Sophia is super reliable and I feel so much more comfortable travelling knowing she is taking care of my two cats!

Sophia watched our two cats for two weeks while we were out of town and did an amazing job keeping us updated the entire time. We got videos of our boys every visit, and she was very responsive if we ever had questions, comments or concerns. It’s clear she cares for animals and takes her role as a care taker very seriously. Sophia was very patient with my cat! even if he hid during visits, Sophia tried everything to find him or make him comfortable which I appreciated. Even if he was scared, I know he was in good hands!

Sophia did a fantastic job looking after Lilith! We had a slight miscommunication about what time she would do the drop in (not due to any fault on Sophia’s part - it was a totally reasonable misunderstanding) and she was quick to respond and made sure we were on the same page about timing for every visit afterwards. I really appreciated how responsive she was and it made me feel even more confident about her diligence in looking after Lilith. Plus, she sent photos and videos for every visit, provided a detailed summary, and was really in tune to whether Lilith was in a playful mood or in a cuddly mood. Would definitely hire again!

Sophia did a great job watching my cat while I was out of town! My cat is 20, so he has several medication and food needs that can be a bit to manage and sometimes require adjustment. Sophia was very patient with any necessary changes to his care and gave him lots of love and pets!
