Nichole was very professional and kind. She was able to accept my request on such short notice and did a fantastic job taking care of my dog Koda. I have nothing but good things to say about her service.

My pup came back happy as always, and after some last minute changes due to our flight being impacted by weather, Nicole was flexible with us on pickup and extended a day with no problems. I wouldn’t expect that every time because I know people have their own lives/plans, but not having to worry about our dog for that night was certainly a relief! Thanks, Nicole!

I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who wants their dog very well taken care of and loved! My dog had the best time of his life over there and seriously rethinking on rebooking sometime in the future just so my doggie can have some fun over there!

After a week on the farm with Nicole my pup came back happy and his behavior was like normal. This was not the case when we took him to a bigger boarding place that kept him in a kennel. We will definitely use Nicole going forward!

She seemed sweet and trustworthy, we had left our dog there for 1 week and she had sent semi frequent updates. We got there to pick him up 45 minutes early and he was sitting in his crate (his crate was in a closet) and he was covered and crusted in his own poop. She wiped the crate down but both the crate and my dog and his harness were crusty and smelled horrendous! He also had a bad limp and they had told us he must’ve bumped his knee on the deck. But I wasn’t informed about this prior to picking him up. Due to the limp we took him to the vet and he came back so skinny the vet asked if he had been fed in the last week. He was shaking and absolutely chugging water. He’s now on medication and bed rest with weekly X-rays to monitor his growth plates in his leg. He used to run and play but has done nothing but sleep since he’s been home. I’m not sure what happened there but my puppy did not seem like a happy camper!

Nichole took really good care of my little dog while I was out of town. He had plenty of space. Even though she had other dogs she was caring for she understood my dog's need to have a quiet little corner to himself since he's a bit older. I'm happy with the service, and will likely book again when I travel out.
