Cosmo stayed with Rimma for a whole month, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I contacted her about his one month's stay, Rimma made everything feel easy. I was so anxious about leaving him for that long — worried if he’d settle in, what if he needed something, or if I’d packed everything right. But Rimma took care of it all and then some. She sent regular photo and video updates that instantly put me at ease, and I could tell Cosmo was not just okay — he was thriving. He’s a picky eater and a bit of an attention seeker, but she handled his quirks with so much care and patience. Her one-dog-at-a-time policy gave me total peace of mind knowing Cosmo had her full attention and didn’t have to compete for love or space. Her genuineness, frankness, and trustworthiness are what I got most impressed with. He came back happy, socialized, and clearly bonded with her — it honestly felt like he had a little vacation of his own. It’s so rare to find someone this wonderful, and I feel incredibly lucky we did. 😊

Loki had a wonderful 3-weeks stay with Rimma. Rimma was very patient, understanding and attentive to Loki's needs and has been providing constant updates. I appreciate the love, care and kindness that she showed Loki. I will not hesitate to board Loki with Rimma again in the future.

Rimma has been a pleasure to have as dog boarder. This was our first time with rover.com and we were nervous using someone we did not know to care for our dog while we were away. She helped us feel at ease leaving Henny for a couple of weeks. Her response time was great. She was proactive providing fun updates and pictures on a regular basis. She checked with us about food she wanted to offer Henny. She also updated us about wanting to introduce Henny to new friends. Overall Rimma has been incredibly responsible with Henny. And we could tell Henny was happy with Rimma. She also taught our dog to have better manners. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.

Rimma is like a real Auntie to my dog Jasper. I have used her services during my prolonged travels twice and couldn’t be happier. She takes excellent care of Jasper and give me regular updates with funny and cute photos and videos of Jasper. Highly recommend her. 🥰

Rimma, thank you very much for watching our Knopa. This is the second time when we left our girl with Rimma and we're very satisfied with the results. Rimma is not just watching Knopa well, send us updates few times a day, photos and videos with our dog, but she also teaches her "good manners". She made sure that she was comfortable, had her medications on time, and tailored activities to her energy levels. During my trips away, Rimma went the extra mile in keeping me updated with pictures and messages, which reassured me that my dog was happy and safe. I highly recommend her dog boarding services!

Rimma is a wonderful dog sister. She always sent lots of pictures and updated us on everything our Bonbon has done. She managed to handle Bonbon as he could sometimes be mischievous. She even gave him a bath. Bonbon had a blast with her. I would definitely leave Bonbon with her again. Highly recommend.
