We are overall very pleased with Trigger’s stay at Cozy Canine Retreat! ❤️ I had some concerns about Trigger being boarded per our usual travel routines, especially since his brother had recently passed away. He had never been boarded alone before, so this was a big new experience for him. This was also our first time trying an in-home stay, and Sophia and Kevin made the entire experience wonderful. From the beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. We also met their fur babies and got a chance to see how they all interacted. Trigger truly enjoyed his stay! I received daily updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind, and I loved knowing he was spending his week with some new fur friends. We will absolutely be back! In fact, we already have a trip planned for November with plans for Trigger to stay with them again. 🐾 Thank you, Sophia and Kevin, for taking such great care of our fur baby! ❤️

Willow absolutely loves going to her daycare and overnights at Sophia and Kevin’s house. She behaves so much better at home when she has had time to play with her friends!

Sophia and Kevin were the best! I have a very clingy dog that has separation anxiety and they made us both feel at ease. My fur baby did better than expected and I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

Willow always loves her time at Sophia’s. The dogs socialize well together and she comes home tired and sleeps great at night!

Sophia & Kevin took such good care of our boy. We had some concerns about his anxiety but he was perfectly happy with them. They were super consistent with updates and photos/videos. He got to play with so many other dogs and truly had the time of his life! They put us at ease while we were on our very long and very long distance trip. We did not have to worry for a second that he was being loved on, played with, and treated like one of their pack. Thank you so so much for watching our buddy for us! 100/100 would absolutely board him with you both again and 1000% recommend them for anyone's pup!

Quincy I know had the time of her life staying with Sophia and Kevin I got updates every day with a few pictures and a video.

Overall a great experience with Sophia and Kevin. I had concerns with Tex acting out in a different environment but everything turned out awesome! I received daily updates and pics of our babies which helped ease my time away from them! 10 out of 10!

This was our first time leaving our dogs with anyone and I was definitely nervous about it. After just the first evening, I felt completely comfortable. I got daily pics and updates which definitely made me feel at ease. I would recommend Sophia and Kevin!

Sophia and Kevin were very nice, highly knowledgeable, and provided daily updates. Hank seemed very relaxed and in good spirits when we picked him up. We will definitely be boarding Hank with them again in the future!
