enjoyed themselves and were right at home! I would definitely recommend Ty'Shyla again and will use her in the future!

Be warned. I chose this sitter because of the 5 star reviews, a fenced in backyard, and the price. The yard is not fenced in. There is a 5’ wide chain link fence with no gate and weeds grown up inside. The price I was charged was $10 a day higher than the quote when booking. I didn’t get a 5 star experience. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for someone to come meet you outside when you drop off and pick up. The sitter stays in the basement so there is limited space for the animals she sits for. Whoever stays in the main house will not acknowledge you are there. The sitter is caring for a newborn baby which understandably takes precedent. You will be told that you will receive updates and pictures. I dropped him off on Tuesday, had to ask for an update on Thursday, and got a blurry picture of my dog in his crate next to other dogs in their crates on Saturday. There were no pictures of my dog playing or even outside the basement. When picking up my dog, he immediately ran outside to use the bathroom. His urine was brown indicating little water, infrequent potty breaks, or both. His bed and crate had urine and feces on them. He is completely potty trained. We had to throw away the bed and buy a new one. Some substance was put on him to mask the smell. I was told the area was just cleaned with bleach, fabuloso, and Lysol. That shouldn’t have touched him though. We immediately took him to a groomer because he smelled so bad. The groomer performed multiple washes and a mud bath over 3 hours that only slightly helped. The groomer apologized they couldn’t do more, but stated they have never experienced a dog that smelt so bad and so strongly. Now the serious issues. For a few days he would cry loudly every time he attempted to urinate. We took him to the vet and he had a bladder infection. He also lost a severe amount of weight. His muscle mass was noticeably down and his rib, spine, and hip bones were prominently protruding. I get that dogs can be anxious during a kennel stay and not eat normally but we were never contacted indicating there was any issue and he has never had any issue during any other kennel stay. The vet ran blood tests. His liver numbers were so high that they declared it an emergency stating it was either due to the severe dehydration or something toxic causing the damage. The vet called on a Friday night off hours after getting the results to let us know that we need to bring him in for another round of bloodwork to look at the liver and recommended an immediate IV. The result of this sitter has been a lot of money spent, a lot of time spent, and even worse the worry about our dog’s health.

The Sitters information on her page is all false. They live in the basement of someone else’s home (which is fine) but the home itself is not fenced. There was a gun magazine by the doorway and trash scattered around the house. The sitter also has a new born baby. I find it hard to believe that she was able to adequately take care of dogs (bc there were 3 dogs in her care) with a one month old. She was not responsive when asked how our dog was. She took hours to respond back but when she did the photos and videos were always very blurry. We couldn’t make out the condition that our dog was in nor did we ever receive a photo of our dog being walked with/played with/ etc. it was always a photo of our dog in his crate. Let’s talk about the condition of our dog: he has never smelled worse in his life. We drove straight to the groomers for a bath and had to throw out his crate and belongings. Our dog and everything that was in their care smelled putrid. We gagged at the sight & smell of him. With all that being said, please refrain from using this sitter. Our Dog got a deep puncture wound on his back and it was visible on the first day video I received and I thought it was just his fur sticking together and on the fifth day when we got him, he worned out due to that and took 3 days of wound care to get him back to normal. When I asked about the wound, I was told she didn't notice it at all.

Took care of my dog like he was her own.

Ty treated my baby like she was her own, I will defiantly trust my fur baby with her in the future. I highly recommend TyShyia!
