This was our second time working with Mary but just want to leave a review again cause she is great. Super nice, kept us updated with photos, and I knew our dog was loved! She will always be our go to.

Started out promising, but ended up being awful. I trusted Mary with the care of my high energy dog Spot, and provided her with notice about Spot's reactivity to other dogs during our meet & greet. She assured us she has 12 years experience and would be ok, while also handing us a card to her private pet boarding business. We dropped Spot off on Thursday night. An hour or 2 later, she texted asking how to get her to stop barking. When I asked what Spot was barking at, she said "nothing, lol". I let her know Spot only barks when she is crated so we only crate her when leaving the house, but is sensitive to outside noises however can be redirected. She replied that Spot was not crated. Friday morning, she sent a pic after I requested it prior to boarding a flight. Once I took my phone off airplane mode when we landed, I was met with numerous messages informing me Spot bit another dog "for no reason" and I needed to "come pick IT up as soon as possible". Confused, I called, and was told by Mary that she had another dog there, with whom Spot met and got along and even played with the night before (I had no knowledge of this prior), however Spot bit the other dog this morning, who was bleeding and may need a stitch. As I was in another state and had no one available to get Spot, I contacted Rover customer support (they hadn't yet been notified) to report it and get assistance with booking a new sitter. They were nice, but unsuccessful, and after a few stressful hours, my sister became available to get her. My sister told me that there were at least 2 other dogs there. Mary did the decent thing and gave a full refund, however it seemed like she put more on her plate than she can handle, misled us into thinking Spot would have free range of the house and sleep on her bed (like at home), or at least exaggerated her capacity to handle a high energy dog like Spot, who is a family dog and had never bit another dog before this because she was never given the opportunity to do so if another dog she encountered didn't like her energy. As a result, a poor dog got injured while in Mary's care, Spot was likely traumatized, and my weekend trip started out to a very stressful start. Btw, the yard on her profile is not the same one, as she moved from that house. The yard at her current location is a small concrete yard, with a chain fence about 3.5-4' high. Would not recommend.

Mary was wonderful with my Samoyed, Bella. I just adopted Bella and, as a new fur Daddy was a little nervous about leaving my precious pup with someone else. But Mary loved my dog as though it was her own and took such good care of her while I was out of town for the day. I highly recommend her and am definitely planning to use her again.

Mary was very kind and accommodating. Pepper was very happy and well taken care of. We look forward to using her again. .

My dog, Sammy, and Mary had an instant positive connection when they met during the Meet N Greet. And then when I dropped him off for his 4 day stay, he ran right into her house as though he already felt at home. Mary was very responsive to my texts and sent many photos during the week. But the best way to know if your pet had a good time is how they act when they get home. Sammy was fine! He went back to normal as if he just returned from a short vacation. No trauma at all. I am getting ready to schedule Sammy for another stay with Mary as soon as I get our final dates.

Penny is an anxious dog so I’m always nervous to leave her anywhere overnight. She stayed with Mary and it seems like she had the best time! She came home calm and relaxed. Will definitely book with Mary again! :)

Mary took great care of our dog and provided update/pix of him. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely use her again!

Mary was great! She watch our 2 babies, Rocket and Sascha for two weeks while we were on vacation. Both dogs were very contented and happy. We missed them, of course, but it was good to know that they were well cared for and not stuck in a cage with 30 barking dogs around them.

This was the second time Nala stayed with Mary and she always feels right at home with her. Nala always leaves happy. Mary always answers quickly and sends the cutest photos! Definitely recommend Mary for your fur babies!

Mary was great. My two chiweenies were well taken care of by Mary and they enjoyed their time with her. She was patient with them as they are initially afraid of everything. I love it that she is so near my home. She has a huge fenced in backyard which they both loved. I will definitely be using Mary again.
