Mariana is the best! Always makes sure my cat gets lots of love and goes above and beyond to clean up the litter!!

Mariana was so sweet and communicative! It was my first time using Rover for cat sitting and I was initially nervous but she put me at ease straight away and made me feel completely comfortable leaving Liam in her care. Would absolutely request her services again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, my experience with Mariana was not a positive one. She missed the second scheduled visit and was unreachable for several hours afterward. I had to contact Rover support, who also couldn’t reach her and ultimately canceled the booking. This left me scrambling to find a last-minute replacement while also feeling anxious, as she still had my keys. When Mariana eventually responded, she apologized but did not provide any explanation for her absence. I asked her to return my keys to the concierge before the next sitter’s arrival, but she was late doing so and only complied after multiple follow-up messages. While she appeared to take good care of my cat during the one visit she completed, her overall lack of reliability and communication makes me unable to recommend or rebook her.

Mariana was fantastic looking after our two cats whilst we were away for a week. She was great at communicating and was very attentive to their needs. Will absolutely be rebooking her for our next trip!

Mariana is the best! She took care of our fur baby for 10 days. She went above and beyond to make our cat happy. Our cat is very shy but Mariana took time to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. Daily reports were very detailed. Finding the right person to take care of your pet is not easy, we were very lucky to come across Mariana.

My husband and I are so glad that we found Mariana to look after our cat Philbert during the holidays! Mariana is amazing! It was the first time leaving Luna with someone she hadn’t met before so we were pretty nervous about how she’d react but Mariana put our hearts at ease! She’s become very good friend of Luna and sent us photos and videos throughout the day so we knew Luna was doing great and very well looked after. 100% would recommend!
