As a repeat customer, Jean has always displayed intentional acts of deep care & kindness, all in the best interest of my fur babies wellbeing & happiness. She is curious - asks questions, with the goal of understanding our dogs likes, dislikes, etc. - in an effort to help ensure their comfort & feelings of safety in your absence. Additionally, Jean is also very creative in finding ways to support our pups health & happiness in moments when they may be feeling a bit off from being in a new environment, missing their people or routine. For example, she offers: - Healthy meal options/toppers to help support regular eating (always with prior discussion & approval); - Always having fresh water available; - Provides new and varied enrichment opportunities; - Personality matching her client-dogs if hosting multiple family pets at the same time; - Etc. In addition to her outstanding client-dog care, Jean runs her Rover business wonderfully. I am completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

Jean was absolutely excellent! Her communication was clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care. Jean was so great with our dog Hazel, and Hazel loved the large fenced in yard, other dogs to play with, and the house rules such as sleeping on the bed allowed. Jean is great with communication and reassured us that our dog was happy and eating well. I would highly recommend booking with Jean!

Jean is fantastic to work with. She is always excited to have our pup, responds quickly, stays in contact during the stay, and our pup is excited to run right into her home, then comes back exhausted!!!

This was my first time using Rover and subsequent finding Jean to take care of our labradoodle Ossy. Jean was amazing from the start, she responded promptly, took time to answer any questions, she made us feel so comfortable from the start. Once meeting her and seeing her home there was no question that Jean was someone who had a lot of experience and we could trust completely. We picked up Ossy today from a weekend stay and was so thrilled to hear how well he had fitted in and enjoyed the stay. I have already booked her for a couple more visits as we were so impressed with Jean and the care she and her family gave Ossy.

Jean was great for watching dallas! She communicated with us throughout the stay and has a wonderful property that Dallas could enjoy!
