Very professional and detailed with her service, it was my first time using a service like this and Sara made it feel so comfortable and easy and gave me the peace of mind I needed, especially considering I booked her same day and the following morning. She also provided details of her visits and how my little guy was doing and even spent some extra time with him when she felt he needed some extra attention. Thank you Sara!

We asked in our booking for someone who would stay at the house and walk the dogs daily. This did not happen. Neighbors reported not seeing the dogs go on walks. With a young puppy, we are now having to retrain to go potty outside. Overall very disappointed due to the amount of money we paid.

I would have liked better communication about late visits and the status of the cats. I also would have preferred to receive the rover report cards with more photos since I usually only received 1 photo or none. Most importantly, I wanted more time spent with my cats since one has separation issues + a bladder problem and on average less than 10 minutes was spent in the house during the visits. Thank you for closing/opening the curtains and emptying litter boxes.

Sara did a great job with my 3 hyperactive dogs and my cat. I will definitely be booking with her again!
